Purchased vise led tv 20 days ago but the speaker of the tv are very bad dialogues can't be heard properly and I am complaining about this since 15 days still problem is not solved.. Technician came 2 times and he also confirmed that there is a problem in the tv but still no one is giving proper answer..I complained in customer care they said to call ashram road office..when I called there they are saying to complaint the issue at customer care..This kind of service was not expected and I am very disappointed by VIJAY SALES

Best price you can get here as myself also compared with all the online stores and e-commerce websites, they have really better deals. Mr. Shashank guided us in best and friendly manner to their team Mr. Ravi and Mr. Harsh Katheriya who further explained and provide all the information regarding the various washing machine models and helped us to choose the best suitable model as per our requirement. He is generous and also found having good knowledge about the washing machine segment as he shared all the pros and cons for various models without any hesitation. So they never hide any point from you as that is what makes our buying experience little more better. In case you forget to ask for other offers, they also inform you for additional discount offers going on by various banks and other mode of payment. Which is totally optional as per customer. Delivery of the product was on time as per their commitment. Even installation and demo of the machine from LG service provider was quick, hassle free, understandable & adequately good to operate the machine, explained all the functions.

Absolutely pathetic experience. There were three billing counters available, yet only two were functioning. The billing staff was painfully slow and wasted an unacceptable amount of time. When I demanded to speak to the store manager, the excuse given was a “staff shortage,” which is not the customer’s problem. This level of mismanagement is shocking. I don’t even want to give one star—this single star should be treated as zero. Completely disappointing and unprofessional.

I had purchased the Aquaguard Aspire Designo UTC RO from Vijay Sales in September 2025. At the time of purchase, Vijay Sales representatives informed me that if the filter/membrane gets damaged before 12,000 liters, the company would replace it without any charges. However, within 6 months, the RO membrane has become choked, as observed by the technical service engineer. Now I am being informed that the membrane replacement cost will be ₹3,000. I have been following up for the last one week, but there has been no proper resolution, and Vijay Sales representatives are not answering my calls.
