If really needed he will say what and how to buy. My major kitchen appliances are from him. My mom has also brought utensils from him. Excellent shop

First of all the owner is a good person. Very genuine and honest. My grinder was under warranty. He suggested me to take it to the service center for getting it free. Do people do this these days? One of mixer cups got jammed. He serviced it in few mins n did not take money for it. Cant believe there are people like this person these days. Very happy to have his shop nearby to where i stay. Full 100 stars!

I had one minor issue in my mixer grinder which could be repaired in 10-15 min. i called 2 or 3 places before reaching him but they told me it would take a day or so to repair or technician is not there. But when i called and visited his store he quickly fixed it within 5 min and was super polite . great service indeed

It's the place where you find all your kitchen, Washroom stuffs with various range in terms of items and their prices. The owner's behaviour I liked most. Also, After purchase, They will deliver your products at your doorstep. One more thing, You can even return some items like Gas cylinder etc. and can get its deposit.

I got my pressure cooker repaired here. I had a new safety valve installed in the cooker. The owner fixed it real quick, I was in and out in 5 minutes. He was super nice, I would highly recommend going to this place to get your home appliances repaired.

I had given my non branded wet grinder for service. Grinder was running extremely slow and it used to take minimum 3hrs even to grind a small amount rice and dhal. I almost decided to buy a new one and just took a last chance to check on this grinder before giving up on it completely. I searched google and landed to this store. Honestly did not have any high hope about their service and even thought reviews must be brought like most of them do. My perception totally changed with entire service experience. He took 2days to service and promptly called back saying he has fixed the issue by changing the belt. when I went to pickup the serviced grinder. He was prompt in his response, switched on the grinder & showed me the performance of the grinder. Never thought he would extend his service to this. I was so over joyed to see how fast my grinder performed. I give 5 on 5 for his 1. Timely response. 2. For service charges he charged minimal fee (380/-). Overall his readiness to assist the customer.. Rare to find service providers like Vinayaka Kitchen Gallery. Thank you.
