I had an excellent experience at VS Hospital. The doctors were knowledgeable, the nurses were attentive, and the facility was clean and well-organized. My treatment plan was clearly explained, and the follow-up was prompt. Highly recommended. Particularly Mr. Karthick sir and I experienced with all the doctors in Radiation Team, and the person who helped all the patients with smiling face is Ms. Gaja and the Lift Person. I underwent treatment for Carcinoma of the left oropharynx (posterior 1/3 of the tongue) at VS Hospitals, Chetpet, for 2.5 months from November 2025, under the care of Dr. P. Balasubramaniam, Sr. Radiation Oncologist, and Dr. D.S. Manohar, Sr. Consultant Medical Oncologist. The Doctors were veterans in the field and explained in detail, the initial diagnosis, course of treatment, possible side effects, and how to manage them. They quickly arrived at the treatment plan and executed it perfectly.There were a couple of pauses in the treatment because of the side effects, but the Doctors managed them very well and were very reassuring throughout. Special thanks to Dr Balasubramaniam and Dr U. Padmavathy for their kind attention to my treatment. Their care and attention made me feel very comfortable throughout the period of treatment.They were always available to answer my queries, handle the side effects from the treatment, and helped me go through the entire course of treatment with their reassuring presence. My sincere thanks also to the staff at the department of Radiation Oncology - Ms Sharmila (staff nurse), Ms Leena, Mr Naveen, Ms Ajitha, Mr Rahul, Mr Kirubakaran, Ms Lakshmi, Ms Sudha, and Ms Sathya who were administering the radiation sessions and monitoring the treatment progress for the entire duration. They were very professional and courteous throughout my treatment. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the treatment procedure and equipment used were all modern. I would also like to thank the staff at the reception, Insurance desk, Billing team, and the nurses at the main and annexe buildings, where I underwent my Chemotherapy sessions, for their care and attention. Overall, my experience with VS Hospitals, Chetpet, was extremely good, and I felt I was in safe hands, under the expert care of a dedicated team of professionals. I would highly recommend VS Hospitals, Chetpet, for their expertise, experience, and affordable treatment. Thanks to all and God bless you.

I would like to share my heartfelt appreciation for the excellent care and support provided at VS Hospital, Chetpet. Special thanks to Dr. Subramanian Sir and Dr. Vijay Sir for their kind consultation, continuous motivation, and supportive approach during room visits. Their caring attitude gave confidence and comfort throughout the treatment process. The nursing station staff were extremely friendly, caring, and supportive in all shifts every day. Their dedication and polite behaviour made the hospital stay much more comfortable. I am also satisfied with the hospital maintenance and facilities. The room cleanliness, ventilation, air conditioning, television, water supply, toilet facilities, comfortable beds for both patient and attender, and housekeeping services were all very good and well maintained. Overall, I had a positive and satisfying experience at VS Hospital. Thank you to the entire team for the care and support.

My mother-in-law underwent 15-rounds of radiation session in VS Hospital,Spur Tank Road, Chetpet, Chennai. Right from Day 1 through the last day of the 15 days Radiation session, our experience had been very pleasant.The team handling the Oncology and the Radiation Lab had been very supportive and co-operative. Even the security staff, the liftman and team on the counter were very cordial While we pray that nobody gets this dreaded disease, however, if diagonised, we would gladly recommend VS HOSPITAL. The humane touch of the hospital staff would itself ease the pain of the patient. Thank you VS Hospital.

Initially, we were quite anxious due to a previous unpleasant experience at another hospital, and we were unsure of what to expect. However, all our fears were quickly put to rest. A special thanks to Dr. Siva Subramaniyam sir, who treats patients with great dignity and care.A best quality among doctors we ever seen. The staff, especially in the Radiology Department, provided outstanding care. Mrs. Sudha and Mr. Hemanath were incredibly kind, polite, and compassionate. They never treated us just as patients, but with genuine warmth and respect, which made a huge difference in our journey. And Miss Jeevajothi and Mrs. Sharmila (sister), who were excellent in their roles.. We also sincerely appreciate Mrs. Ajitha at the reception for patiently addressing all our doubts and guiding us so well. Sorry for the long review, but it’s important to mention everyone for their hard work. [Michael] from the housekeeping department also deserves appreciation—he keeps the floors very neat and clean and maintains a fresh, pleasant environment. Words are not enough to thank each and every staff member who supported us during this time. Your kindness, dedication, and positive environment made this difficult phase much easier for us. என்னுடைய வாழ்நாளில் இப்படி ஒரு மோசமான மனிதர்களை நான் சந்தித்தது கிடையாது ரூபாய் 2000 செலுத்தி dr விஜய் dr.சண்முகம் அவர்களை சந்திக்க சென்றேன் மார்பக புற்றுநோய் ஸ்டேஜ் 1 என்று என்னிடம் இருந்த ரிப்போர்ட்டில் தெளிவாக இருந்தது. அதே ரிப்போர்ட்டையும் மறுபடியும் எடுக்க சொல்லி என்னிடம் பணம் கேட்டார்கள். எங்களிடம் முன்பு இருந்த எந்த ரிப்போர்ட்டையும் அவர்கள் பார்த்ததாக எனக்குத் தெரியவில்லை. அதைப் பற்றி அவர்கள் எங்களிடம் எதுவும் பேசவும் இல்லை . என்னுடைய அத்தை முகத்தையோ அவர்கள் உயரமா குட்டையா என்றும் அவர்களுக்கு தெரியாது அவர்கள் அங்கே வெளியில் அமர்ந்து கொண்டு இருந்தார். நாங்கள் அவர்களைப் பார்க்க உள்ள சென்றவுடன் அவர் எங்களிடம் கேட்ட முதல் கேள்வியும் கடைசி கேள்வியும் இதுதான் இங்கு பணம் அதிகமாக செலவாகும் உங்களிடம் இருக்கிறதா. அறுவை சிகிச்சைக்கு மட்டும் குறைந்த அளவு ஐந்திலிருந்து ஆறு லட்சம் ஆகும் என்றார்கள். அந்த அறுவை சிகிச்சை எந்த முறையில் செய்யப்படுவார்கள் என்பதை குறித்தோ. அதற்கு என்னுடைய அத்தை தகுதியாக இருக்கிறார்களா உடல் ரீதியாக என்பதை குறித்தோ. எவ்வித சோதனைகளும் இன்றி பணத்தை மட்டுமே குறியாக கொண்டு அவர்களுடைய பேச்சு வார்த்தைகள் எங்களிடம் நடந்தது. என்னிடம் 2000 ரூபாய் வாங்கிக் கொண்டு எங்களிடம் பணம் இருக்கிறதா என்ற கேள்விகளை மட்டுமே அவர்கள் எங்களிடம் எழுப்பினார்களே தவிர்த்து. மருத்துவர் ரீதியாக அங்கு எந்த ஒரு விதமான உரையாடலும் அங்கு நடக்கவில்லை. புற்றுநோய் இருக்கிறது என்ற அதிர்ச்சியே மனிதர்களுக்கு மிகப்பெரிய ஒரு மன வலியை உண்டாக்கும் என்றால்.. அதற்கு நிகராக இந்த மருத்துவமனையில் மருத்துவர்கள் நடந்து கொள்ளும் விதம் அதற்கு மேலாக மனவலி தருகிறது. அவர்கள் டாக்டராக இருந்தாலும் அவர்கள் முதலில் மனிதர்கள்.மனிதர்கள் ஏன் இப்படி மனித தன்மை இன்று நடக்கிறார்கள் என்று எனக்கு புரியவில்லை. அவர்களது அறுவை சிகிச்சைக்கு பணம் தேவையாக இருந்திருந்தாலும். அது செலுத்துவதற்கு நாங்கள் தயாராக இருக்கிறோம். என் அத்தையை அவர்கள் பார்த்து அந்த கட்டியை தொட்டு இல்லை அந்த ரிப்போர்ட்டை படித்து பார்த்து அதில் இருக்கும் விவரங்களை அவர்கள் எங்களிடம் பகிர்ந்து.அதன் பின்பு அவர்களுடைய அணுகுமுறை சிகிச்சையின் விவரங்கள் எப்படி இருக்கும் என்று எங்களிடம் சொல்லி. அதன் பிறகு அவர்களுடைய மருத்துவ செலவில் தொகை என்னவென்று எங்களிடம் கூறி இருந்தால். மனநிறைவாக இருந்திருக்கும்

Especially when I admit for chemotherapy, the care and service rendered by nursing team is very much appreciable. Mrs.Usha is the senior sister, whom I search for often for my treatment procedures since she is very caring and skillful.
