The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including reliable Wi-Fi and efficient air conditioning. What truly stood out during my stay was the staff’s courteous behavior and prompt service. The in-house dining was excellent too, with a good variety of dishes and great taste. Cleanliness across the property was up to the mark, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. This has been one of my most satisfying hotel stays in Aurangabad, and I’d happily recommend VITS to anyone visiting the city.

Old building with not a lot of maintenance. The toilets were particularly unclean and revolting. The rooms were however spacious. The restaurant staff are not attentive and spend talking amongst themselves rather than serving customers, even though it wasn't very busy. Food taste was also average. This may have been a good place a while ago but has been allowed to decline. Am sure there are better options available to customers

The rooms are near and Good looking but the room we were given had terrible cigerette smell. After complaining all they did was just spraying some room freshner which wore out in 30 minutes and we had to spend rest of our time with that smell. So absolutely bad experience especially when you pay so much!

One star because we can't give negative stats. This place was an insult to the name, we had taken this hotel considering the brand name, but it was such a huge disappointment. The room smelled of cockroach treatment spray. There was fungus growth on the bathroom curtains. Rooms were dusty and poorly maintained. The breakfast buffet was limited, and everything got was refilled at a snail like speed. After repeatedly asking, only anything was provided. There was no consideration for kids or families

As I stay at this hotel, I’m writing this review because I have never had such a bad experience about hospitality previously anywhere else. The rooms as sub-par with no maintenance at all. The Ac are dusty with moulds and performing poorly. When we called the room service, no one even bothered to come and check the problem. Upon calling multiple times and being more vocal, they decided to come and check. We asked why the ac vents are so mouldy to which they replied that it’s old stains and won’t go away. We then swiped our finger on the vent and the mould was fresh and came on our hands to which the floor manager had no reply. Finally they changed our room but all this at the cost of wasting few good hours of our vacation. The support staff are courteous though. The management however needs to consider renovating the rooms. The food is good so you can definitely stop by for a meal. But to stay here…NO WAY!!!!

Not a great place, would suggest green olive for stay and food both. For the same price, they offer a much better service. The receptionist was a bit laid back and seemed irritated whenever anyone approached her. Stayed there for 3 days, it was the same throughout. The rooms had a certain smell to them.

While the food may lean towards being bland to maintain a 4-star quality, the hotel does make up for this with an inside bar, which is a nice touch. Service, however, could be improved as it tends to be a bit slow, requiring some reminders to stay on track. Despite the minor drawbacks, Hotel VITS is a great option for both leisure and business travelers. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in Aurangabad, this hotel is definitely worth considering at least once.

My stay at VITS Aurangabad was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The rooms were in terrible condition, with broken spring mattresses that caused significant discomfort neck and back. The staff’s attitude only worsened the experience, as they were unprofessional, arrogant, and failed to respond to requests in a timely manner. The food was equally subpar, with dishes being tasteless, undercooked, and poorly managed during the buffet, where vessels often remained empty without replenishment. The lack of basic hospitality and attention to guest needs made my stay frustrating and unpleasant. I would strongly advise against choosing this property for anyone looking for comfort or quality service.

I stayed from 10-11 May 24 with my family. The hotel is very close to the railway station. The room was spacious but as the property is old, the furnitures & flooring were also old. Food was a let down as we had dinner at the room on the day of our arrival, the quality and taste was not good, also the vegetables were raw. Good thing was it was within walking distance from the railway station.

The service was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation through Booking.com, but their system wasn’t functioning properly. When I arrived at the counter, I was asked to pay a higher price than what was initially agreed upon. The experience was frustrating, as the staff lacked basic customer service skills and didn’t know how to communicate respectfully. Unfortunately, I couldn’t cancel because my Mastercard had already been charged.

Good location near railway station. Rooms and interior is old now. Need some maintenance. Room size is comfortable for two person. Food is little costly. Taste is good. Service is good.Ambience is good.Lot's of restrictions. So better to confirm first before booking.

Convenient location, Spacious Rooms, Ample food options to choose. Only issue being Receptionist. They behave as if its their hotel & they're favouring to with opportunity to stay. Right at the start you get a feel why I've done booking in this hotel. Pathetic experience

Worst experience…we stayed there for an overnight stay.. lobby is full of cigarettes smell..bathroom fixtures are rusted and not working properly.. its not even a 3 star hotel.. we were charge 4200 for 5 hrs of stay..they dont provide toiletries also.. so took long time to get that after calling.. the worst part was we were charged for drivers room..our driver saw the room and it was in basement in some shady area with size of a car without any fan or ventilation.. our driver told the receptionist that we dont want driver room.. still we were charged for that.. when i got to know this i called up the management but did not get any response

Good location, staff, service, etc. Rooms were spacious and big though, yet poorly managed. Stinky room of pest control, dull lights, stained sheets, limited parking option. Breakfast had a good spread and prompt. Good staff and service. Nice folks . Overpriced for the kind of rooms. Looks great from outside with sheer size. Overall was okay!

Hotel ambiance is nice and big, rooms are also good and spacious. Little old hotel so I think its need maintenance. Gym was good. Lift had problem while check in but later on repaired. Breakfast was OK and the manager was cheerful person and asking feedback and trying to make comfortable. Service was good in hotel. Provided extra bed also on demand. Will visit again.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. There was an electricity failure in the hotel, hotel staff didn’t even have a courtesy to inform the guest about the downtime of 2/3 hours. Upon asking they didn’t even bother to start the generator. They charged me full amount of the room fare, didn’t even have showed any decency to offer some discount. On top of that they want us to stay in the hotel room where there is no Airconditioning and fan and the room is closed. What a pathetic staff and the room they have here. I will never stay or recommend to stay in this hotel. This hotel has a 3 star category I don’t know how they get this rating and category. I have to checkout early to avoid suffocation and distress in the Hotel.

Such a bad experience in staying at this property. The staff is so rude. I had an argument with the receptionist while asking for the way to my room. He came up using unprofessional language and shouted for no reason. There was no manager to intervene. I waited for almost 1 hour to get in touch with the manager to look into the matter but i got to know that he is at home and sleeping. Anyways, apart from this, rooms are so filthy and stinking. It was difficult to spend 1 night. Although i booked the hotel for 2 nights but we left the very next morning. It was the worst night i spent at any hotel.

Seems like the hotel was last maintained by Akbar. Dirty rooms, no porter to carry the luggages, no proper space to park the 4-wheeler, I wonder why it charges a premium amount, why not the same charge like any other hotel near the railway station. Not to mention, food was stale and pathetic. They don't even provide water bottles as complementary, we got them after a Lil bit of fight.

The hotel is not justifiable for its prices. The service is not that good. The rooms have a big size but the some basic things like mini fridge, kettle are in a very poor condition. The console for controlling the room lights was also not working properly. The reception desk people are extremely rude. They have no sense of talking to the guests. When some query was asked they just made us go away to ask away someone else. We expected much better from the hotel considering it as a VITS branch. Definitely overpriced as per the service. Every thing is in a super old condition, this also needs go be updated.
