What truly impressed me about this hotel was the overall atmosphere and attention to detail. The energy of the place is welcoming, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every corner feels carefully curated, creating a space that is both inspiring and incredibly comfortable. The service team deserves real appreciation for their dedication and positivity. A special recognition to Amaliya, whose professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference during my stay. Her commitment to guest satisfaction is clearly genuine and highly commendable. This is more than just a hotel stay — it’s an experience that leaves you feeling valued and well taken care of. I’m genuinely grateful for such a smooth and memorable visit, and I look forward to returning again soon.

Had an amazing staycation at Voco Hotel recently. Staff were accommodating and always helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything I needed, the hotel had nice amenities too. The breakfast selection was amazing and has vegan and gluten free options too.. Was not able to get everyone’s names but was really grateful to Chef Virgilio from the breakfast buffet and Amelie (?) from the front desk. Would definitely return and recommend 🙌

Service has been very good and they have discounted the room with full board package for those stranded as a result of the Iran conflict. Very clean and well equipped rooms. Our cleaner Vikash was extremely friendly and has done a great job. Buffet food was of good quality and variety. Location is also excellent with a short walk to West Beach on the palm and they do have a private area of the beach where you can get a sun bed

We are currently staying at voco The Palm and even though this is only our 2nd day, the experience has already been amazing from the start. A special thank you to CM and Hossam at the reception for their outstanding performance and warm welcome from the very first day. They were professional, friendly, and made us feel truly comfortable throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of taking a photo with CM and received a complimentary gift afterward, which was a very thoughtful gesture and made our experience even more memorable. The morning breakfast buffet was also wonderful. Shifa Indra were very accommodating and attentive, making our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. The food selection was great and everything we tried was delicious. We also appreciate the housekeeping team, especially Shatrue and Mangali, for their friendliness and excellent service. They were always kind, helpful, and kept everything clean and comfortable. What made our stay even more special was during dinner when one of the staff members kindly and voluntarily gave our dog a bowl of water. We unfortunately forgot to ask her name, but her thoughtful gesture truly touched us. So far, everything has been perfect. Thank you to the entire voco The Palm team for the exceptional hospitality. We are truly enjoying our stay, highly recommend this hotel, and are looking forward to our last day tomorrow!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. A special thanks to Osman, Bidan, and Roni — the lifeguards — who were incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure every guest feels comfortable and safe. Their friendliness, professionalism, and constant attention at the pool area really stood out. The hotel itself is excellent — clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the service quality is consistently high. Thanks to the amazing staff, especially Osman, Bidan, and Roni, the whole experience felt welcoming and special. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again.

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto. L’hotel è curato in ogni dettaglio, dagli ambienti eleganti e pulitissimi fino alle camere spaziose e confortevoli, dotate di ogni comodità. Il personale è uno dei veri punti di forza: sempre sorridente, professionale e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con grande attenzione. La colazione è abbondante e di altissima qualità, con prodotti freschi e un’ottima varietà sia dolce che salata. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per spostarsi e ideale per godersi il soggiorno in totale relax. Un’esperienza davvero eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista: tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio senza esitazioni.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff were all so nice. Specially shifa indra in the restaurant. The guy in the beach was so sooo friendly that our little puppy enjoyed it so much. Tho we had a little conflict during our 2nd day, that they didnt allow my puppy in the beach bcoz they said someone complaint about the pets being there. I talked to the reception and complain about it as well, during that time the receptionist were explaining a different policy about the pets way more different to the one they said when i inquired and when i arrived. Anyhow, of course in the end they allow us to go. My only concern is that if this hotel is claiming to be a pet friendly- if some of your costumer complain atleast know how to defend your clients with pets. We are here because of your claimed to be pet friendly. Just got really disappointed that when we had the conflict - they were saying different policy when they said very clearly when i inquired and when i arrived that my puppy is allowed in the beach , pool not just in water. Also, i booked a deluxe king room with a city view but they put us in a double queen room and a view of construction. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Had a wonderful stay at voco Palm and the overall experience was excellent. The service throughout the hotel was very good, with especially polite and professional staff at reception and in room service. We had a half board package and the food was amazing — compliments to the chef and the waiters for their great service and hospitality. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety. The infinity pool was a highlight, with a great atmosphere and very courteous staff taking care of everything. A special mention to the reception team — I mentioned during check-in that it was my wife’s birthday, and they surprised us by arranging a cake in the room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Der Urlaub in dem Hotel hätte nicht besser sein können. Hier wird man rundum versorgt und mit guter Laune empfangen. Allem voran Amelie und Glenys am Empfang und die Jungs oben auf der Dachterrasse Bidan und Sajith waren der Oberhammer. Besseren Service kannst du kaum bekommen. Meine besten Grüße auch an die Küche - das Essen war fabelhaft. Allem voran im Akabeko, dem japanischen Restaurant im Hotel! Essen zum Verlieben.

Had a very nice stay at VOCO The Palm overall. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the location is great, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. A special thanks to Hossam at the reception for being kind, professional, and making us feel comfortable. The room was nice and clean, and the experience in general was enjoyable. It would be even better if the hotel could gently remind younger guests to be mindful of noise levels during their stay so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the peaceful vibe. Also, having more TV channels would definitely improve the in-room experience. We also happened to get the construction view, but overall we still had a pleasant stay. Location: Convenient and accessible, making the stay even more enjoyable. Osman, the pool lifeguard, was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. At Maison Mathis restaurant, the food was excellent overall, and we would also like to highlight Warab, who was very friendly and extremely accommodating—always smiling and engaging with guests, which made the dining experience more enjoyable. However, on our first day during lunch, the dining experience was not the best. Our order took around 30–45 minutes to be served, as there was only one staff member attending to guests at the time. We also ordered escargot (12 pieces) but were served only 10. After raising the concern, the restaurant in charge quickly stepped in and did their best to resolve the issue, which we appreciated. We were later informed that they had run out of escargot and the chef hadn’t communicated it to the team, which felt a bit misleading. Aside from these, everything else was good and we were still satisfied with the food. The hotel lift was also an issue, as only one elevator was working for the entire property. Despite this, the hotel offers great value for money, and we had a pleasant 2-week stay overall.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Dubai. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, making our experience very pleasant from start to finish. A special mention goes to Monzil, who took care of our room. He did an excellent job every day, always keeping the room perfectly clean and tidy. He was extremely kind, polite, and professional, and his attention to detail really made a difference. Thank you, Monzil, for your great service and positive attitude. It truly added value to our stay.

We spent a week during Christmas holidays with our family at this small, elegant, and refined hotel, ideally located for enjoying both the beach and the city. The area can be noisy in the evenings, as there are several nightclubs along the seafront that stay open until late. The rooms are clean and offer a beautiful sea view. I do not recommend booking a room for three adults, as the third bed is inadequate, and the proposed upgrade still includes a folding bed as an extra bed. The staff are kind, professional, and warm, although sometimes they lack punctuality and efficiency. The food at the restaurant is of excellent quality, with an à la carte menu; however, full board is not recommended due to the limited variety of the menu. The beach is comfortable, never too crowded, and the staff are extremely helpful. We would especially like to thank Roni and Bedan for their care and kindness. The pool is small but offers a breathtaking view of the bay and incredible sunsets. Overall, it is an excellent place for those looking for comfort in a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere.
