My problem for the battery was resolved very quickly. 8-Jul-23: The previously purchased Solite battery died on month 14, but the auto shop offered me a great deal on an Amaron battery with a 1.5-year warranty. Still a happy and loyal customer.

I placed an order from this parts shop based on their clear promise to deliver the part within 24 hours. I made the purchase in good faith, knowing my car was at the mechanic and urgently waiting for the part. Unfortunately, the next day, not only was the part still not dispatched, but the seller told me, quite bluntly, “it’s not my problem” and suggested I go buy from another dealer. No apology, no attempt to fix the issue—just a cancellation offer and complete disregard for the inconvenience caused. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when people are depending on timely service. If you need parts quickly or expect even basic customer service, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
