Vero Italiano

We had dinner at the Vero Italiano restaurant inside the Rixos Hotel. Everything was perfect, the refined atmosphere, the very good food, and all the young staff members welcomed us perfectly. A special thank you to James, who accompanied us throughout the evening with great professionalism and friendliness.

The most amazing meal! The food was outstanding. Seriously elevated. Beef carpaccio was the best I’ve ever had and the duck main was delicious. Gorgeous tiramisu to end. Service was 10/10 we seriously couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thoroughly recommend for a very special meal. Thank you to James for being so attentive, your excellent service made our evening. Wonderful!

I celebrated my birthday at Vero Italiano on September 7, and it was amazing! Cozy, elegant atmosphere, excellent food and attentive, caring staff made the evening perfect. I couldn’t have picked a better place for my birthday. We’ve been back several times since and every visit has been just as wonderful.

Lovely food, good service from James. Celebrated my daughter’s 15th birthday with a surprise cake and all the staff came out singing “happy birthday” which was really sweet and lovely. Thank you for a fabulous evening!

Restauracja zrobiła na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie. Podobał mi się jej wystrój, a dania, które zamówiłam były przepyszne. Kelnerka Aye Mon oraz kelner Abdelfattah byli niezwykle mili i pomocni. W tym dniu miałam swoje urodziny, więc dodatkowo otrzymałam mini torcik ze świeczką🎂, który przynieśli mi właśnie Abelfattah i Aye Mon oraz inni pracownicy. Śpiewali sto lat, a potem mogłam zrobić pamiątkowe zdjęcie w specjalnej urodzinowej ramce. Było to bardzo miłe🥰 i na pewno na długo zapamiętam ten wieczór... Bardzo Wam dziękuję 🫶👍🫶

Nach vielversprechenden Bewertungen besuchten wir das Vero. Das Essen konnte teilweise geschmacklich überzeugen. Tiramisu war sehr lecker. Meine Hauptspeise (Das Bild mit den Nudeln) glich einer Vorspeise. Viel zu kleine Portion. Leider bekamen wir unsere tatsächliche Vorspeise nach den Hauptgängen. Im gesamten Restaurant ist es laut und hektisch. Ungefähr im 5 Minuten Takt ging eine junge Mitarbeiterin mit Besen und Schaufel durch das Restaurant. Immer von drinnen nach draußen, auf der Suche nach Schmutz am Boden. Leider waren Besen und Schaufel auch dreckig. Das eignet sich für einen McDonald’s Parkplatz aber nicht für ein Restaurant was auf „Nobel“ machen möchte. Man sitzt schließlich direkt daneben. Es gibt unendlich viele Möglichkeiten in Abu Dhabi deutlich besser essen zu gehen und einen gemütlicheren Abend zu verbringen.

To be honest this was the worst restaurant we visited in our holiday. It started with the reservation. I couldn't make a reservation via email. Our concierge tried multiple times to make the reservation. Finally he could manage to. The Vero is a restaurant and belongs to the Rixos. So 99% guest ate hotel guest. Means Russians and most pretty extra casual. If you look for an elegant evening - that's not the place. Then the food: not bad. It's ok. We received the starter AFTER the main course. The service guy tried to safe the situation somehow. But they failed. 1 star for the ok food. 1 star for the nice service guy. 1 star for the beautiful hotel. The rest is pretty mediocre. I mean the restaurant is not extremely bad. But there are plenty of better options in Abu Dhabi.

We had a wonderful experience with the Italian menu — every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and truly satisfying. From the starters to the dessert, everything was delicious and felt authentically Italian. A big thank you to Mohamed for the excellent service — attentive, kind, and always with a smile. Hervorragendes Restaurant – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, im Restaurant zu speisen, und waren rundum begeistert! Das Essen war einfach fantastisch – jeder Bissen ein Genuss. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unsere Kellnerin Adina, die nicht nur unglaublich freundlich war, sondern auch jedes Gericht mit viel Leidenschaft vorgestellt hat. Der Service war erstklassig und wir fühlten uns bestens betreut. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können dieses Restaurant jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Сервис - безупречный, официант много раз спрашивал насколько все нравится, внимательно слушал и выполнил специальные заказы которых нет в меню. Еда на уровне высокой итальянской кухни, я как человек с опытом был приятно удивлен. С женой посещали в честь праздника, и попросили оформить романтическую атмосферу, на что ресторан охотно пошел на встречу и выполнил просьбу восхитительно. Мы останавливались в отеле который предложил как комплимент ужин в ресторане, и после этого ужина мы решили что обязательно вернется в этот ресторан

We had a really great evening at Vero Italiano. The atmosphere is lovely, very relaxed and the staff are wonderful. Mohammed took really good care of us and made sure that everything was perfect for the whole family. He ensured that our youngest son was brought his food first and was extremely attentive and professional. We would highly recommend this restaurant, the food and service is first class.

Incredible experience from start to finish. We were treated like royalty and nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious. A wonderful atmosphere, but not at all stuffy. Very family friendly. Would highly recommend!

Это великолепный ресторан. Меню подача вкус просто изумительная, всё вызывает восторг. Были в Италии много-много раз здесь настоящий филиал итальянской кухни не сказали нам кто шеф-повар, но по вкусу понятно что это чистые итальянец, не итальянец так не приготовит. Везде где случается возможность пробую тирамису, здесь тирамису с оценкой 5 +. Обслуживание просто великолепное интернациональный коллектив ресторана ко всем очень внимателен очень вежлив. Огромное спасибо за прекрасное обслуживание!

Чудесный ресторан! Посетили по рекомендации друзей. Все блюда выше всяких похвал. Приветливый персонал. Особенно хочется выделить Адину. Обслужила нас на высшем уровне. Сделала комплимент моему наряду, тем самым сразу подняв мне настроение. Рекомендую к посещению это замечательное место!

We had the pleasure of dining at Vero Italiano Abu Dhabi, and everything was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, especially our waiter Muhammad, was incredibly attentive and made our experience even more special. Muhammad went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, offering great recommendations and making us feel truly valued as guests. The food was nothing short of amazing. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The main course was a standout, and I can honestly say it was the best I've ever had. The ingredients were fresh, and you could tell a lot of thought and care went into each recipe. The ambiance was perfect for a memorable dining experience, whether for a special occasion or a casual night out. I also appreciated the variety on the menu, with options that cater to all tastes and preferences.
