I visited the Vibes Theatre Road branch, Kolkata on 6 June 2026 at around 12:00 PM for a free hair treatment consultation. Prior to my visit, I was informed through WhatsApp about a Foundation Day special discount offer. During the consultation, a staff member (who appeared to be a doctor or consultant) explained the available treatment packages. When I compared their pricing with similar packages offered by other clinics and provided supporting details, I was told that they could match the competitor's price only if I confirmed and booked the treatment package on the same day. As the package involved a substantial financial commitment, I requested some time to discuss the matter with my family before making a decision. However, after expressing my intention to think it over rather than paying immediately, I experienced what I felt was a noticeable change in attitude from the consultant. The interaction became discourteous and unprofessional, which left me disappointed. I felt that the emphasis was more on securing an immediate payment rather than providing genuine customer guidance. Repeated statements such as "today is the last day of the offer" created unnecessary pressure to make an instant decision. Based on my experience, I am dissatisfied with the service and consultation process at this branch. I would request Vibes management to investigate this matter and take appropriate action regarding the behaviour of the consultant who attended me on 6 June 2026 at the Theatre Road Clinic. Unfortunately, I do not know her name. I believe customers should be given adequate time to consider significant financial decisions without feeling pressured or being treated differently if they choose not to make an immediate payment.
