I found this shop on Google Maps while searching for a misting system kit.. Since I couldn't locate the shop physically.. I called the number listed to ask for directions... Instead of guiding me to the shop ..the person on the call started questioning me about my requirements... I explained everything clearly — that I was looking for a misting system for a small balcony space... Despite their website claiming they offer kits ..designed for small spaces such as patios or decks ..he completely denied having any such solutions. ..Not only did he refuse to help.. but he also failed to suggest any alternatives — showing zero willingness to assist. ..After I posted a genuine review about my experience.. I received a call from them again ..and this time the person spoke in a rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional manner — even denying what had happened on the call. ..The irony? My initial call was to ask for directions.. but he later claimed I never asked for the address... Their website boasts of ..17+ years of experience... but after speaking to them ..I can confidently say that professionalism ...customer service... and basic courtesy are completely missing...I’m extremely disappointed and angry with how I was treated.. Please think twice — or ten times — before dealing with this shop. ..If this is how they treat a first-time customer just asking for product info ..I can't even imagine the post-sale service...👎

We called this place to know where exactly this is located, but instead was turned down asking us our dimensions and that they don’t supply for such small areas. I can understand every company have their rules on what they do and don’t, but turning down a customer without even meeting is unacceptable.. also if you don’t want to have business with us, at least share your experience and advise us where we should go for offline purchase of misting system for small areas, just shutting a person off is very unprofessional!
