Hello, I hope you are doing well. I kindly ask you to reopen the visa and passport section in Tehran as soon as possible. Many people are waiting for the reopening of VFS Global in Tehran.

I applied for the NZ visa online from Canada and decided to provide the VAC Office in Tehran with my passport as I was traveling to Iran shortly after sending my application and as there was no VAC office in Canada. I have traveled to five continents and been to so many embassies and visa service centers. In none of my experiences I had this much difficulty getting an appointment for a passport drop off! It took the VAC office five days to respond to my emails and giving me an appointment, a task I often do myself online with no need for email communications. I found some of the employees at this center respectful and helpful. However, I had unpleasant experience as well. The lady who asked for my documents asked me for a hard-copy of the application letter from the NZ immigration. I had only the electronic copy, assuming that, just like everywhere around the world, providing the code would suffice. However, she did not accept it and made me go out and look for a place to print out that form. It took me an hour to print out that single page. Afterwards, I returned and waited to be asked to provide my passport. Shortly after, I was invited to a room. In none of my previous experiences with a VAC officer I was asked so many questions or were interviewed. These officers are not immigration officers and have no control over the acceptance or rejection of your visa request, whatsoever. However, the guy kept going through my passport pages and looking suspiciously at my face. Meanwhile, he would ask random questions about the purpose of my trip and my travel history in an unfriendly manner. I tried to be polite and did not argue with him. After I left the VAC office, it took them a week to upload my passport photo based on my communications with the NZ immigration after my trip back to Canada. All in all, if you have a chance to submit your passport to any VAC office outside of Iran, do not miss it. If you have no other choice, be mentally prepared for being asked unnecessary questions and documents.

if it was possible to score zero-star, i would say they become absolute NULL! Firstly, the website is one of the most primitive systems for arranging appointments and one can hardly find an appointment there, besides, it crashes most of the time. Secondly, the customer service does not answer the calls. Thirdly, if one sends an email, there is just one answer: clear browser-cache and try again, if it doesn't work, call us!!! It was not funny enough that one had to arrange an appointment there for applying visum, now, one has to arrange the appointments there for legalisation (Beglaubigung)! Again, the site blocks us for finding an appointment.

I went there a week ago for my UK student visa appointment and just wanted to say although it is stated on the confirmation email that you should scan your docs beforehand, the VFS staff will scan them for you without a fee because there is no option on the website to upload your documents. Another upside is that I filled the online visa form on Friday and the first available date was on Sunday so that's really good! I hope I get my visa eventually!

The worst I ever seen. They forget to gave my invitation letter to the South African embassy. After all, they were super rude. Also, they charge people more than other countries. for example in Germany I paid 33 Euro for South Africa visa but I paid 450000 T and 60 Euro for the visa, even they receipt was wrong.

The office is so dirty, guard are very rude, lots of complications and unprofessional people. The only good part was the biometric agent and room.

Does anyone know the VFS Global UK working hours? Do they also working on National holidays in Iran or not? Also has anyone worked UK visa with VFS Global in Iran? Are they transferring all documents to the embassy and not neglecting anything? And I keep calling their number, but no one seems to pick up. Need help Thanks

I had a appointment sheet but they didnt let me inside and they just made excuses the we are not in the list. We have a email confirmation also the check list. So the worse VFS

I had a biometric appointment with VFS Global for the UK in the “Mega Pars” complex for their clients!

Extremely professional and helpful staff, all and all was an smooth experience
