Very disappointed with Vijaya Sales, Chandrayangutta branch, Hyderabad. They promised delivery of my AC within 48 hours, but it has already been around 4 days and I still haven’t received anything. What’s worse is there has been no proper update or communication from their side. Taking full payment on time but completely failing to deliver on their promise is highly unprofessional. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for a well-known store. I would not recommend this branch to anyone if this is how they treat their customers. Extremely poor service and very frustrating experience. Extremely angry and disappointed with Vijaya Sales, Chandrayangutta branch. They promised AC delivery within 48 hours, but it has been several days and there is still no delivery. This is completely unacceptable, especially after taking full payment upfront. What’s the point of giving commitments if you have no intention of honoring them? The customer service is even worse — no proper response, no clear updates, and no sense of responsibility. Every time I try to follow up, I either get vague answers or no response at all. This kind of careless and unprofessional behavior is frustrating and shows zero respect for customers. In this extreme summer heat, delaying something as essential as an AC is not just inconvenient, it’s irresponsible. Highly dissatisfied and would strongly warn others to think twice before trusting this branch. Very poor service and a terrible experience overall.

We purchased an air conditioner from Vijaya Sales, it's been 8 - 10 days. Despite multiple calls and reminders, there was no timely response from the service team regarding installation and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing..😡😡😡 After multiple reminders and follow-ups, a technician finally visited, but upon unboxing the unit, the AC was damaged internally. Since then, we have been facing continued difficulties and struggling for return or replacement. This has been a very frustrating experience, and the level of service provided is horrible.We hope this issue is addressed promptly and that steps are taken to improve customer support.🤮🤮😡😡

Overall, we had a good experience at Vijay Sales and Mr. Mansoor was very friendly and supportive. However, I felt the price was slightly on the higher side. We purchased the three-burner cooktop for ₹5,000, but later I noticed similar models available online for around ₹3,000. That made me feel it was a bit expensive compared to online prices.

Don't waste your precious money and time by going to this showroom, I feel like mugged I recently bought a fridge which on their website is for 29500 but the smart sales person managed to persuade me to buy it for 30500, 1k more than how much they are selling it online for, also Bajaj finance guy called razzaq was rude and unprofessional was on phone throughout our transaction shouting on phone at someone not respecting the customer doesn't know the basic professional behaviour, I complaint about him to the store manager, I am sure no action will be taken, is this behaviour continues vijay sales will lose out on customers big time, I am sure the owners doesn't want that

On 04/03/2026 I purchased an AC. At the time of billing, they didn't tell me about the delivery schedule or availability. After billing, they told me that the item is not available now. They will deliver it tomorrow i.e. 05/03/26. But I did not receive it that day. When I called the store I really shocked they did not generate/upload my bill. After that I called the store at least 20 times but my call was not attended. I tried the store manager number and got the same reply from him. They support the customers till the payment is completed. After that they have no responsibility. After waiting for two days I received the goods and then tried to call the store and the manager number to inquire about the installation but there was no response from the team. Later when I tried from another mobile number the manager replied.

Vijay Sales – Chandrayangutta is a good electronics store, but a salesman named Masoor pressured customers to leave 5-star reviews and mention his name, which felt inappropriate, you can see his name on all the 5 star reviews.
