Pathetic service!!! Paying for something worth lacs and then getting outspoken at the showroom and being called a liar! To be on point - bought a bag and the Medusa logo came off just after 2-3 times of carrying it & the thread stitches came off, Went to the showroom for an exchange, and the salesperson (unfortunately don’t remember his name) was extremely obnoxious - mentioned things such as “you’re not paying me the salary”, denying an exchange/repair, etc. Even though the manager - Kretya - was polite and listening, they failed to come up with a solution. Not even been 3 months since I purchased the article, yet being denied a proper service. Reaching out to the higher team! Let me know what best can be done.

Very pathetic service, and a horribly rude manager (Name of the manager - Kanish Gupta). Huge difference in service levels of Versace Delhi compared to anywhere else. Giving 1 star as no option of 0.

No service back up. Mehul from DLF Emporio showroom says he's the one and no one else a customer can speak with. Very rude and baseless handling of a call. Says to show the watch at a Timex service center. Extremely rude and classless handling from your showroom. Basically these guys are just sales guys and no service training.

I bought 1 Versace heels frm Italy n gifted it to my friend in india whn she visited the store today staff named sanchit Aneja told her that ths heels are fake box is nt authentic n dust bag nvr come like ths I showed him the bill on which store name n number bar code of product evrythng is mentioned but still he was sooo rude n argued with me in a bad tone n kept on saying same thing again n again that it’s nt authentic how can a staff Working for same store say this u can’t tell the authenticity by holding a leather shoe he was so rude to me n didn’t accept his mistake this is really hurt n painful to know we spend so much on these brands and they say this whnevr we buy anythng frm abroad he clearly told me if u will buy somethng frm. My store in india then only I can say it’s authentic so this means whatevr we buy from paris Italy usa official stores is nt authentic this is not done at all

Visited Versace for watch link removal, but staff claimed they don't offer the service, sending me to Shoppers Stop and Kapoor Watches, only to learn later that only Versace can assist. Unhelpful staff, misguided recommendations, and ultimately directed to Timex store. Disappointed by Versace's behavior, not the service I expected.

Visited last week when some event was already taking place in. I had to buy a fragrance But what's the point when it was closed for general public!

Staff don't know anything about versace although variety is very less and they don't treat their customer well because they are busy with each other and do chit chat on phones
