W Kuala Lumpur

I came to the W for tea with a friend to try their high tea at their lounge. Their high tea was very well done from the bright and energetic decor to the abundant dessert cart I felt like I had entered a doll house. You can definitely eat your fill of not only sweets but their interesting selection of savouries which includes not only what comes with the set but a choice of dumplings, satay, gnocchi, etc. There seemed to be no limits as to how many desserts or savouries you could request which was a pleasant surprise at a high tea. I highly recommend coming here with your friends and family for a fun afternoon tea with great value. The lounge is also on the top floor so you can choose to also sit outside and overlook the city. The W Hotel is located very near to KLCC and I believe it's walking distance however driving here is extremely difficult and the parking is very expensive. My only remark would be for the staff. While friendly enough, they did not seem very knowledgeable on what was being served and seemed quite scattered. Simple requests, like a refill for tea, would be passed around to different waiters until one member of staff would finally come and provide what you've asked for after having repeated several times to several different people. I thought this was quite odd as the requests or questions were quite simple and straight forward. I'm not sure if there's some kind of hierarchy or training that was occurring but I felt it was quite disorganised. Hope this can be improved on future visits.

Had a fantastic stay at W Kuala Lumpur. The hotel has such a vibrant energy from the moment you walk in — stylish interiors, great atmosphere, and stunning views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with all the little touches you’d expect from a luxury lifestyle hotel. Service throughout the stay was warm, friendly, and attentive, making everything feel effortless. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the overall vibe of the hotel perfectly blends luxury with fun. The pool area especially is a highlight, both during the day and at night. A great choice for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, whether for business or leisure. Looking forward to returning again.

W hotel under marriot hotel, I went for a Shiseido event on 23rd May 2026 10th floor, if staffs I gave 5 stars coz they are friendly and helpful but the design 3 stars, I personally dislike coz too dark esp toilet lighting so dark .in the cubicle after closed the door really scary ! And the food also 3 stars cos hotel prepared for us are very bad, foods presentation are good but not the taste, buns all too rough and too bland.and desserts also not good. Really need improve this ! But I grateful that ur look into this! For customer services I give 5 stars !

Absolutely amazing experience at W Kuala Lumpur! The hotel has a modern and stylish vibe that really stands out. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and offer stunning views—especially of the Petronas Towers. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect throughout the stay. The service felt very personalized and welcoming. The rooftop pool and bar are definitely a highlight—great atmosphere, music, and perfect for relaxing or taking photos. The food was also excellent, with a good variety and high quality. Overall, a perfect stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

This is my second time staying at W Kuala Lumpur, and it’s still a place I genuinely enjoy coming back to. I really like the clear separation between the public lift and guest lift, which adds a sense of privacy and security. Guests can also access the bar using both lifts, which makes moving around the hotel very convenient. The bar is definitely a highlight — the view is absolutely stunning and perfect for a chill night out or drinks with friends. The only small “problem” is figuring out which angle gives the best KLCC shot… maybe that’s where a professional photographer comes in 😄 A small but memorable detail: I really enjoyed the body cream provided in the room. It smells great and feels luxurious — one of those little touches that make the stay more pleasant. Overall, a stylish hotel with great vibes, amazing views, and thoughtful details. I’ll definitely be back again.

吉隆坡万豪系里性价比最低的酒店，唯一不错的是泳池是双子塔景，其他的没啥好的，设施陈旧点，服务一般。要个拖鞋都没给😞

Breakfast staff : top notch service 👍🏼 - I came super early and everything already prepared. The kitchen is set and the food is warm. No issue for me just minor like the salad tray is not warm but al good tho! - The waitress staff anusha if im not wrong is very nice and the guy who serve the tea. Super chill give them applause. I love the rendang super soft

Requested for the room that had the twin tower view and was totally worth it! The view was quite nice and aesthetic for taking pictures, the wet deck had an breathtaking view! The breakfast area had lots of options and was scrumptious, I'd definitely come here again!

Amazing experience with outstanding service all the way and a team who constantly seek to make their guests happy. Modern and stylish design with nice vibe. Loved the Wet Deck. Huge shout out to Ardyanna on Reception, Frankie at breakfast and Ester in Sales. Also could not fault the location right next to The Petronas Towers

Clean and beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. The staff are very nice kind and accommodating. We loved the interior design of the lounge and reception areas and room; and the view of the Towers from the pool and our room.

ATTN: GM of W hotel Kuala Lumpur Worst reservation department in the world. Ms. Joey very rude!! Long story keep it short. Keep blaming the bank since Flock didn't bother to reply my email that was reserved 1 month ago until I called today and rejected my reservation. Ms. Joey even ask what level of Marriot Bonvoy member I am at!! Does it means I am in the lowest level, W hotel unwilling to serve me? When talking she was so rude, as if I owed her money!!! Staff rude and bad attitude!! The staff attitude is not even near 2 stars. W hotel please change your standard to budget hotel.

I really like the W Hotel's design, it's chic and trendy. The location is strategic, walking distance to KLCC, and close to the famous Nasi Kandar Pelita. The atmosphere was amazing upon arrival. They immediately helped me with my luggage and directed me to check-in in the lobby. I was given a welcome drink, a shot of kombucha. Check-out is possible until 4:00 PM, but you'll need to move to a regular room at 12:00 PM to prepare for the next guest (fair, considering check-in is at 2:00 PM, the room is ready). Titanium elite benefits include free breakfast and a free happy hour option, with two drinks and a snack plate available (as W hotels typically don't have lounges). the lobby is beautifully lit during the day and has a youthful atmosphere, with W's signature pink color in the evenings. The room is very spacious with very high ceilings, almost two stories high. It features a spacious living room with a work desk, sofa, dining table, and bar. It's fully equipped, even with a powder room with a closet and washbasin. The living room also has a balcony with a sofa and bar table overlooking the KLCC Tower. Welcome amenities include pineapple-shaped chocolates, an additional plate of chocolates, and a fruit platter. The room's ceiling is also very high and fully glass. Everything is electronically controlled by a panel next to the bed. The interior is very pleasant, with a youthful feel and luxurious materials. The minibar is fully stocked, but there's a fee. Mineral water is complimentary, tea is Jing, and coffee is Nespresso capsule coffee. The bathroom features a walk-in closet, a vanity with a chair, two washbasins, a bathtub with a TV, and two shower heads. Perfect for a honeymoon. Amenities include the standard Momo W Hotel amenities. The hotel's most popular option is the swimming pool and bar, which are always full at night due to their excellent view of KLCC. Other facilities include a gym. There's also a spa. The happy hour menu is called WIP Access from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. You can choose from a drink, free-flow ice cream, and a snack plate containing three bites. It's quite tasty. We spent the evening in the living room and on the balcony, sipping tea and taking in the up-close view of KLCC. Breakfast was served in the flock restaurant in the basement. There was an interesting a la carte menu, especially the drinks, including Teh Tarik and Nescafé Tarik, as well as a comprehensive and extensive buffet menu. The food was also good Menu Options: 1. French toast, waffles, pancakes. Pastry, donuts, bread 2. Streaky beef, chicken sausage, grilled salmon, beef sausage, beans, chick pea stew 3. Potato, mushroom, zuchinni, tomato, salad, egg station 4. Nasi lemak, lamb rendang, spiced fried chicken, sotong chili sauce, cucumber, ikan bilis, peanuts, boiled egg 5. Indian food, dosa, noodle station (chicken, laksa, prawn), Lo ma kai, Siomay 6. Fried rice, fried noodles, stir fried vegetables, fried foods, spring rolls 7. Best view hotel in Malaysia! Its Wet Deck pool has fantastic view of Twin Tower, which is 5 mins walk from the hotel. Service of the hotel is super, staff is attentive. Love the welcome drink. Room is clean. They have heart warming services of lower down the curtain for night, put a glass of water next to bed and provide you with pillow mist. One drawback is the sound proof of the hotel is really bad. We can hear vehicles passing by days and nights.

One of my good experience check in here. With Marriott Bonvoy my room was upgrade to Spectacular but i hoping for Suite. Thank you for Mr Sean for the upgrade. The room was great. Excellent view of the KLCC Twin Towers. I hope they will update me to Suite next time.
