Viva at Al Barsha 1 is must visit shops in Al Barsha area. As of my point of view the assortment of this branch is much more wider than others one. The prices in Viva for some items with same brands that you can find in another shops are always lower. There ary many Viva branches in Dubai,but as far as i know only 2 has Butchery (Times Square mall and this one in Al Barsha 1). Butchery section is the truly treasure of Viva Al Barsha 1. Ahmed from butchery section is so professional and passionate about his work. He always gives an advice which meat is better for definite dish. His self-made kofta and mince are the best ones that we tried before, I always take it only from him.

Nice shop. Good prices. We like so much to take there chocolates, milk products, meat, cat food, and more. They have good promotions which they can send you in whatsapp. And very comfortable parking where always you can find a place, just 10 meters from the shop.

Great prices on products and availability, although there can be limited availability on fresh produce. During past three months there has been major increase in number of talabat drivers using store and whereas the queues before were mangeable now there is no differentiation in queues beetwen delivery drivers and actual customers. As a customer this needs to be resolved d or more staff added to tills to resolve as this is unifair on staff and customers

We ask the supervisor for manual receipt as the receipt will be faded but he tell that his busy and informed that any cash order not allowed to make manual receipt.un professional behavior.

I usually do not post negatives about anyone as l work in customer service as well. But l didnt like the attitude of a certain staff. I was not in the mood to make a scene because l respect myself. So l just let it go. She knows herself. Please fix your attitude we are all tired from our workplace all we need is to buy our food and go home.

Prices are good, service is not bad. Quality of veggies are bad and this is the third problem at Barsha and I know nothing will be done about it. Purchased cauliflower on the weekend and there were green worms in it. Only thing is to throw it away.

As usual, there’s only one cashier available for a long line of customers.

One of the cheapest and convenient grocery hyperstore in al barsha but having several stores around in Dubai, You can find all household items bakery items,frozen items,Meat,Furits,vegetables, dairy products.

I bought this drink product from Viva Store, but I didn’t know what was inside. . I already drank half of it before realizing this. I contacted the Viva Store head office, but the response was very bad and unprofessional. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

A good place to shop for cheap groceries. Most of the items are Turkish or European and the quality of the items is very good. If you are looking to save some money especially on cleaning material then this is definitely your place to shop as its about 75% less than regular supermarkets. You can also find meat and chicken but wouldn't recommend that

Cheap prices great for low budgets, but quality isn't always guaranteed. The idea is to get products from all the globe with great deals. Eggs from Ukraine, Cheese from Germany, frozen chicken from Malaysia, etc. You can really get good stuff. My advise try different products and do not throw everything at once. Not for picky guys.

I waited in a big queue and on my turn cashier said he can just accept card payment & there is not written before the counter. Staaf behavior is so poor and while my cash payment cashier did not ask me about viva application, and closed the bill.

Здесь самые дешевые продукты в Дубае. Мне кажется местные закупаются здесь. Мороженое продается в пачке, вода в блоках и дешевле чем где-либо. Есть напитки и кола, шоколады, семечки, рыба, орешки и чипсы, отдел моющих средств. И некоторые вещи даже дешевле чем у нас в Казахстане.

مشكلته في الزحمة بتاعت الكاشير دي اتمنى يكون فيه اتنين يحاسبوا البشرية اللي بتبقى واقفة ، اكيد واحد بس مش هيقدر يتعامل وقت الزحمة مينفعش نفضل واقفين طابور لا يعلم بيه الا ربنا عشان نعرف نحاسب

Prices r low but issue in deliveries so bad even when u live in same area take an hour from talabat to deliver. And also even wrong orders its beyond unacceptable 😡😤 would never suggest online deliveries might take eternity to resolve issues.

I like our Viva, all basic things with amazing prices. Good quality, offers , very patient cashiers, the butcher is very friendly.
