The service is very poor. My mother is 60 years old. Even though she had an appointment at 8:15 AM, she was made to stand in line and was only allowed to enter at 9:00 AM. They asked her to pay extra money for VIP service. When she chose normal service, the staff started behaving rudely with her. They said her file was not correct, but they themselves mixed up the documents. Then they said the photo size was wrong and sent her outside to fix it. After she came back, they again told her to stand in the line from the beginning. We live outside the country, and it felt like they treated her this way because she was alone and vulnerable. This kind of hospitality is unacceptable. This behavior is very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially for a senior citizen. This is completely unacceptable. Date : 04/08/2026

I recently visited VFS Global at Delta Tower on the fourth floor. They have a system where applicants wait in line and receive tokens, which is fine. However, they don't allow parents or relatives to accompany the applicants inside, which is also understandable. The issue is that there's no waiting area provided, and those accompanying the applicants are forced to wait outside on the road. This isn't ideal, especially considering that the entire process takes at least 2 hours. It would be beneficial to have a waiting area with seating for the relatives.

One and only place where you can submit your biometric, passport for a selected county. I had the very worst experience there in terms of their service, dealing crowd and most importantly they are offering premium service that requires extra pay and that is one of the major reasons to intentionally wait until the queue is longer than expected. Also, they charged 16 BDT for one page print. I must recommend a photo copy of your passport and consent papers before going there. Consent papers can be collected on their website.

Quality of their service need to improve. Others okay. Environment very neat and clean.

(About Schengen Visa, Borak Mehnur Tower Location) The VFS cheaters charge 712 taka for collecting passport outside 3-4 pm. But the passport collection email you get from VFS for Schengen visa, has no mention of this fee. The link in email goes to a page that shows "open hours 0900-1400 hrs". But these cheaters charge 711 taka if you go between this advertised time. Also, they charge 363 taka for SMS notification but do not actually SMS you for passport collection. Ask upfront that you "opt out" of this fee. Remember, you already get email notification for free. So do not give these VFS scammers another 363 taka for nothing. - Bring color copies of your documents. Otherwise, they harass you to color print at a hefty price at their office. - To all capable men: do not accept harassment of these VFS scammers. Remind the counterman that collects your documents that VFS is only the contractor and has no role in deciding applications. The Schengen country embassy will decide on your visa. So make VFS accept your documents as are as opposed to running outside hundred times to revise and re-print your documents.

I collected my passport on 31st of May. Their behaviour and attitude is so polite. Cleanliness is a top priority here and Everything is very arranged. Very good service.

Great customer service for the US Visa line. Everything happened in a disciplined and non-discriminatory fashion. Very well organized. I collected the token number and was escorted inside the air conditioned collection area in a timely fashion. Inside the collection area, was continuous announcement on the token number and counter number. Make sure u bring all relevant documents with you at the collection center (check the website). The waiting time is long. So bring a book with you to pass the time. NO NEED TO BRING ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBERS/CHILDREN UNDER 18. Only applicants will be allowed inside. It is unnecessary and they have to wait outside in this hot, rainy and humid weather.

This is literally a tiny place to serve the huge number of applicants visiting there nowadays. Appointment system is also discontinued so you might have to wait a whole day to get your work done. Last week I had to stand 7 hours in the queue on the street in front of the building just to collect my passport. They should increase the facilities and manpower immediately.

Their service quality is avarage, few things need improvement, UK visa dealing booths are quite slow. One issue truly need to be solved- attitude of female who take biometric informations(memoo). Her attitude was judgemental.not only me other peoples also faced that.

Poor management and staff behavior. Absolutely no space for standing or waiting applicants. Even premium lounge service is not satisfactory.

So here's a step by step procedure you are expected to encounter once at the VFS facility. Upon arrival at the entrence downstairs, you will be required to show your appoinment documents, afterwhich the security personal will give you a corrosponding token and let your through. This process may take some time depending the que size, generally there's no wait if you arrive 30 minutes ahead of your designated time. upon exiting the lift to the lobby, you will be greated with firedly and helpful staff who will guide you do your designated booth/office, expect a que at the security checking. After you enter your designated booth/office, the corrosponding staff will ask to see and check your documents. It is important to have them printed via a laser printer (because of barcoads often dose not works with injet printed papers), have your documents ready. After the initial documents check you will be given a barcoard tracking sticker, which will work as the main tracking number you must follow through your workflow there. After you enter the office waiting area you will can find an empty seat, look at the monitor and check when your number comes up. Expect to wait a little while, 30/60+ mins. The waiting area spacious and air conditioned. So chill out. After your number shows up in the monitor you will be required visit the corrosponding counter to submit your papers. If you are going for biometric there'll be additional 1/2 hrs wait depending on the que size. Overall the experience was ok, the only thing you will need to consider is the waiting time. from entry to exit can be between 2 - 4+ hours. Also need to mention there's an express service you can avail, where you will be able to wait in a luxurious lounge and dine. The waiting time is considerably less for this pay addon service as well.
