I visited this store expecting a premium shopping experience, as it was highly recommended to me. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
I clearly explained what kind of clothing I was looking for and requested assistance 3–4 times, but the salesperson showed no interest in understanding my requirement. Instead of helping me find something comfortable and suitable, he kept pushing items he wanted to sell, not what I needed.
Even at the billing counter, when I checked availability, the response was careless and unprofessional. The attitude and communication were very poor, which is unacceptable for a brand that claims to be premium.
To compare, just a few shops away on the same road, I visited Planet Fashion Store, and the difference was huge. Their staff was polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They checked stock across multiple stores, shared photos of available options, and even arranged delivery from another branch through a porter—all to ensure customer satisfaction.
A premium brand is not just about pricing or name—it’s about service, attitude, and customer care, which this Van Heusen store seriously lacks.
I hope the management looks into staff training and customer handling. Until then, I would not recommend this store based on my personal experience.
