Villa Sonata Apart Hotel

Gutes Hotel, aber das Management sollte Zahlungsprobleme transparenter lösen. Bewertung: Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, die Lage gut und das Personal überwiegend freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt genossen. Allerdings hatten wir eine schwierige Situation, als es bei unserer Buchung ein Zahlungsproblem gab. Statt uns ruhig und transparent zu unterstützen, versuchte das Management zunächst, den gesamten Betrag erneut zu berechnen und gab widersprüchliche Informationen über die bereits geleistete Zahlung. Das wirkte wie ein Versuch, die Situation auszunutzen, was natürlich sehr unangenehm war. Nach Klärung und Vorlage der Nachweise wurde alles korrekt gelöst, und das Personal war anschließend sehr freundlich. Ich teile diese Erfahrung nicht als Vorwurf, sondern als ehrliches Feedback: Eine offenere und unterstützendere Kommunikation in solchen Momenten würde das Gästeerlebnis deutlich verbessern.

The service staff is exceptionally refined, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their discreet yet consistent attentiveness ensures that every need is anticipated and met with ease, creating a truly comfortable and elevated experience. The cuisine is rather simple, yet well prepared and satisfying. It remains affordable and delivers good value for money, especially for those who appreciate straightforward, honest dishes. The location strikes a rare balance, centrally positioned for convenience, yet calm and undisturbed. While the approach includes a slight incline, it only enhances the reward, a nice view over Alanya and toward the coastline. Overall, a pleasant and wellrounded stay with a welcoming atmosphere.

27 mayıs tarihinde iş seyahatim dolayısıyla 1 günlüğüne kaldım. Resrpsiyonundan komisine herkes çok ilgili alakalı, nefis bir manzaraya sahip tam bir fiyat/performans konaklaması oldu. Yeri biraz tepede kalıyor, geliş gidiş yorucu olabilir ama buna değer. Bu oteli tavsiye ederim.

Ein an sich schönes, typisches Hotel in der Türkei. Nichts besonderes, aber völlig in Ordnung. Frühstück okay, Abendessen hervorragend. Der Kellner abends war aufmerksam, freundlich und der englischen Sprache mächtig. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht, jedoch war nur das Frühstück im Preis enthalten. Leider bekamen wir (3 Personen) die zwei Zimmer der Kategorie "Schwiegermutter". Das Mobiliar war alt und abgenutzt, die Matratzen durchgelegen. Das Bad war ebenfalls alt. Wir hatten zunächst keinen Wasserdruck beim Warmwasser. Nach mehrfachen Bitten, dies zu beheben, wurde das Problem zwei Tage später behoben. Die Mischbatterie war weiterhin kaputt. Wir konnten wählen zwischen 10 Grad und 80 Grad. Der HouseCeeper wollte mir zunächst zeigen, wie eine Mischbatterie funktioniert und quittierte den Zustand dann mit deinem Achselzucken. Im Nebenzimmer blieb die Maximaltemperatur bei geschätzten 20 Grad. An einem Tag kamen plötzlich Handwerker in das Zimmer, während wir anwesend waren und bauten einen Schrank auf. Der hinterlassene Schmutz wurde erst am Folgetag beseitigt. Der Schrank roch so stark nach Lösungsmitteln, dass das Zimmer kaum bewohnbar war. Unserer bitte nach anderen Zimmern wurde trotz mehrerer freier Zimmer nicht stattgegeben. Die Aggregate der Klimaanlagen waren leider sehr laut und weckten uns nachts mehrfach, wenn sie anliefen. Durch die Federkernmatratzen spürte man das Vibrieren deutlich. Schade, dass die Zimmer so schlecht waren, das Hotel hat uns ansonsten gefallen. Hütet euch vor den Zimmern 112-114.

Fiyat performans ürünü. Odalar temiz, balkonları geniş ve ferahdı. Mutfak da yemek yiyebilecek gerekli malzemeler mevcuttur. Kahvaltı ikramı açık büfe olup şık ve nezihdi. Otelin dağ ve deniz manzarası güzeldi. Konum olarak Damlataş ve Kleopatra plajına yakındı. Özellikle bizlere karşı kibar ve güler yüzle karşılayan hanımefendiye teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum. 🌺

Hotel zrobił na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie i z czystym sumieniem mogę go polecić. Obsługa jest przemiła, zawsze pomocna i uśmiechnięta, co sprawia, że od razu człowiek czuje się mile widziany. Ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja – hotel znajduje się blisko głównej drogi, dzięki czemu łatwo się poruszać, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko pięknej plaży Cleopatra. To idealne miejsce zarówno na relaks, jak i zwiedzanie okolicy. Pokoje są czyste, zadbane i regularnie sprzątane, co zdecydowanie podnosi komfort pobytu. Śniadania są smaczne – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na plus zasługują też ceny, które są bardzo adekwatne do jakości usług. To świetny wybór dla osób szukających komfortowego pobytu w dobrej lokalizacji.

Смешанные чувства от этого отеля. Хорошее расположение отеля. Просторные комнаты, всё что надо есть, миникухня и электрическая плитка, сковородка, кастрюля, чайник. Нам достались номера на первом этаже с выходом в сад. За всё это причем ещё и цена была привлекательная. Можно ставить пятёрку в тёплое время года. Но мы приехали в январе и было холодно, пол ледяной и обогрев только кондиционером, колориферы не работали, сауна тоже. За три дня непрерывного обогрева, мы нагрели комнаты, но кафельные полы невозможно согреть, ковров тоже нет. Поэтому советую пользоваться отелем только в тёплое время года.

The hotel is in an amazing location (only a bit uphill) and has a really beautiful view! Owner and workers were very helpful and nice. Only thing was that utensils and plates were not so clean and there were no shower gel or shampoo. Otherwise it was a lovely experience for its price! Pics show the view from the room.

the smaller rooms in the apartment weren't soundproof. we could hear kids from upstairs running around and screaming all day. also the interior was very old though the bathroom was modern. the ac was probably from the 90s. If you have a car, don't try to climb the cliff, just park somewhere near because it's very hard to get down if someone else parks behind you.

İlgi alaka yemekler her şey güzeldi ellerinize sağlık. Konumdan ötürü galiba türk müşterilere alışkın değiller anladığım kadarıyla otele kabul edilene kadar üstlerine sürekli sordular.

Özellikle çalışanları ve konumu açısından çok iyi bir tesis. Gerek kaleye, gerek teleferiğe, gerekse Damlataş Plajı'na çok yakın mesafede bulunuyor. Harika bir konuma sahip. Özellikle personellerin içten samimiyeti ve ilgisi için çok teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Het verblijf viel helaas erg tegen. De airco werkte regelmatig niet goed, waardoor de kamer oncomfortabel was. Het meubilair is erg oud, waarschijnlijk nog uit de jaren ’70, en ook de badkamer is verouderd en niet prettig in gebruik. De locatie van het hotel is onhandig: om er te komen moet je een steile weg omhoog lopen, wat zwaar is en ervoor zorgt dat je snel gaat zweten. Het ontbijt is erg simpel en stelde teleur. Het enige positieve punt was het zwembad, dat wel prima was. Voor de rest was het geen fijne ervaring, en ik zou hier zeker niet nog een keer verblijven

Unpleasant experience, breakfast was basic, no curtains in our first hotell room in the bedroom, when we changed we got a room with a old used condom lying on the floor. Bad cleaning and the ac didn’t work so when it rained our clothes stayed wet for 3 days.

Otel çok güzel, çok temiz, manzaralar mükemmel ☀️ Наверное это один из самых красивых отелей Аланьи. В центре исторического квартала Чарши, очень чистый, удобный и с фантастическими видами на Аланью и море. Красивая территория с бассейном. Просто супер!

Gittiğim en iyi oteldi. Personel son derece nazikti. Cuma akşamı katıldığımız barbekü partisinde hem yemekler hem de eğlence beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi. Otel daha çok turistler tarafından tercih ediliyor sanırım; hatta konakladığımız dönemde oteldeki tek Türk bizdik :) Tüm aileme ve arkadaşlarıma gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel oldu. Ayrıca, uçuk fiyatlı fişlerle de karşılaşmıyorsunuz. (Sadece odadaki mutfakta karınca problemi rahatsız etti buna yönelik bir ilaçlama vs yapılırsa 10 numara 5 yıldız)

Очень хороший отель и цены доступные, оставались с подругой 4 дня, все понравилось. Номера чистые, персонал добрый и отзывчивый. Недорого. Все достопримечательности и пляж в 5и минутах ходьбы, магазины, главная улица, центр в шаговой доступности. Каждый день убирают комнату, а вид вообще шикарный, есть терраса на крыше. Все очень понравилось, советую👍

Location, room , service everything perfect. Reaalyy good stuff and i asked two times for iron and they gave me. Also we did hen party and they suggested doing it on the terrace) Recommended! If i come to Alanya i will stay here 🥰🫶

Our room was so beautiful and clean. It was a straightforward check in. It is up some spiral staircases and up a steep hill if there’s elderly or mobility impaired I wouldn’t recommend this place. The place was really well kept and the staff were also lovely. I’m glad we came And would come again!

Really nice and beautiful place. Our family enjoyed holiday really much. Food was good and drinks. Ali was best and allways there when you needed.

I Write your review Beautiful hotel, staff are super helpful and friendly. Gorgeous views, lovely location, 600m away from the beach. A short walk from the shops. Food is great-they accommodated my partner and l, we are both very fussy so that's a difficult task! Ferda came to chat to us a couple of times and she was lovely. We have a massage booked here also, very excited!! Done
