had a wonderful experience at this spectacle shop. The service was truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and very professional. What impressed me the most was their generosity and honesty; they kindly repaired my Guess goggles free of cost, which speaks volumes about their customer care. It’s rare to find such genuine service these days. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality eyewear and trustworthy assistance.

Writing this review after second incident happened with Vision Point. I have been buying specs and sunglasses from Vision Point since 2021 as far as I remember, or may be a year before that. So this happened in 2023 where my crizal essilor lens coating got spoiled. I went and told the incident they said this has never happened before, yours is the first case and they convinced me that this happened due to my mistake (though I am very very particular about caring my things). Then within a week I was just randomly telling about my this glass incident to one of my friends and it was very shocking same thing happened to her glass from Vision Point and they told her the same thing that this has never happened before and you are the first person but since her father had a deep argument they changed her lens for free. Then I decided not to go to Vision Point anymore but since I buy luxury brand frames, without knowing much options in the city (which I know now), I went again there to shop. All went okay then this year in 2024, in the month of June end, I dipped my specs in water as I was told that if you need to clean specs, you can dip them overnight but I dipped for about 3 to 4 hours and my both left and right glasses got spoiled, whole coating came out. I went there and as I just showed them the glasses, their instant reaction was very bad. They were not even listening and was firing back that there must have been soap in water, you must have gone to some beach, the water may have been salty etc. etc. I was told by one of their employees that you can dip your specs overnight in water, nothing will happen. I specially asked them are you sure because specs have screws which might get rust they said nothing will happen. In my case, in 3-4 hours my glasses got ruined and they denied to accept that we have said that. Also, they were contradicting their statements. First when their employees saw, they said you never have to put in water overnight, you just have to wash them. Later, owner Nayan bhai says you can dip overnight. Then afterwards he says it must be RO water. If it is supposed to be RO water then they should have informed earlier but the fact is they were first saying something then changing their statement. It’s always like they never accept their fault. Never ever! If something happens, they will never help in service and will straight away deny of their statements. That was my last time in Vision Point, never ever going to their shop and would never recommend anyone. My friend has also stopped going there and we are very much happy now buying from Blink Opticals in Ghod Dod Road. They are very much professional and know how to talk and behave with customers.

Very good services and polite staff. Free eye check up & free minor fitting of frames. Various premium range I found in store for frames as well as sunglasses. Children section is also there so its like a family eyewear shop. Best shop at Ghod dod road, surat.

Very costly and not costumer friendly. Earlier Nehamadam was there and she was giving best service so now we have stopped purchasing from this store
