The staff are friendly, and there’s an impressive variety to choose from—dates, chocolates, pastries, sweets, you name it. The pastries are really tasty. Prices aren’t the cheapest, but you can always just grab a few to try. The dates are perfectly sweet, and at SGD 3.50 each, they come with all sorts of yummy fillings. Overall, a great spot to pick up some goodies or souvenirs.

Staff were very wonderful and informative especially Pius and Nijin! I got an earl grey ganache chocolate and it was super delicious. Also tried their white peach tea which was so good. Will definitely be back to try their truffles which were sold out!

This place is highly recommended by locals for its delicious dates. The quality is good, making them perfect for souvenirs. We ended up buying several boxes to gift our family back home. The tea here also smells amazing.

زرت المحل مخصوص تعاملهم راقي والحلويات متنوعة وطازجة وعلب الحلويات جميلة ويتم لفها بشكل انيق بشرائط زاهية ، مناسبة الحلويات للمناسبات والهدايا خلال دقايق الطلب جاهز بكامل أناقته، لديهم كذلك أنواع من القهوة واحببت ان لديهم قهوة اماراتية ايضا ، وأنواع عده من الفناجين والأكواب وكذلك لديهم أنواع من الشاي ، سررت بالتعامل معاهم وفي المحل جلسة جميلة لطلب الحلويات وشرب الشاي او القهوة المكان لطيف وجميل انصح بزيارته .. فعلا حلو للهدايا والتفاوتات تي والخطوبات والتخرج للتوزيعات عندهم جميع الأحجام زوروهم ..

This is where I buy my gift sets for delectable pastries that will literally melt in your mouth. They also have incredible tea blends. I love the green tea fruit blend. So aromatic and healthy. But it's the dates that keep me coming back. Gold leafed, fruit filled and chocolate dipped all presented in gorgeous gift sets. I'm always excited to bring these home to my friends and family. I love the gorgeous presentation and the product. Fantastic service here every time.

The sweets are delicious here but the one star is for their unacceptable services. I precisely communicated with their team and confirmed my order and asked them to confirm the total and duly paid. When the order was delivered to me, 2 of the items were missing. The receipt? Does not mention the items even! Only “batch” with the total amount. This is very dodgy! Today is Eid. I was really relying on this order for my Eid gifts but their team is completely unreliable and irresponsible. Very disappointing!

I always buy the zalabiya when I come to Dubai from here. I always leave Dubai with 5 huge boxes of their zalabiya. Top quality. Amazing I mean amazing taste. Their varieties of teas are amazing. My cabinet at home is full. A whole cabinet just their teas and chocolate and dessert varieties.

2 weeks ago, I bought what is worth AED 1041 of dates and sweets from Vivel at Dubai Mall, I had the sales people pack everything for travel because i was gifting everything to my friends and family in Jordan. After I arrived to amman i realized that the stuff i had bought has expired one year ago, everything tasted weird!!! I do not recommend them to any one!!! The shop embarrassed me with my people !!! I would give them zero stars if this is an option!!!

Wer Datteln von der aller besten Sorte essen möchte der ist hier bei dieser Adresse ganz richtig.Nirgends wo gibt es bessere Datteln die Qualität ist 1 a + mit ☆☆☆☆☆.Die Preise sind nicht günstig aber wer Qualität möchte der muss halt in die Hosentasche greifen.Ich kann es kaum abwarten das verwandte oder bekannte nach Dubai fliegen um mir was von euch mit zu bringen.

Assorted teas, coffee from Ethiopia, Iranian desserts and a post dinner cuppa that felt like strawberry, peach and lavender. Loved it.
