Wahat Al Shareq Restaurant

Staffs are irresponsible and careless about our order. We order one thing they deliver another. It was First visit experience. Second time visit dish was tooo much salty. We paid the bill and got out from there with out eating. While coming we give feedback to one of the staff to mention the problem faced by us to the sheff to avoid an issue without complaining to the owner. The staff He got angry and shout at us for our feedback.

I usually buy parcel from here. The staff is friendly. The parotta and chicken kurma is good. The parotta is not so oily and it is crispy. The shawarma is also good here.

Restaurant operated by Keralites. We will get different types of dishes here. I tried "BEEF KIZHIPOROTTA" It was a nice & tasty dish. Apart from other KIZHIPOROTTA I can see some boiled egg pieces inside this. It was a variety taste. Porotta was soft and beef curry was also good. Rate is also reasonable. Staffs are customer friendly. Delivery time is also reasonable. Those who wants to dine in, will get a nice and clean dining place. We have to pay cash here. Card is not acceptable right now. Paid parking available in front of Restaurant. Those who does not want to pay parking fee, free plot area available near to restaurant. Second dish I tried on my last visit was "Chicken Kadai". It was so tasty & delicious. It is available on different quantity varying rate from AED10. We took for AED15 which is enough to serve for 3 persons. This is suitable with Porotta.

Deserve 5 star Very good and value for the money

I recently ordered some food and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and drink. I ordered the grilled chicken, but it was shockingly undercooked to the point where it looked raw. This not only affected the taste but also raised concerns about food safety.Additionally, the cocktail I ordered was supposed to be a unique blend, but it tasted just like a regular banana juice or shake. There was nothing special about it, and it certainly did not feel like cocktail shake.

I recently tried Wahat Al Shareq and ordered half peri peri and half green chili flavored charcoal. The peri peri was really good, and I found it to be the better option compared to the green chili. Their signature red chutney added a nice touch, enhancing the overall flavor. I had a great experience with the customer service and delivery as well. After searching for a good charcoal spot, I’m happy to say we found a solid choice here. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it!

I would not recommend any Filipino here. They offer fresh milk for chai, but if you are Filipino or African, they will give you milk in a can. I asked the guy why he gave me different from the other. I got no answer. I asked the other guy if there was another extra charge and I was willing to pay and he told me " no, it's the same price". Then nothing happened. They never asked me if I wanted to change my chai. To my disappointment, I wanted to refund my other order (shawarma) but my wife started to eat nah. They should put signage outside that fresh milk for indian only. Then kalas I will never return this cafeteria. The owner, I guess, not bothered this kind of service. After I read some negative review here. Pathetic! especially the guy in charge making tea, they need more training about customer service. Any how, I recommend the guy at the back who is in-charge of shawarma. Very polite and attaintive and I saw his face of disappointment for what happenend to me.

I had a very bad experience even for juices they use tapwater and they don’t wash the jugs. If you order anything mix the cheaper thing they put more the expensive thing they don’t even put some time I will not recommend anyone to please do not drink juice from there. It’s not one time three time it happens. That’s why I’m posting this comment on first time and never judge anyone.

This place is absolutely pathetic, I would not spend a single fils here, the food is depressing, the drinks are third rate at best and worse of all they have ZERO customer service. I tolerated them at best and would only order from them as a last resort. However after what happened last night that's the last time I'll ever order from them. I ordered 3 sandwiches to be delivered to 2 different locations that are not too far from one another. When the delivery person came to my place first I asked him what the total bill was, he said 8 dirhams, I asked him again and using simple English if the 8 dirhams were for both orders, he said yes and I paid him. He calls me again about the second location I tell him to leave it on the door. He asks me about the payment and I figure out that this person didn't even pay attention to what I asked when he came to my place and just gave me the price of my order. I shrug it aside and tell him to just wait and someone will come to him. This dude literally proceeds to attempting to OPEN the door at 2 am. Now you don't need to be a smart person to understand that this is inappropriate behavior. I get angry and go off on him. The same moment I call the restaurant. I struggle to explain what happened because apparently no one speaks English OR Arabic all of a sudden when there's an issue. Finally I manage to talk to someone and explain what happened and he tells me okay I'm sorry. I tell him that's all you have to say? He says it's fine it already happened, nothing you can do about it. He actually thought that this was an appropriate response. So yeah... I'd stay clear from this pathetic excuse for a restaurant.

I had best chicken charcoal from here , special marinate Indian masala .. wow .. I recommend to try their green chilly shawarma also …

المطعم يعتبر من أفضل مطاعم منطقة بو شغارة، ويوجد به الكثير من أنواع المأكولات الطازجة - تجهز فور الطلب - والمشروبات المختلفة مثل (بوراتا تشيكن = فطيرة الدجاج) وفطائر اللحمة، وأسعارهم بسيطة حيث تتراوح هذه الأخيرة بين 4:5 درهم، وخدمة التوصيل لديهم مجانية طوال 24 ساعة، كما يحتوي المكان على دورة مياه مرفقة به.
