I booked their service for Cockroach control. For the first round, They did professionally. 99% of Cockroach gone. However for the 2nd round, it appears they did just for formality and it was done quickly. Update: The team reached out to me regarding the issue and offered me revisit which shows that they are keen to have customer satisfaction. Due to this reason I am increasing the rating.

Not happy with the service. I specifically requested a more friendly bee hive removal and double-checked with the company that the bees would be safely relocated (not harmed or killed), as this was very important to me ethically. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The technician arrived about an hour late to the confirmed appointment. He then asked me for a plastic bag to collect the entire hive and the bees which is clearly the worst method of relocation. Because I was rushing to work due to the delays, I couldn’t supervise the process, so I asked them to send a photo of the bees being released. The photo I received showed the bag simply thrown on the ground in an open area with a small opening, not in a proper hive box or with any real relocation effort. This was not the humane relocation I was promised. Now I truly wish I had chosen a professional beekeeper instead of a pest control company, and I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision.
