Valmark cityville Bannerghatta you should never buy upper unit as there is no way made in triplex unit it 3900 sq ft but no way made for this unit , When you have bad neighbours it is very difficult to go out of house and come inside your own house , Management don’t help nor Valmark people help , President of this community say You go legal we can’t help When you are investing please think before

Although near the busy Bannerghatta road you will not hear any noise or feel you are in the middle of a busy location with a feeling of calmness. Its a vibrant community with lively Residents always available to help. Its a great feeling to be at CITYVILLE and one will only experience it by visiting / living here. Come experience it!!!

It's a Good Community with spacious villas with great aminities of Play Ground and Club house.. It's not yet fully constructed it's 50% of work is done.. Great location within the city limits and having multiple options for the daily needs.. If you are Looking for a premiere property to buy can have a visit and check if it matches your Requirement

Do not buy this property from the land owner share especially from Dr. Ramesh Reddy.. They are big cheaters. They took Rs 45 L from us and not yet returned the amount and neither got the property registered. It has been more than 2 years and I am still waiting for my money

Very quite, beautiful and well designed luxury Villas and villament with wonderful amenities. A big lake being renovated by the front. A little hillok by the right side. About 2 km.from Bannerghatta Road. However construction of phase 2 is ongoing which may take few years. Then the whole property will be really premiere.

So place is just serene very open and good place to live. If planning to buy and patient enough to wait for next 2-4 years until all the construction work get over from builder side .. good place. Builder is slow and doing work in slow pace that’s the biggest issue.. rest is all good. Long term wise good

I live in the layout adjacent to City Ville, and the ongoing construction is causing serious discomfort and health issues—especially for those living along 1st and 2nd Main of Tejaswini Nagar Phase 1. The construction team regularly dumps and piles mud over 6 feet high, and the fine dust spreads into our homes. Despite raising the issue multiple times, there's been no action. This kind of negligence is affecting not just us, but likely City Ville residents too. Really hope the builders take responsibility and implement proper dust control measures.

Visited the property last week, it's a very big property around 25 acres with 2 clubhouse and very good landscaping, there is already about 70% occupancy in phase 1. the property is very well maintained and felt prices also pretty realistic compared to Puravankara prices which is 2 km ahead. Overall a value for money property if you are looking to buy a villament.

The concept is good. Many of us dream to own a villas but it does not fit in our budget . So villament is a midway where one will have his own villa on ground plus one. Above it the other owner will have 2 nd , 3rd and fourth floor. You do not interfere in each others property as the entrance for both are completely different. The project is delayed for quiet long time ....now taking shape. Now it's much better than my last review. Nearly 40+ families have moved here.

Valmark Cityville. The location (2 kms from Bannerghatta Road) can be considered to be either an advantage or a disadvantage. It is an advantage as the area/society is largely peaceful and isolated (in a good way). There are some stores which are a few minutes walk from the front gate. But considering the size of the property/society, sometimes getting to the gate from the villaments itself would take longer. The location is a disadvantage as we need to have our own vehicle to reach the upcoming metro station (or existing bus stop) or else be prepared to walk for 25 minutes or shell out whatever it is that the autorickshaws or cabs would charge. In terms of the facilities, absolutely no issues. Most of what has been promised by the builder is already available/open. But from what I understand,there have been delays. The villaments themselves are spacious and mostly well planned and constructed. Builder has been for the most part responsive to issues and queries. There were a couple of minor hiccups,but nothing that I feel warrants elaboration in this review. Sunil Vernekar from the sales team (Fincity) has been a real boon. He is always ready to help out with whatever it is that we need,even after the handover of the villament is done. He has helped with a multitude of things (whether it be guidance when it comes to home loans comparison, or suggestions for interiors, or reaching out to the builder,etc) and has been a large part of the reason we chose to purchase a villament here. Thank you,Sunil for all the help and guidance right from the beginning.

Bought a villa, very helpful sales team. The property is tugged away from daily hustle and faces the Hulimavu lake. Never a big fan of ground floor houses, here I met both my needs of a villa and living on elevated flooring.

We recently took a villament here. Love the ambience of the place, it is nicely tucked away from the hustle of the busy streets. It has been a pleasant buying experience, we were ably helped by the Sales team - Sunil and Firoz. We are now on to the next stage, and it has been smooth interacting with the operations team as well.

It’s better to buy an individual Villa rather spending on this villament. We had couple of visit here though society looks good, it is very expensive and very above range for middle class ppl who look for lifetime investment. There is no proper commitment towards customers who approach them. Ppl are very money minded and they don’t really think in customer point of view.

Villaments are of good construction. But the approach is too far and not easily accessible . From the main road to place of residence are too far . Even School going kids have to travel 2 KMS to reach nearest bus stop for school buses or else parents have to drop and pick them in their own vehicles. Builder should arrange for good connectivity for schools, kirana shops and other essential services.

Beautiful Lakeside Villaments spread across 28 acres of open land with only 500 units surrounded by hill on one side and Hulimavu lake on the other side. A peaceful locality tucked in greenery away from city hustle.

This Place is near to Bannargatta Forest. So It is Very Nice Climate here. But this place is very far from the city. Very Low Cost areas acquired and constructing villas and sold at 20 times of the actual cost

Apartments are in under construction & available at affordable cost..it occupied a big area to provide all the facilities under a circle..A place where you can find inner peace in this crowdy population.

We were looking for a Villa in Bengaluru and came across the “Valmark Cityville Project”. The environment is peaceful and serene. Sunil Vernerkar, Sales member from Valmark Cityville was our point of contact. He is really good, focusing on what customer needs and their requirements. He made us explain each and everything and we booked our Villament.

Great villa project. Lots of proposed amenities. Coming to the individual villas themselves, they are technically villaments. G+1 for a 3bhk and a triplex villa above that containing the 4bhks. The triplex is accessible by a lift. Personally, I felt that all the good villas are already taken and most of the available ones are only semi vaasthu compliant. Also the location would be great in a few years, but currently, it is quite a remote area.

Terrible sales team, especially sales manager or head as he told us. I think his name is Firoz. Firstly, he kept asking what is your budget. We were asking him to show us the project and we will then decide what suits us, but all along he kept saying you tell me your exact requirement and he will only show that. He didn't even explain the property. This was contrary to what we experienced in Purvankara. When I told him that I had great experience at Purvankara and here I am having a terrible experience, he asked us to leave. Can you believe that? It was clear from their attitude and behaviour that they show you property properly only if they are convinced that you are HNI. He talked to someone on phone and said about someone being a doctor and HNI, and to handle that client with utmost care. This definitely differentiated with other projects we visited like Total Environment or Purva. They are far more professional. If you start judging people by car they come in, god help you! When I expressed my disappointment, he was even more rude.
