to much bad experience low grade quality products bad behaviour with customers high price and no return i want to return 1 rod because of high price but after buying they should no return and exchange any item very very bad persons work in shop. workers also rude behaviour . they are just looted not giving best service . not giving bill to customers if u pay with your debit card they just say me this machine pay slip is bill. very very very very bad shop to buy gym equipments in ludhiana no one go to this shop they are looted peoples and bot giving 1% service to customers

Pathetic after sale service. Took away motor of commercial treadmill for repair. There was no spare motor provided in meanwhile. It became from one day to another and end being 10 days. Not sure when they ll deliver back the motor. No proper response. No job order provided. Company says talk to dealer and dealer says talk to company.

Third class service and very rude behaviour of the owner. Would never ever recommend this store to anyone. Although Viva is good brand of sports goods but in Ludhiana in very poor hands. God saves this company.

Price on call different but when you visit then price very high and also on call item available but when u go there same day item not available.... cheap product quality

Useless people. Registered complaint. Even after 5 days , no response. Very high headed. Don't buy Viva.

Worst customer service. They never call you back if you have issues with equipment that you bought of them.
