Extremely Disappointing Experience with Vista Real Estate Oman My experience with Vista Real Estate in Oman has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. From start to finish, the team has shown a complete lack of responsiveness and accountability. Despite their glossy advertisements and big promises, don’t be fooled — the reality is far from what they portray. Their agents are extremely unresponsive, taking days (if at all) to reply to calls or messages. When you finally manage to reach someone, you’ll find yourself being passed from one person to another, each one claiming someone else will handle your request. In the end, you waste your time and get no proper response or resolution. To make matters worse, I found their behaviour rude and dismissive, including from the manager, who showed clear bias and an unprofessional attitude during interactions. Rather than assisting or offering solutions, their tone and approach were condescending and disrespectful. It’s disappointing to see a real estate company operating with such disregard for clients. Professionalism, communication, and respect are completely lacking at Vista Real Estate. If you value your time and want to avoid unnecessary frustration, I would strongly advise against dealing with this company.

I was in search of an investment property in Oman Muscat. I was contacted by Omar Baradie after leaving my contact with a Real Estate company. After exchanging messages we spoke over the phone and within minutes I realised the vast knowledge Omar had of Muscat and of the developments that have been undertaken and are underway. You will not feel pressured as he gives you space to make a decision. I have had experience with real estate agents who are pushy and aggressive and he is the opposite. I was looking to invest in Oman and looked through several real estate agencies but Vista grabbed my attention. I arranged a call and Omar contacted me. He asked all the relevant questions and sent me number of potential properties. I flew to Oman, met Omar in person and closed the deal. I would highly recommend Omar to anyone looking to invest in Oman. He is attentive, patient, pays full attention to details and suggest properties without pushing anything. I had a very poor experience with the agent, Iftekhar. He was unprofessional and unresponsive — rarely answering phone calls and often taking days to reply on WhatsApp. This is the worst service I’ve ever encountered from a real estate agent. Before my most recent experience, he told me that a villa was available and even asked me to take photos of the maintenance work required. After I spent time doing that, he only replied the next day to say that the villa had already been taken. The most frustrating part was when he later told me another villa would be open for viewing. I traveled a long distance to see it, only to find it closed. To make matters worse, he didn’t answer my calls when I tried to reach him. Very disappointing and unreliable service.

I have been working with Iftar for sometime now. I am happy the way handles my issues. He always replies to my messages, queries and takes action. He may be late but he will come back to me. I wish him a lot of success in his work.

I had a brilliant experience with the lovely agent called Ani. She was professional, friendly and helpful. She showed me two appartments and gave me a good offer. The place I rented has beautiful view with everything I wanted balcony, shared gym and pool within the building, 2 bedrooms and close to amenities. It ticked all the boxes. It was everything I wanted and nice and bright. The sun shines through the room. I cant live in dark places. Thank you so much Ani. She even waited for me when I was waiting for a taxi, shes kind and thoughtful. She was the only agent that I met in Oman who knew how to help and be there on time. Shes very punctual and knowledgable. I hope she is the one who will help me out again in the future.
