Offial Victorinox dealer under kish-behin company managment . Most of the brand new victorinox products_such as multi tools, watches (inculding wnger models),fixed blade and folding camping knives, all kind of multi tool replacable accesories and etc._ are available . Great customer service and responsiveness. To be honest there are some issues you may only see in kish-behin's victorinox and multi brand stores across the country is that *they do not accept any kind of replaces and refunds at all*;And that may not be the main victorinox company's sales policy. That is what you should notice before any kind of purchasing products_online or in store_ from the kish-behins stores. **And also make sure you check the products availability your looking for from their main customer service number [021-42901] before go to the store in person**. Hope i helped with the comment ⚘️🤌🏼.
