We visited South Goa last week and wanted to try some authentic Goan bakery items. After finding this place online, we decided to visit—and it truly exceeded our expectations! The pastries looked so tempting that we couldn’t resist ordering many of them. We visited with our kids and tried donuts, melting tarts, pies, brownies, and the highlight was the butter almond croissant—super soft, buttery, and absolutely mouth-watering. One of the best croissants we’ve ever had! Not just bakery items—we also tried their coffee, fresh juices, pasta, and burgers. Everything was fresh, tasty, and of great quality. The ambience is another big plus—a small, cozy café with a lovely vibe. We visited during the Christmas–New Year period, and the festive decorations with lights and a Christmas tree made it even more special. Highly recommend this place if you’re in South Goa and love good bakery food and café vibes. A definite must-visit! 😊

Dropped by this place last week, and I’m def going back! It’s such a lovely place! My husband and I had amazing sandwiches and the smoothie and milkshakes were delicious. Nice place to hang out in Margao. Ana Monte Garden is the perfect view across the street. My bestie had a Vietnamese coffee and loved it. Very busy and service was great😊

This a place for desserts and more. Went with family for dinner and had subs and burgers. Good, but not exceptional. The Alfredo pasta in white sauce was excellent and the only dish served hot. The desserts, of course, were wonderful! We tried the bluebery cheesecake, the donuts and the eclairs and they were lovely.

I’ve visited Patisserie Victoria Café twice now, and both experiences have been absolutely delightful! The café offers a great variety of dishes across multiple cuisines, and the menu itself is quite impressive with something for every mood and palate. The food quality is consistently excellent — everything I’ve ordered so far has been really tasty, and the portion sizes are generous too. I’ve tried both veg and non-veg items, and I must say the chicken dishes were cooked perfectly — fresh, flavorful, and tender each time. The ambience of the café is another highlight — it’s spacious, beautifully done up, and has a calm, elegant vibe that makes it perfect for both casual outings and relaxed conversations. The service has also been prompt and polite on both my visits. And of course, I have to mention their Crème Brûlée — it’s my absolute favorite! Perfectly caramelized on top and silky smooth inside — a must-try dessert here. Overall, Patisserie Victoria Café is a wonderful place to visit if you enjoy good food, a cozy yet classy atmosphere, and quality service. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to! 💫

We had ordered Chicken Club Sandwich, Crispy Fired Chicken Burger and Doughnut. All three items wr perfect and good. Must try it all.✨

I like the cappuccino here, but the food really is consistently awful and overpriced. I've tried the Eggs Benedict, the Croque Madame and Ham & Cheese croissant here, all at different times and all quite awful. The seating area is stained and full of crumbs and bits of food - there are mini cockroaches running around the walls, tables and floor. The service is hit and miss - sometimes slow, sometimes fine. The chicken ham is such poor, cheap quality. I've also been to the Panjim place, but poor service and dirty seats there too. Incredible how this franchise is still operating. Need to take action, and not post words saying sorry and we will do better. Actually do better! Get pest control done, clean your upstairs toilet properly and regularly, get the whole place deep cleaned especially the seating area. Otherwise soon you'll have rats there too.

Lovely looking place but would not go for a second time...too expensive and not at all value for money... Service is slow....pizza okayish....croissant could have been better...ginger cookies were good..

This was the best tiramisu cake I’ve ever had!!. It was ordered for an anniversary celebration, and all the guests loved it and asked where it was from. It truly made the day special, and it was definitely worth the expense. Very sure this bakery will flourish ❤️

Would not recommend at all. Ordered a chicken club sandwich which was basically plain bread mostly. Also not sure if this is called a chicken sandwich with just 2 tiny chunks of chicken. I also see alot of people reviewing them negatively for similar reviews and they respond saying they are trying to improve. I think by now they should have improved if they were really taking in the feed back. Doesn't seem so.

This place offers some of the best gelato in all of Goa. They also serve excellent cheesecake and pastries, along with a selection of local Goan bakery cookies The ambience is very pleasant. Highly recommended:))

Ordered a cake for my 2years daughter and it was ordered well in advance but the cake was not ready on time mentioned due to which my function was delayed and to top it up the colour was not up to the mark the pastry chef who is working in the shop look like has colour blindness he decorated the cake with 🟣 purple colour instead of 🩷 pink colour I had even sent the picture of my daughter's birthday dress the cake decoration was not done properly the cake was picture sent to them but the girl on the cake had only hair not the face.had mentioned to give candle with no 2 but they gave simple candles the knife was not even had ribbon just a plain wooden knife it was a horrible experience although the cake was very tasty please be careful when you're placing the order with them

My breakfast experience was, to put it mildly, awful. I ordered an English breakfast, but the fresh juice options were incredibly limited. I asked for pineapple juice, only to find out they didn't have any, so I settled for watermelon juice. To top it off, my English breakfast arrived without any bacon, which was a huge disappointment. But the worst part was the cockroaches everywhere! They were flying around, and I immediately lost my appetite. I couldn't bring myself to eat the food, so I left it on the table, completely disgusted by the lack of hygiene.

Loved their custard tart. Overall lovely ambiance. Also try the guacamole toast.. loved it. With french latte.

Yesterday, picked up a blueberry cheesecake from Pâtisserie Victoria for my dad’s 65th birthday, cake looked great on display but unfortunately, it was a big letdown. The texture was far too hard, definitely not what I’d expect from a cheesecake. On top of that, it lacked flavor entirely; no richness, no creaminess, and the blueberry element barely came through. It felt like it had been sitting in a fridge too long or wasn’t fresh. For a patisserie with such a good reputation, this was quite disappointing. Hope this was just a one-off, but I won’t be getting this item again.

Ordered two cakes for my dad's b'day. Cakes were decadent, and yummy. 1. Belgian crunchy had chocolate mousse (milk and dark) all around with a crunchy base. 2. Nutella cake was soft and moist. They were slightly on pricier side but it's worth every penny. They are available on delivery apps as well. Definitely loved them.

I came with a friend and we ordered fries, cheeseballs and pasta. The fries and pasta were fine and as expected, but the cheeseballs were cold on the inside. I’m guessing they were frozen and the chef did not heat it up properly so the insides were cold. My friend was disappointed and it took a while for the staff to check about it and ask my friend if she wanted something else. She ordered some ice cream but wasn’t fully satisfied. At least they didn’t charge us for the cheeseballs. The decor and ambiance is nice, but I would say the food is sub par. The preparation time took a bit longer also. We didn’t try their cakes, so I can’t comment on that. Maybe they should stick to their cakes as I haven’t read very many good reviews about their restaurant food 🤷🏻‍♀️

Food was good but needs more flavoring in specially Prawns dish. Chicken crispy & pastry was very tasty my kids loved it.

I visited this place along with my family for a cup of tea n snacks on 17 Feb,evening.. As we were in hurry ,I left my bag at the cafe, which I realised after 2 hrs . Just to check, if I left it at the cafe, my daughter called the cafe. Luckily the bag was at the cafe. Their staff did the great job in keeping the bag safe. I am indeed thankful to them for their honesty.

Nice and cosy little cafe with excellent pastries, especially their mango tres leches! Solid coffee and friendly staff as well. Easy parking out front is a bonus as well.

Loved Alfredo Penne pasta 🍝 and the Opera pastry. Peaceful ambience.
