Very poor customer service. The service person who attended us had zero knowledge about the available products, various clothing fits, nature of fabric material or even the available sizes. Have visited Van Heusen showroom in various cities and never had such bitter experience. Very disappointed with the totally unprofessional customer service provided in a branded showroom.

Showroom ambience is good, staff is good, but the only thing missing is the variety in the formal shirts and trousers section. If I like a pair of trouser, then there is no particular size available in it, or if the size is available then the fit I want is not available!!

Nice collection and friendly staff.

Good place to buy formals. We went looking for blazers and we bought a suit there were good number of varities. Salesperson was polite and helped us with decent suggestions . I would definitely recommend this pace for formals.

Totally waste of time. None of the shirt we won't select. All collections price are high but not worth for that price. Offer shirt and normal shirt both looking old and look like already used clothes.

Little bit costly. We can order same clothes online with less cost.

Genuine Van heusen shop at salem. They have customised shirts and apparels in van heusen branding. Kinda costly but genuine.

When compared to other showrooms in Salem here we get nice suit collections.

We buy the suit for 18k, but the tailor doesn't have time for minor alteration works.

I tried the outlets in Chennai but i could find coolal and suitable costumes only in Salem outlets. That could be probability.

Beside the brand. People who work here are very helpful. Good service
