A dress purchased for 13,000 AED broke the very first day it was worn. I brought it back to Versace, where I was told by the sales associate, Sara, that it would be repaired and that neither an exchange nor a refund was possible. After a month of waiting, I was finally informed that I could exchange it, but still without the possibility of a refund. I went back to the store, where I was then told they were waiting for an official confirmation. Two more weeks passed without any update, and I still cannot proceed with the exchange. The result: no refund, no exchange, and they have kept the broken dress. At this point, this can clearly be called theft. This is absolutely not a luxury brand, just scammers selling cheap, low-quality goods.
