Hands down, the best silver store in Islamabad. Great collection, very reasonable prices, and a friendly staff. Have been going there for years and will Insha'Allah continue going there. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy authentic silver jewelry with precious stones. Great designs and great place!

I had a terrible experience at Venus. I have bought many earrings & cuff links from this shop over the last several years but when the pin of one of my earing broke soon after I bought it, they refused to fix it & demanded that I pay Rs 600 just to fix the pin . The earring was for 2000 Rs . I was very disappointed because I have been a regular and a good customer & demanding money for fixing a pin of an earing sold recently to me is unfair, as the pin was anyway not fixed properly . I will never go there again and not recommend it to anyone because the quality has clearly fallen and the shopkeepers are rude & unwilling to fix items recently bought .

I used to love this place. My go-to silver shop in Islamabad. Last time I went, the man at the store (who used to be very accommodating, humble and nice) was extremely arrogant. I'm pretty sure this is because his store has done so well and he's made quite a profit over time. As if his arrogance wasn't enough, he also did not acknowledge ruining a piece of silver given to him for engraving. Destroyed it, took complete payment, and didn't even admit to his mistake. He just blamed his mess up on the piece. Time to find a new silver dealer!

Mr. Kamal is a gem of a person. We always purchase all jewellery from venus for a long time.

I had a terrible experience here last month. I brought them a silver cup for engraving and explained how and where I wanted the letters engraved, while preserving the original hallmark on the cup. They not only removed the hallmark, they engraved right through the cup, creating holes in it and rendering it useless. They refused to acknowledge their mistake or take any responsibility and forced me to pay for the botched job. I will not be returning here again and warn others to be careful using their services.
