Dieses Resort war eine angenehme Überraschung. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Lage ist fantastisch. In absolut ruhiger Umgebung. Es liegt etwas erhöht mit Blick auf eine Badestelle. Das Wasser ist kristallklar. Man kann schwimmen oder auch ein Kajak nutzen. Die Zimmer sind basic aber sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit davor stehenden bequemen Stühlen. Es gibt einen zentralen Platz wo das Frühstück und das lecker Dinnerbüffet (für nur 5 OMR) angeboten wird. Danach wird allabendlich ein Lagerfeuer gemacht wird. Es hat uns leid getan, dass wir nur zwei Nächte hier waren. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Staying one night here is an experience in itself, starting with the scenic drive to the location, which can be done with a regular sedan car. The setting is extraordinary, well-equipped, and perfectly integrated into the wadi. The rooms are clean and have everything needed for a comfortable night. Dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced. In the evening, there is a campfire and live music played on a traditional string instrument, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. The area also offers various activities such as cycling, kayaking, and hiking to Wadi Al Arbeein. The only aspect that could be improved is breakfast, which was a bit limited compared to the excellent dinner. Other than that, the location is outstanding and definitely worth a visit.

Wadi Al Arbeieen Resort is a beautiful place to stay, and we truly regretted having only one night there. From the very beginning, the team does everything possible to ensure guests have the best experience. Even before arrival, a helpful video is provided to guide you on the correct road to take, rather than the one suggested by Google Maps. The room was very nice and clean, and everything we needed was provided. Both dinner and breakfast were served buffet-style and were very good. We were especially lucky that, on the evening of our stay, a fire was lit after dinner and a local musician played the oud and sang traditional songs. It was an unforgettable experience for us. We would recommend this place without any hesitation.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit besonders herzlichem Team und idealer Lage. Die Terrasse mit der einladenden Feuerstelle ist ein absolutes Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist authentisch und schön. Sowohl das Abendessen als auch das Frühstück waren hervorragend. Die negativen Bewertungen können wir beim besten Willen nicht verstehen – für uns hat alles gestimmt. Ein Allrad ist hilfreich, aber keineswegs zwingend erforderlich. Insgesamt eine deutliche Empfehlung.

The real draw to this place is the location - remote, with its own wadi its a fantastically tranquil retreat. The rooms are compact but have everything you need, breakfast is simple continental style but does the job and the staff are lovely, incredibly helpful and go above and beyond. Our flight was delayed so we sadly didn't get to experience this place in its full glory but we would happily return.

A beautiful resort set in a breathtaking natural setting — it truly feels like a hidden gem. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming. The buffet, while not exceptional, was perfectly fine. Our family room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The only downside was a noticeable drain smell in the bathroom. Overall, a wonderful stay that we would gladly recommend!

Nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff and a perfect location. The terrace with its cozy fire pit is a real highlight. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious. We honestly can’t understand the negative reviews — everything was great. Having a 4WD is convenient but not essential. A clear recommendation.

Nous avons passé un très beau moment avec nos 2 enfants au Wadi al Arbeen. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est incroyable. Nous avons profité des kayaks à disposition, du paysage superbe, des bons repas, et du calme du lieu. Les chambres sont petites mais propres. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe très serviable et les petites attentions pendant le ramadan 🙏

Wadi al Arbeieen Resort 25-26.11.2025 Lage & Umgebung Es empfiehlt sich, einen Mietwagen mit Allradantrieb (4x4) zu nehmen, da das Wadi abgelegen liegt. Man bekommt vom Manger ein WhatsApp mit einer Wegbeschreibung. Es gibt kaum Touristen, und das Wadi selbst ist nicht sehr gross. Man kann etwa eine Stunde (oder auch Länger) entlang der Strasse laufen und findet immer wieder Möglichkeiten zum Baden. Wir haben es leider verpasst den Wasserfall zu besuchen, dass muss man unbedingt, die Bilder sehen sehr schön aus. Zimmerqualität Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer, das sauber und solide ausgestattet war. Die Einrichtung war funktional und gepflegt, sodass wir uns wohlfühlen konnten Service & Personal Beim Einchecken wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, und das Personal war jederzeit ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war der Service sehr gut, sogar das Auto wurde vor der Abreise abgespritzt, macht nicht so Sinn da es innert 5 Min wieder so aussah wie vorher, aber es war eine nette Aufmerksamkeit. Kulinarik Das Buffet bietet alles, was man braucht – eine gute und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Authentizität Das Camp ist sehr authentisch eingerichtet, auch wenn die Zimmer selbst eher schlicht gehalten sind. Besonders der gemeinsame Essbereich mit offenem Feuer und die abendliche omanische Live-Folklore schaffen eine stimmige und besondere Atmosphäre Preis-Leistung Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt – die gebotene Qualität rechtfertigt den Preis in jeder Hinsicht Gesamteindruck Für einen Kurzaufenthalt von einer Nacht ist das Resort ideal. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Wadi al Arbeieen Resort mit einem Besuch im Wadi Shab kombiniert. Rückblickend würden wir empfehlen, ein Hotel in Tiwi zu buchen und von dort aus alle drei Wadis (einschliesslich Wadi Tiwi) innerhalb von zwei Nächten zu besuchen.

The location is incredible! The rooms are very clean, and the dinner and breakfast are delicious. In the evening, we enjoyed live music and a bonfire. In the morning, the hotel staff clean all the cars in the car park which was really nice. You do NOT need a 4x4 to get there.

Loved it. Very remote and peaceful right by the mountain, the wadi is 5mn drive. Nice buffet for dinner and breakfast. Great recommendation for a guide who has helmets and was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend it.

Staying at this resort was a real treat. In front of the hotel is a clean wadi with constantly flowing water. You can kayak for free. It's close to the waterfall, just a 7-minute drive or a 2-hour walk to the main waterfall. We were very pleased with the fantastic events the hotel hosts. This hotel is perfect for couples or families who enjoy hiking and enjoying the wadi.

Das Resort liegt wunderschön im Wadi und man hat einen traumhaften Rundumblick auf die Berge. Man braucht allerdings besser einen 4x4, um das Resort über die Offroad-Straßen zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft hat mehrere einzelne Wohneinheiten und eine große und gemütliche Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist das Herzstück: Dort isst man und abends wird zum verweilen ein Feuer angemacht. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf das Wadi und die Berge. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Klimaanlage, Dusche und Co. haben super funktioniert und die Betten waren bequem. Besonders positiv möchte ich noch das Personal hervorheben: Das Servicepersonal war extrem gut, höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank! Es war alles top!

Very secluded location 5mn away from the wadi start, friendly staff, great setting, wonderful food. The hotel manager helped us find a guide to take us to the big waterfall which was truly amazing. The dinner’s buffet style was delicious and the setting near the campfire created a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are not fancy yet very comfortable. Highly recommend if you plan on going to the wadi.

The hotel is fantastic, amazing view, nice rooms and we had a very pleasant buffet dinner as well. You need, and I repeat, you do need a 4X4 to reach the place. It’s a good 15/20 minutes of complete off roads, good that the hotel sends a video the day before with the suggested path. Do arrive early at the hotel and especially with the sun to see the roads properly. Unfortunately, our bathroom had a very strong sewage smell that made it uncomfortable so we let the staff know. Most probably we only got unlucky with that.

Please visit If you love bature, ( river, water fall, birds will have lunch breakfast with you, around views wow) Resort services very good great hospitality and the various food buffet. Healthy food your home food.

Excellent accueil, chambre un peu petite mais très confortable avec une vue magnifique, un petit lac où il est possible de nager ou de faire du canoë, très bon dîner, petit déjeuner excellent et varié, jus de mangue délicieux, de bons conseils pour les ballades à faire et la route à emprunter. À faire absolument et à refaire
