I got my screenguard replaced. Unfortunately, they don't have back cover available. The lady executive has polite behaviour. The screen guard is not applied properly, because of which it is creating bubble at a corner. Also one dirt particle in the middle of screen. Overall not a good experience, I think they should have a query counter, to ask basic questions directly without token. And screen guard application need to be at professional level.

Loved the Panvel Vivo service from this service centre.Staff is polite and cooperative. Also Vivo policy of replacing display when green line appears is awesome and customers don't need to worry about the cost as VIVO is offering free display replacement. Kudos to Vivo and its great service centre.

This is an authorized service center for Vivio. No other phones are serviced here. This is located in old Panvel, next to Airtel gallery. They provide free services for in warranty vivo mobiles and accessories. For out of warranty products they will charge you. The service center opens at 10:00am and remains open till 6:00 pm.

Very nice experience. Absolutely kindest staffs i have ever seen. they also open on Sundays. Sachin sir and other technician ma'ams behaviour was so good. You can trust vivo service centre they will try to solve your problem as soon as possible. Store was clean , hygiene was maintained. I will rate 10/10 for staff. Thank you

Kabhi bhi jao enake pass back cover or screen guard available nahi rehata. Lagta hai jaise hi stock aata hai tab ye bahar dukan vale ko bechate hai....

Great experience it was I have replaced my Vivo x70 pro screen without any cost on no warranty phone. All staff are very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Mr Pravin technical person.

They are really helpful when it comes to problem solving. Quick service sure is being followed. Happy to have visited here, had battery draining issue not even a penny charged for inspecting the phone more or less they said to visit if any issues were faced after the inspection. Would recommend each and every vivo user to visit if there are any issues in the handset.

They never give free cases on 14,15,and 16 they only provide that cheap scratch guard. Every month you go you won't get back cover.

My mobile had issue of green vertical line on screen due to new update. I visited Vivo service center and got my screen replaced in 2 hours absolutely free. Good atmosphere. Co-operative staff. Happy.

There process against your device repairing is good. But there coordinator behave not that much good. First think thay are just asking the mode of payment 10 times as if thr custome will going to ran away once he get his phone in his hand.....(sir payment card ya cash.... Sir payment card ya cash..... Sir payment card ya cash) Second think thay are not keeping there word against there service day offers. I ask for my free screen guard and back cover thay directly refuse as if i am there servent...... Very rude behaviour....... Plz improve it

I had Very bad experience in this service center, I visited this place while ago duo my VIVO 2029 display came out but wire connected and everything working touch and play. The phone was out of warrenty because this service center Team insist me to replace the whole display unit and it will cost me around 4k to 5k. But i ask them its seeme like to me only glue need to be fix. But they denied. I visist local shop they fix that for me only for Rs 450 and still date that phone work fine
