Lots to say here, let's start with the good. Some of the staff were very nice. We had one guy cleaning most of the week whk was very nice and cleaned the room great, sorry I dont remember his name The room is a decent size. And location isn't bad as you can get a taxi around. It's very cheap in January when we came. Thats about it. So the bad... Room wasn't clean and shower was blocked when we arrived, late at night so cleaners did come but not until the next day obviously. This is the first 4 star hotel I've stayed at where there is no real coffee, just horrific instant coffee made badly. Also it's all inclusive, but no wine at all included, you have to pay extra. All beer and soft drinks served in tiny plastic cups, so you have to keep going back for drinks. But be careful because the staff seem to not like giving you much. Tarik in particular was very rude asking why we need so much. Maybe the staff are paying out of their wages the way they seem to be against us having drinks. Staff also over the top trying to sell stuff to you. There was an excursion guy, and we used him and booked some good trips. But the other staff all come to try and sell you trips, all day every day. Quite exhausting if you're trying to relax on holiday. Also seems like scams are going on. Our first night we arrived late which was after food and drink time. We were given a simple meal but drinks have to be bought extra, that's fair. But the bartender was trying to charge us $10 for a can of beer even though the menu says $4. Not the best welcome as that argument was about 30 minutes. The day of leaving the cleaner was trying to make us leave 2 hours early. Then we sorted this but he kept knocking trying to get us out early. This place has potential but as it is i think it's really a 3 star hotel with some bad staff pulling it down. If you book here come with a sense of humor and low expectations. You get what you pay for.

Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, there was no proper Wi-Fi, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. On top of that, a housekeeping staff member behaved inappropriately toward my friend and made her feel unsafe. Definitely not a professional or comfortable place to stay. Очень разочарованы этим отелем. Сервис был плохим, Wi-Fi практически не работал, а чистота оставляла желать лучшего. Более того, один из сотрудников housekeeping повёл себя неподобающим образом по отношению к моей подруге и заставил её чувствовать себя небезопасно. Не рекомендую.

Отдыхали в этом отеле в период с 6 по 12 мая. Находится он недалеко от центра тусовок Наама бей, пешком можно минут за 30 дойти, а на маршрутке за 10 местных тугриков доехать за несколько минут. Рядом манго маркет,а вот фикс прайс уже чуть дальше,но не критично. Так же прям впритык к отелю располагается новый музей. У отеля очень большая собственная территория с крутыми тематическими фигурами и зоопарком с динозаврами. Есть красивый поющий фонтан , жаль,что включали его всего 2 раза за наше проживание. Один раз было большое шоу,в остальные дни просто играла музыка и кто то пел.Бассейны чистые,даже есть небольшой аквапарк. Пляж у отеля находится в другой бухте ,что нас больше порадовало,а не расстроило. Туда ездит автобус , с этим проблем нет, только нужно записаться. Мы не купались на этом пляже,так как лежать на шизлонгах и плавать в ограниченном пространстве не наша тема. Мы проходили около 500 метров вправо , там есть очень хороший дикий пляж с богатым рифом. Целыми днями мы пропадали там , обязательно берите маску и коралки и вам обеспечена встреча с кучей чудесных рыб и скатами. Номер отеля нам достался 8304 , очень просторный на третьем этаже. Мебель там была старенькая, шторки грязные,но ничего ,мы не вредные. Главное ,что сантехника была в в хорошем состоянии и вода горячая с хорошим напором. Уборка это отдельное воспоминание. Парень ,который убирал наш номер очень хороший , делал такую красоту из полотенец,спасибо ему за создание такой милой обстановки в номере. Теперь перейдём к ресторану, весьма неплохо,съедобно, особенно понравились йогурты на завтрак и что то типо творожного сыра. Персонал отеля приветливый, видно ,что все стараются,но отдельно хочется выделить Ислама, о Боги,какой он классный! даже моему мужу он понравился! Обращение к администрации отеля-пожалуста,дайте ему премию и берегите этого сотрудника! Спасибо Вам за хороший отдых, обязательно вернёмся еще ,но шторы в номерах все же постирайте)

My experience at the hotel on January 26th 2026: Firstly, the hotel itself is huge, but it needs a lot of maintenance in many areas. The hotel's location is very good; it's a 30-minute walk from Naama Bay promenade. The aqua park is very basic, includes about 3 or 4 type of water slides. Also, during my stay, some of them were undergoing maintenance, so they weren't working at all. There are about 3 swimming pools, only one of which has heating, and even that was weak. The towels at the pool were very worn out and not clean. As for the beach, it's sandy and very nice. There's a shuttle bus to and from the beach with 4 departure times and 4 return times, but you have to book it at least 30 minutes before its time. The toilets on the beach are clean, but the electricity is always cut off, there's no soap or mirror, and even the shower doesn't work. The food is relatively good, but it's not very varied, and the options are limited. Most of it is good, but once the sautéed vegetables were literally frozen, and another time the fish live grilled left until it gets burnt. As for the rooms, they were fairly good, but the bed sheets, and towels were all very worn out. The sheets and towels weren't clean enough and were torn. Also, the rooms weren't standardized. For example, our room didn't have a shower curtain, so every time someone used the shower, the whole toilet would get wet. My family's room, however, had a curtain. Also, all the chairs on the balcony are broken. The parties at night were nice, but they were the same every day with very slight variations. The dancing fountain only played for one song at a time. The only positive thing was that most of the staff (especially those in the restaurant and room service) were very respectful and cheerful, and they tried to help and improve the service. Unfortunately, they lacked the resources. For example, Mustafa from room service was very helpful, but the towels were indeed worn out and torn, so he helped with what he had. The reception staff weren't the best either. One of our group members was also there. He has a problem with his room: the door opens easily from the outside. He calls them every day asking them to fix the door or change his room, but they haven't been able to fix it and refused to change his room. There’s a wi-fi access only in the restaurant and lobby. Honestly, I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Se si ha degli standard medio/alti meglio evitare. Cibo di bassa qualità, struttura vetusta e non totalmente in uso, musica assordante tutte le sere fino a tarda ora, la spiaggia compresa nell'all inclusive è poco più che un laghetto, asciugamani e lenzuoli da controllare attentamente visto che la pulizia non sembra inclusa nei servizi. .. Tessuti lisi o rotti..potrei dilungarmi oltre ma mi fermo qui.. Da non rifare

Отель очень понравился! Территория ухоженная и чистая, фонтан особенно красивый вечером с подсветкой — просто завораживает. Анимация супер: днём развлечения на любой вкус, а вечером интересные и яркие шоу, скучно точно не будет. Персонал вежливый, уборка проходит регулярно, бассейны чистые и комфортные. Питание хорошее и свежее, но хотелось бы немного больше разнообразия. В целом отдых превзошёл ожидания, мы остались довольны и с радостью вернёмся снова!

The hotel is beautiful, swimming pools are amazing, food definitely improved from last year and all the staff is kind and helpful. Also the entertainment team, Adhm, Esraa, Shimo and Mohamed, are polite and smiley all the time, doing activities throughout all the day. Every evening there is a show that entertains all the guests that really don't need to go out if they don't want to, even if it's every day the same. Unfortunately, wi-fi is almost absent, working only in one of the pools and outside our room....Mr. Sayed, manager of the reception, is always helpful and available for any request, waiters at the restaurant very polite. The location of the hotel is close to Naama Bay, so in a few minutes you are there with a taxi or micro-bus. This is the second time we have come back and there has been some improvement, very appreciated, but still a lot to do, especially when it comes to cleanliness, very poor, and rules in the restaurant, where there are no rules, no lines, no order and food is every day the same. Our room is very big and with all the comforts. Great value for money, but there are still things to change.

Mısır turunda Sharm shake de konakladığımız oteldi. Otel değil de Tatilköyü tarzında yapılmıştı. Çok büyük çok karışık ve düzensiz bir oteldi. Çalışan sayısı çok azdı hizmet yetersizdi odaların yerleşim düzeni karmakarışıktı. Eşyalarımızı taşımak için çalışan hizmetli bulamadık mesafeler çok uzak olduğu için Valizlerle yürümek çok yorucu oldu. Zemin sivri taşlardan döşenmişti çantaları valizleri taşımak daha da zorlaştı. Yemekleri güzeldi ama çok fazla kuyruk oldu. ızgara da omletli sadece bir kişi çalıştığı için yetiştiremiyorlardı. Aqua parkı ve havuzu çalışmıyordu her yerde tadilat inşaat vardı. Mart ayında gitmemize rağmen her yer sivrisinek doluydu hiçbir önlem alınmamıştı. Buradan hiç memnun kalmadık tavsiye etmiyorum.

Very disappointing experience. The service was bad and the staff were not helpful at all. There was no Wi-Fi most of the time, which made the stay even worse. The food quality was terrible — it honestly felt like the leftovers from lunch were served again at dinner. Definitely not worth the money and I would not recommend this hotel.

На рецепшене встрелили хорошо администратор Хани очень доброжелательный, все рассказал, объяснил, показал оставил о себе и отеле хорошо впечатление. На територии отеля ухоженная большая территория, басейны без подогрева, до морЯ имеется подвоз. Обеды ,завтраки, ужины все включено и шведский стол, горячии напитки установлены высоко для высоких людей. Номера хорошие , только уборка желает лучшего, некачественная уборка и почти не меняют постельное. А так впечатление от отдыха хорошее.

Hotel z zewnątrz wygląda ok, lecz to tylko złudne wrażenie. Miałam być po przylocie w hotelu, w godzinach porannych, lecz mój lot został opóźniony o 12.5h. Na miejscu pojawiłam się około godziny 22. Ja oraz inny uczestnik wycieczki nie otrzymaliśmy przydzielonych pokoi. Zmuszeni byliśmy czekać w holu hotelowym do godziny 2:00 w nocy, ponieważ nie było wolnych miejsc w pokojach. Co gorsza, podobna sytuacja dotyczyła również innych turystów, co wskazuje na poważny problem z organizacją i zarządzaniem rezerwacjami. Kiedy w końcu udostępniono nam pokoje – dopiero po wykwaterowaniu innych gości – zastaliśmy je w tragicznym stanie, brudne i wyraźnie nieprzygotowane do przyjęcia nowych osób. Warunki te nie spełniały standardów umowy ani jakichkolwiek podstawowych norm higieny. Jedzenie nie było zadowalające… Piwo rzadko było, a drinki tragiczne

Dit verblijf verdient geen sterren. Toen we aankwamen flirtte het personeel met mijn, net 18 jarige zusje. Ze voelde zich direct niet op haar gemak. Het resort heeft een gebrek aan professionaliteit. We kregen een kamer toegewezen, wat erg slecht onderhouden was. De kamer was vies, overal vlekken, alsof er niet was schoongemaakt. Druppels bloed etc. Ze probeerden mee te denken en lieten andere kamers zien, maar ook deze waren vervallen. In elke kamer die we hebben gezien zaten er vlekken in het beddengoed. In een andere kamer wat het beste moest zijn, zat een kakkerlak en ook was dat niet goed onderhouden. We hebben toen een ander resort geboekt. Dit werd niet hartelijk ontvangen. Ik kreeg intimiderende berichtjes van het personeel. We voelden ons niet veilig om weer terug te keren om tot een middenweg te komen. De reisorganisatie sunmix wil niet tegemoet komen. Dus boek hier niet! Het eten is ook karig en als je het ziet durf je er niet van te eten.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE Palma de sharm is the worst establishment in Egypt. It is filthy, unhelpful, unclean and quite honestly way too expensive for an awful experience. The check in desk to begin with was shambles, unfriendly and unhelpful. The staffs customer service was horrible and it is clear that they don’t do any hospitality training. Onto the rooms, our room was old, stinky, dusty, disgusting. And it was falling apart as seen in the photos. We couldn’t take showers as the shower head was rusty, and the ground was unclean and filthy. The sink was also so untidy and disgusting, with rust, mould and dirt all over it. It’s clear the rooms dont get cleaned at all. The towels provided were dirty, brown and didn’t feel like they’d been cleaned. We felt so unclean being in that room. To top it all off, the room was so dusty that it was dirtying our clothes every time we touched something. The workers were so unhelpful, we asked for another room and the new room they gave us was even worse. The food was horrible, it was cold and there wasn’t even a lot of it. The chicken was undercooked, and the drinks were served in dirty plastic cups. There also wasn’t cutlery and no wifi either. We left within 24 hours and we were not the only family that did this. This hotel should be shut down.

Not a good place at all.. Poor in every aspect! Room, food, location and cleanliness! Major renovation work going on all around and so empty for such a huge place. Food is disgusting but they tried. Staff were helpful and tried to be helpful until you complain. Offered another room but refused due to booking into another hotel due to the poor state of room given. Shower was dirty with sand and hair from previous guests. Fridge was a warm box that kept us awake all night. New room was ok but not much better. Refused it due to not happy with the hotel. Then they refused any refund, only stayed one night out of 6 so booked into a different hotel 15 minutes up the road at a cost. They would not even pay for transfer to new hotel! Hollywood hotel is a dump! Wish I took more pics to show but was so disappointed and in shock I didn't. New hotel is beautiful and clean. Hilton doubletree hotel is amazing. No more to say but well done Hilton you are the place to stay when travelling.

Dentro questo resort regna l'abbandono, scarsa manutenzione, camere vecchie e sporche. Cibo al limite del commestibile, colazione e cucina italiana/europea completamente assente. Metto 2 stelle solo per i ragazzi che ci lavorano dentro, disponibili e gentili. Se avete intenzione di soggiornare prendete in considerazione il fatto che secondo gli standard europei questo resort dovrebbe essere massimo un 2 stelle. Inoltre Resort lontano dal mare o attività, uso del taxi obbligatorio per ogni movimento

Viešbutis iš pirmo žvilgsnio paliko neblogą įspūdį, erdi teritorija, baseinai ir t.t. Bėdos prasidėjo gavus kambarį(buvo sumokėta, už delux), kuris buvo didelis, bet jau pavargęs, kondicionierius neveikė, karšto vandens nebuvo,. Po 2 dienų "zizimo" šiaip ne taip pakeitė į kitą kambarį, kur jau galėjome su veikiančiu kondicionieriumi išsimiegoti. Maistas pusė velnio, kas išrankesnis nerekomenduoju, alus ir kiti alkoholio gėrimai ribojami, arba stebuklingai pasibaigia. Jei barmenui duodi pinigą tada pila normaliai. Dar neteko niekur gerti alų iš 100gr. Plastikinių pakuočių, šitas bajeris daugelį šokiravo. Nors buvo viskas įskaičiuota alkoholis ribojamas, kilo nepasitekinmų iš turistų daug kartų. Šiaip vakarinės programos ir animatorių darbas buvo vienas iš geriausių dalyku, apart aptarvavimo, ir paslaugumas. Paplūdimys toli ir mažas, pabriaidyti tik tinkamas.

Отель внешне напоминает помещение конюшни. Ремонта не было лет 10 бассейн нормальные лежаки хорошие, горки тоже нормальные, еда на завтрак есть нечего кроме омлета, обед тоже есть нечего, ужин тоже, курицу когда жарят воняет перьями горелыми. M.Дайвер стоит купить путёвку на дайвинг посмотреть каралы.

Самый худший отель! Из плюсов только территория, где можно прогуляться. В номерах не чисто и все старое, вечером нет горячей воды. За 10 дней в номере убирали только 4 раза. В столовой (рестораном назвать его сложно) каждый день одно и тоже и очень скудно. Фрукты дают зелёные или такие, что выкинуть нужно. Из нормальных были только мандарины. На пляж ездят трансферы-автобусы без кондиционера и с орущей местной музыкой. На просьбу сделать тише не реагируют. Каждые 5-10 минут над отелем идут самолёты на посадку.
