WADI AL SAFA MEDICAL CENTER-DUBAILAND

I had a good experience with this clinic in the past, but today’s visit was very disappointing. I called in advance to ask for an appointment time, and the staff confirmed a specific time for me. I arrived exactly at the given time, but there was no receptionist at the counter for about five minutes. Later, another patient arrived for a gynecologist appointment and mentioned that she had been given the same appointment time as me. Even though I arrived first, the doctor took her in without calling me. Initially, I didn’t think much of it, but after waiting nearly 50 minutes, I still had not been seen. My main concern is why the same appointment time was given to two patients. This situation was very frustrating and felt unprofessional, especially the way it was handled at the counter. I hope the clinic improves its appointment scheduling and front desk management.

Visited several times, and I felt that the nursing staff need more experience and training, especially for injection procedures. The way the injections were administered did not seem correct, and both the preparation and the procedure itself took much longer than expected.

Very good dentist Dr. Rithu with also a good staff. Her hands are very soft and light which I scan sleep while she is doing the procedure for tooth filler even on my 1st dental cleaning last week.

Dr. Radha Palapetty at Wadi Al Safa Medical Center is a truly wonderful doctor. I visited her with severe stomach pain, and she took the time to examine me thoroughly, carefully ruling out every possible serious concern. Her calm approach, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel safe and well-looked after. She explained everything clearly and never rushed the consultation. She also motivated me to lead a healthier lifestyle that can uplift my energy levels and overall well-being. I’m really grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and the positive impact she had on my health.

I suggest this clinic 100% ! Dr. Radha is an incredibly kind and responsive doctor. She listens with patience, explains everything clearly, and truly cares for her patients. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I would give more stars if I had an option. Taking Kids to Dentist is really not a simple thing, but the Dr and Nurse did an amazing job with her Root Canal, making her calm and even motivated by giving her stickers. The best part is that, the treatment is very ecnomical.

I had my teeth cleaning and polishing done by Dr. Shymin. I highly recommend her. She took her time to thoroughly clean my teeth. I will definitely come back again next time.
