Virgin Megastore at Dubai Mall is one of those places where you can always find everything you’re looking for—and usually a lot more you didn’t even know you wanted. The store is very up to date, well-organized, and the staff are always available, friendly, and helpful, which makes the experience smooth and enjoyable. What I really love is that the store is constantly refreshing its layout and bringing in new items, so every visit feels a bit different. They have an impressive range of books, electronics, gaming accessories, gadgets, vinyls, stationery, gifts, and all kinds of cool, fun products. It’s the kind of place I make sure to visit on every trip, and it never disappoints.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience. During my visit to Dubai, I purchased a device from your Dubai Mall branch. Before buying, I explicitly asked the sales employee if I could exchange or return it outside of Dubai if it had any defect, and she clearly answered "Yes". Unfortunately, what I feared happened. Upon arriving home, I discovered that the device is defective, specifically with a fault in the motion transmission responsiveness. When I contacted your customer service, they were completely unhelpful, showed no cooperation, and failed to provide me with the right contact or department to resolve this issue. As a customer who was misled by your staff's assurance, I request an immediate solution to return or exchange this defective product from my location, and a direct contact to solve this problem. Attached is my purchase receipt. I look forward to your prompt response.

A very large store offering a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience for customers seeking high-quality products and prestigious international brands. The service is good, and the staff are helpful and friendly. However, the prices are considered somewhat high.

Worst customer service ever at Virgin Megastore, Dubai Mall. I asked for a product that was available online in the Dubai Mall store, but staff were unhelpful and dismissive, initially telling me it was finished. Only after I insisted did they check—and they gave me a used or display piece with minor damages, saying “this is all we have.” If I hadn’t pushed, they wouldn’t have offered it at all. Asking for a manager was another nightmare—they delayed and avoided the issue, and when a manager named Karim was finally called, it felt like a complicated process just to speak to him. I left frustrated and will never return. Truly the worst service I’ve experienced.

A huge shout out to Mr. Saad from the Dubai mall store. He is so professional, well informed and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience shopping at the store. He was prompt to attend to my queries post purchase as well. Really appreciate it!

Love this branch.. huge collection of literally everything.. and very cool design 😍👌 i enjoy my time there especially in kitchenware section Note: they have a great harry potter collection for fans 🤗 And also a nice bicycle section

My kids won a giveaway here 😊 This store is huge and has amazing things. The customer service is wonderful, all staff are friendly and helpful. Best virgin megastore in the country ☺️

Very bad customer service and exchange refund policy. Arguing that a defective product opened cannot be refund which is contrary to consumer rights in UAE. And how check that an electronic product is working if not opened… Need to raise a complaint now. Better to buy in another local brand

Ali, brand advisor (Samsung monitor) was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He stayed with me a long time and was very nice and assisted me exceptionally. 10/10 service, especially compared to other stores.

The worst customer service ever. I wanted to purchase an item in the store but they didn’t have it and suggested I order it online. They said I should get it in a day. I have been waiting for three days and nothing. They sent an invoice claiming they delivered it yesterday but I haven’t received anything yet. When I confronted the customer service they just brushed me off and ended the chat abruptly. I feel belittled and completely ignored as a customer. They lie in the invoice and won’t even apologize or make any gestures to show that customers are important. It is only about the bottom line for these guys. They could learn a lot from Apple and similar companies that actually value their customers.

Online systems from supposedly reputable retailers should be accurate. Went to the Dubai Mall store specifically for two "in stock" items. Clearly the items haven't been in stock for some time - the staff were basically like "yeah sometimes it mentions in stock online but the item is not actually physically available"

Çalışanlar çok bunaltıcıydı. Her bir metrede bir çalışan sürekli hoşgeldiniz. Bir şey ister miydiniz gibi sorularla bunalttılar. Mağaza çok güzel ve büyüktü. Herşeyin çeşidi çok fazlaydı ama çalışanlardan dolayı ısınamadım.

I placed an order online. They took my payment and aftrr 7 days I received an email that my order was cancelled because they don't stock. How can payment can be taken if items are not available? Then they tell me the money will be refunded in 14 days!!! So keeping my money for 22 days since the day of the order. Totally unacceptable. Order number 73ED195
