VIVA Supermarket - Al Warqa 1, Dubai

A good small size supermarket. Sometimes the wait time at the tills can be quite long. Good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Always some offers on certain dry goods. They do have a lot of Ora brand cleansing and washing products. A lot of alternatives to big Western consumer brands too.

They have affordable groceries that are of high-quality and a wide variety is available to add more it also has fresh fruit juice which is excellent. It’s even has many products of its own from countries like India and other European countries their fruits and vegetables are also imported and of good quality. But a small concern is that it has many unfamiliar brands.

I visited the store and was very disappointed with the service. Even in the evening on a weekend, only one out of three counters was open. When I requested assistance at another counter, my request was ignored. The wait times were long, and it felt like I was spending more time waiting than actually shopping. The staff were unhelpful and seemed more focused on entertaining themselves than assisting customers. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.

The supermarket in Al Warqa looks smaller than others I visited and prices are slightly higher. Mostly cheap European products. No brands. The price is low as a result the food quality is also low. But Ukrainian products are good in quality. However, it’s acceptable since you know that VIVA is a so called discount shop. So you get what you pay for. The snacks they sell are affordable however I can’t find them tasty. VIVA is good for some group of products like Ukrainian & some of local items as well as non-food products.

Some products very good but you have to be patient for the cashier queue 👍🏻

The fruit section is very disorganized. Many items are mixed up or out of place, and some fruits look damaged. Banana arrangement is totally messy..

It's cheap here plus you won't find popular brands like nettle or hersey you will only find most off them knockoff companies similar to other products which is more cheap

Products are good but service worst . System of cash counter is to slow customer must to be in long waiting Queues. Management should concentrate on it.

They always deliver my eggs broken mind u i live in the building next to them yet they still break it. Whenever I shop there they only open 1 counter no matter how crowded the store is. The staff will never listen, always talk back rudely and keep chatting. Poor management 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

صح انه أسعارهم رخيصة بس دوم مشكلة عدم توفر الترولي..و مكان مزدحم من الأغراض على أقل ايرتبون الرفوف والاغراض أكثر..والزائد ايحطونه في مخزنهم ..لانه ايعرقل مرور الأشخاص في كل ممر..حتى ممراتهم راصه..فيفا الورقاء..

Always short on staff, to buy one product you need wait in 20-25 mins Staff is chatting and is not bothered

The quality is very good and the prices too. الاسعار والجودة جيدة جدا

Always short of staff at the counter. Other staff and supervisor busy placing stuff on the shelves but no one cares about the long queues. Staff never smiles and quite moody. Always feel like they are just working forcefully. 0 for customer service

Although the market is the cheapest, the products are not of high quality. On Friday, they have a lot of deals.

Effordable and good variety of products..

First time in uae I see supermarket they have Raw chicken smelled like it was spoiled. When I opened it, I felt something was wrong. It smelled bad. When I went to tell them, their reaction was very normal. They said, “Okay, we will inform the management because I did not want to take a sample and go to consumer protection.” I ask everyone to be careful with our fresh chicken and meat. It is summer.

Great offers all the times. No trolley available but baskets. Lazy cashier, one employee for the whole branch.
