Very bad service. We bought a double door fridge in 2019. Now compressor is not working. 2 years back your service man came & changed the board. No cooling at all. Unhappy with HEIR MODEL fridge. Will not recommend to any one. Rajangam Coimbatore 38

Very very worst in service. I have buy JVC led tv on jan 2022. From july tv not working properly and i raised a ticket for guarantee. Still no one come for service. And no proper reply for mails and calls.

Good deal and customer service. we ordered washing machine in expo, unfortunatly the model no stock for 2 weeks. Then we choosed other brand and delivered with in 24 hrs.

Very poor service.... Never buy any product from this showroom, i buyed lg refrigerator few days back, packing was worst, lots of scratches on door, called them 10 times till date but they keep on saying will call u back. Now ill complain in consumer forum to take strict action on such a worst showroom.

Very very poor service, people there are worst in answering. Vest of buying from here. Past one month I am worried about ac what i bought from them. While delivering ac with out ac remote they sent to as. With moth month I not able to use the ac. I not able to get proper answer.

Price ok,very bad behaviour of sales person.he accepted for free delivery in shop,but the person delivered collected money.dont trust sales people words they’re liers in this shop.

In the Name of Summer Camp they are Booking huge no. of AC's right and left and promising delivery of with in 2 or 3 days. After Paying Full money we need to wait long time and you need to make lot of phone calls to various persons in various phone nos. in the Venus electronics. Still you would not get proper response from any of them. God only knows the delivery of AC. Installation of AC even god don't know. Installation they will make another story. This guy(Venus) will tell they generated the call no. That guy(Installation) will tell he didn't receive the call number. They will not talk with each other and you have to make lot of calls. Finally you would not get proper answer from both of them. 27th March I booked the AC still It was delivered completely

Worst service ever. They are not bothered abt delivering the right product after the payment. They didn’t deliver all the products in the bill at the time of delivery.

No proper reply from them. We paid full amount for Blue star AC on 30 Dec they promised us to deliver the same on 03 Jan. Even blue star technician is ready to install but these guys not ready to deliver

Has good display of Fridge, washing machine, Led TV, Fans etc. Pricing is on par with other such shops in cbe.

They are only interested in selling products at any cost.. They don't care about post sales service.. Worst vendor

Having branches across tamilnadu, Large collections of TV's and AC's. The AC price is comparatively lesser than their competitors in the town.
