We are very happy with our experience at Vida Creek Harbour. My wife and our two young children checked in on 25th May and were accommodated with great care and warmth. Special thanks to Ms. Jeshna and Mr. Huzeif for their wonderful hospitality. The Amici staff were also very kind, and the lifeguards were attentive and responsive. The valet on duty today was also very helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the upgrade and experience.

Our recent Lunch at Vida Creek Harbour was absolutely wonderful,but what truly elevated our experience was the outstanding service from Mitchelle. From the moment we arrived she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She is very attentive, professional and possesses a warm,welcoming energy that immediately makes you feel at home. Her attention to detail was flawless, it is rare to encounter hotel staff so genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction.

Had a wonderful experience at Vida Creek Dubai Lobby Lounge. A special thank you to Kaffy, Merry, Nigesh, and the Chief for their exceptional hospitality and outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and always made sure everything was perfect. Their warm attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our visit. I recently stayed at Vida Creek Harbour, and my experience at the hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel has a beautiful, modern design and a very calm and welcoming environment. Everything was well maintained, and the location is perfect for a relaxing stay. I would like to specially thank Harshdeep Singh from the housekeeping team for his excellent service. He cleaned my room perfectly and made sure everything was neat, fresh, and comfortable. His work was very professional, and he always maintained a polite and friendly attitude, which made my stay even more pleasant. The overall hotel service was excellent, and as a guest, I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I really enjoyed my stay at Vida Creek Harbour and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every single service was painfully slow and completely disorganized. After checking in, we had to wait over an hour for our luggage to be delivered to our room. At checkout, the situation got even worse—they lost our bags and made us wait another hour while they searched for them. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted a significant amount of our time. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in our room. We reported the issue, but instead of resolving it, the staff kept making excuses and blaming the Eid holiday for being busy. A hotel of this standard should be prepared to handle peak periods without compromising basic services and guest comfort. The valet service was equally frustrating. Every time we requested our car, we had to wait 30 minutes or more for it to be brought to us. The lack of efficiency and coordination throughout the hotel was shocking. The staff consistently appeared overwhelmed, unorganized, and unable to handle guest requests in a timely manner. Long waits, poor communication, and endless excuses defined our entire stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value your time and expect basic hospitality standards, look elsewhere.

I had a truly wonderful stay at VIDA Creek Harbour, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the very first moment, the valet team set the tone with their efficiency, professionalism, and friendly attitude. Every arrival and departure was smooth and welcoming, which immediately makes a guest feel at ease. The breakfast experience deserves special praise. The variety, quality, and freshness of the food were excellent, but what really stood out was the staff. The team working in the breakfast area were attentive, polite, and always smiling, making mornings a real pleasure. Compliments also go to the chef, who clearly puts great care into both presentation and taste. The housekeeping and service staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind, respectful, and professional. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and serviced with great attention to detail. I would like to give a special mention to Benjamin Kusi, one of the cleaning staff. His kindness, positive energy, and high level of professionalism truly stood out. He always greeted guests with a warm smile and took genuine pride in his work, which made a noticeable difference to the overall stay. VIDA Creek Harbour is a hotel that clearly values its people, and it shows in the quality of service delivered at every level. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and will certainly return.

I have been staying at Vida Hotels since the very beginning, and for a long time it was one of my preferred hotels in Dubai. Unfortunately, on my most recent stay, the overall service did not meet the standard I was used to and had previously appreciated. That said, I would like to make a very special mention of one member of the housekeeping team, Tariro. Her service was truly outstanding. The room was always impeccably clean, beautifully prepared and smelled wonderfully fresh every day. Her professionalism, attention to detail and consistency made a real difference to my stay. I truly hope the management reviews the current service standards, as this hotel has great potential and was once an excellent reference for quality and comfort.

Had a birthday staycation here with my mom, and I just wanna say it went and felt better than I expected, to be fair I didn’t have any expectations, they just had the standards for it. From the moment we stepped out of that cab, Huzaifah made us feel comfortable, and set the tone of the stay, the guy has the best vibes and smile. Upon checking in, Mustafa and Shella greeted us, and can I just say, they’re so nice, best morning shift receptionists! They took care of arranging the specifics for our room which I only understood once we got there. They surprised me by putting in balloons, a happy birthday in my bed and a cake. I appreciated that a lot - such a thoughtful gesture. All throughout our stay they accomodated and anticipated our needs. I know when it’s definitely a good service in hospitality and this is truly one of those cases. We’ve had the compliments of staying in Marina View room with the skyline, Burj Khalifa and waterfront view. Beautiful views during sunrise and sunset. During the night, its so nice too, the ambient lights and the quiet environment. It was just lovely and peaceful. With all the amenities, you’ll have everything you need. Chose thid because its only a boat away from Dubai Festival City Mall and Mohammad bun Rashid Library, becausr I wanted to just stay near the city. Upon staying here, we’re also close to Downtown Dubai, so that’s why I chose it. Overall an unforgettable birthday staycation indeed, I’d bring my friends next time. Underrated hotel for real, loved it there. We stay at hotels for a reason, to relax and explore, and in my opinion, Vida’s got it right. Because of the vibes, views, foods and staff i’ll for sure come back for another stay - even without an occassion. The warmest smiles and genuine vibes present in their hotel. Much love for you guys! Very disappointing stay - not suitable during busy holiday periods I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at Vida Creek, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The hotel did not seem able to manage the crowd, pressure, or service levels during the holiday period. From arrival, the experience was poor. The bell boy was rude and handled our bags carelessly, slamming/throwing them onto the floor and trolley. When I asked him to be careful because the bags were expensive, his response was simply: “It’s just a bag.” This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The valet service was also very slow and disorganized. Even after calling from the room in advance, we waited more than 30 minutes for the car. The entrance was crowded, cars were left blocking the way, and even when we handed over the physical valet card, staff seemed to misplace or forget it. The floor we stayed on was very noisy, with guests shouting, yelling, and children running around even after midnight. We informed the reception, but nothing was done, and the noise continued. The room itself was dusty and not properly cleaned before our arrival nor during our stay. I have allergies, and my nose became blocked because of the dust. The AC was also not working properly throughout the stay. We called several times, and technicians came in and out, which disturbed our first night, but the issue was not properly resolved. The minibar cabinet was also full of heat, and the fridge was not cooling or working properly. I also asked for the points to be added to my membership, but this was declined because the booking was made through a third party. While I understand hotel policy, it added to the overall disappointment. Lastly, I had my baby with me, yet no effort was made to provide connecting rooms or a more convenient arrangement for a family stay. And the baby crib provided was dusty and dirty and the bed sheets were stained. Overall, this was not the standard expected from Vida. The hotel needs better crowd management, better staff training, better housekeeping, and proper room maintenance. Unfortunately, the stay was stressful rather than relaxing.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and always ready to help.especially myo from the courtyard restaurant .she is always smiling and her service was top notch.thank you for your service Myo .The hotel has a nice atmosphere and everything was well organized.

I really enjoyed my stay, the view alone is worth it calm, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. The hotel is clean, modern, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and genuinely helpful, making the stay smooth from check-in to check-out. The pool area is lovely, and the location is ideal for quiet walks along the creek and its near to my friends home. 😊 Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates comfort, design, and peaceful surroundings.
