Warren Street Hotel

We recently stayed for four nights at the Warren Street Hotel and had the best time. This hotel is centrally located on a quiet street in Tribeca, just a 3-4 minute walk from the subway and within easy walking distance of both the Financial District and West Village. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, comfortable, and remarkably quiet. The decor is beautiful and charming, with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows offering wonderful views of the city. There isn't a gym or spa at the hotel, but hotel guests have access to the lovely Nexus Club. We enjoyed the saunas and locker rooms at the club and appreciated that benefit. The staff was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We had our luggage delivered to the hotel by car service ahead of check-in so we could head straight to a Broadway show, and the staff handled this seamlessly without hesitation. The service struck the perfect balance: attentive and professional without ever feeling stuffy or pretentious. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and will absolutely recommend it to friends.

I had a wonderful stay at the Warren Street Hotel. The property is beautifully designed, striking a perfect balance between comfort and attention to detail — from the high-quality linens and furnishings to the generous and well-curated breakfast menu. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. The staff are exceptionally warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Their professionalism, combined with a personal touch, made the entire experience feel effortless and special. I would highly recommend the Warren Street Hotel to anyone visiting New York and would happily stay here again myself. A fantastic experience all around.

Stopped in for a late night dessert and was amazed by the cake! I ordered their chocolate cake with malted pearls on top. The very nice and attentive server, Carlos, shared with me that the pastry chef makes all of the pastries there on site. I would definitely like to come back and try more of the pastries. The server also shared with me they do a traditional afternoon tea, and I definitely will be coming back and trying that. I also tried their loose leaf chai tea and was impressed by how it was served. The server suggested their steamed milk, and it was perfect! The food and the service were impeccable and I will be back.

It all starts with the shower. The shower pressure at the Warren Street Hotel is the BEST shower I've ever been in anywhere in the world. And when you have a great shower, its like having a great massage, you're happy. Now, let me move to the staff, A1, very responsive and pleasant. The breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel was first class, as were the drinks at the bar. The hotel is a short walk to the Village and Soho and ideally situated. Btw, did I mention the rooms, beautiful and quiet, leaving out the noise of NYC. Great place to stay all around.

Huge fan of all the Firmdale hotels! We've stayed in at least six and they're all wonderful! This is the newest edition in NYC, and it's a wonderful new property with all the Firmdale charm.

We recently stayed at the Warren Street Hotel and had a wonderful experience as we celebrated our first wedding anniversary. Service: From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out. Everyone we met during check-in was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The housekeeping team also deserves special mention. Every time we returned to the room, it felt spotless, with incredible attention to detail, especially in the bathroom. Dining: Breakfast each morning was excellent - simple dishes prepared very well, and even the lattes were delicious (a rarity in many hotels). We also enjoyed happy hour at the bar, where the cocktails were well made and the sliders were cooked to perfection. Room & Amenities: The room was spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. It had a boutique vibe - unique, curated décor that felt intentional rather than generic. The oversized tub with its own TV was a highlight, and Apple TV in the room made streaming movies easy and reliable. WiFi was strong throughout our stay with no issues. Location: We didn’t explore too much on foot, but the area seemed nice, with a few good coffee and food spots nearby. Subway and restaurants were convenient to reach, making it an easy place to stay for getting around New York. Noise: We stayed on the 4th floor and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. We didn’t notice any street noise or sound from neighboring rooms during the entire stay. Check-In/Out: Both check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, with no hiccups or delays. Drawbacks: The only real downsides were the pillows and the lack of an on-site gym. The bed itself was firm (which we prefer), but the pillows deflated too easily and didn’t provide much support, especially as side sleepers. A firmer or thicker alternative pillow option would go a long way. As for the gym, we knew before booking that it wasn’t on-site, but walking a few blocks and going through a separate check-in process made it less convenient. Value: We booked at a good rate, though we’ve noticed prices climbing for future stays. While the experience is excellent, it’s approaching the upper end of value given the amount of competition in New York. Overall: Despite a couple of small drawbacks, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The attentive staff, excellent dining, quiet rooms, and boutique feel made it a memorable experience.

So disappointed came here on a cold New York morning for a hot meal, the avocado toast was burnt( no apologies were made about putting that out)and it’s one small toast with light avocado mash do not order this. Not much savory hot options for vegetarians

Words cannot describe the excellence of this hotel. Staying here is a beautiful and inspirational experience. The staff is super professional, you are well taken care of, the building is expertly designed in both art and function. The restaurant on the first floor is very sweet and awesome at the same time. Servers are ultra professional and chefs must be top notch. We had an included breakfast package which was a very elegant feature especially the way it was set up, allowing a relaxing morning with no hoopla about filling out checks and what part of the menu you can or can’t order from. This was just one example of the elegant nature of this hotel. Room was ultra posh and quiet with lots of reading material and art to inspire. Bathroom had a built in nightlight eliminating awkwardness in the middle of the night. Sublime hotel.

It’s sooooo cold out… I live across the street from the Hotel… felt like listening to Thursday night live Jazz… as it’s sooooo chilly I was craving a hot golden milk ( steamed milk , tumeric, black pepper and honey) not on the menu but the kitchen obliged and nailed it! My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Warren Street Hotel and felt compelled to share what an absolutely incredible experience we had from start to finish! As part of the American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts program, we were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a gorgeous room that truly took our breath away the moment we stepped inside. The attention to detail in the design and decor was simply extraordinary—every corner of the room, and indeed the entire hotel, felt like a work of art. It was clear that no element had been overlooked, and the overall atmosphere was both luxurious and deeply inviting! While the beauty of the surroundings certainly set the stage for a memorable stay, it was the outstanding team that truly elevated our experience. From the warm greeting at the door to the thoughtful and attentive service throughout our visit, every interaction we had with the staff was exceptional! They were not only gracious and accommodating but also incredibly genuine, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It is rare to find a team so dedicated to hospitality at this level, and we wanted to make sure this did not go unrecognized. Our stay exceeded every expectation we had. We enjoyed relaxing in the stunning common areas, appreciated the quiet comfort of our beautifully appointed room, and truly felt as though we had discovered one of the finest hidden gems in New York City. We are already looking forward to our next visit and will be enthusiastically recommending the Warren Street Hotel to our friends, family, and colleagues who appreciate a flawless hotel experience!!

We stayed at a Firmdale Hotel (SoHo London) two weeks earlier so we decided for our trip to NY, we would spend one night in the Warren St location before leaving for Long Island where we have back to back events on Saturday and Sunday evenings. We were greeted immediately at the front doors, warmly, bags were taken and everyone had a smile on their face (trust me, I lived in NYC for 13 years so warm welcomes like this aren’t always what you get). Our room was ready when we arrived and we were escorted up to our room which was a fabulous suite with an huge outdoor garden terrace. The room was Simply perfect. The rooms decor was similar in style to the SOHO London which was top notch. Everything about the experience screams FIVE STAR. Truly, we were sad we only stayed one night and we got a room at the Garden City Hotel on Long Island for the duration of our stay and the fall off between the two hotels in terms of service and room quality is too enormous to fully describe. The Firmdale hotels have a “guest first” mandate that I have rarely seen at other luxury hotels. I can certainly tell you the Garden City Hotel has no such mandate. I would say the one area the SOHO London had a slight edge is that we were given a short tour of the hotel, just to ensure we understood the full hotel layout. It’s a shame Firmdale only has hotels in NYC and London because I’d never stay elsewhere. Well done folks, better than excellent.

Hôtel incroyable ! La décoration est magnifique, chaque détail est soigné. Le lobby est superbe et les chambres sont très cosy, on s’y sent immédiatement à l’aise. Un grand bravo à la personne qui a tout imaginé, c’est vraiment réussi. L’accueil est très chaleureux. J’ai aussi eu la chance de goûter à un délicieux déjeuner, jusque dans les moindres détails – même la vaisselle est choisie avec goût. J’ai adoré mon séjour et je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter !

This hotel is fantastic and a true treat in NYC! It is new, beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and boasts a lovely welcoming staff. The rooms were super quiet and beyond comfortable. It was simply a joy to stay at the Warren Street Hotel. On our uber away from the property the only disappointing thing was that we had stayed for only 1 night and were already planning and excited for our next trip back.

Great experience at this gorgeous hotel! Love that it feels like a very stylish, colorful haven/home in NYC. Low key area with a Whole Foods a door down. The staff is amazing. Big shout out to Ivan and his team. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly. The interior is next level with fine art, beautiful textiles and marble baths. The terrace suites are like a scene in your favorite movie. Book a room now before the secret gets out!

Firmdale has done it again! Warren street is a fabulous oasis in lower Manhattan. The design is impeccable and the team is warm and inviting. I can’t wait for my next stay to see what beautifully designed room awaits me next. Also, must be noted that the shower pressure is just as incredible as sister properties The Whitby and Crosby street. 10/10 bravo Nick and team for providing a level of service that matches the unique beauty of each space.

Beautiful hotel - huge room, comfy bed, amazing shower and lovely staff! Really enjoyed our trip to NYC and would come back to Warren Street in a heartbeat. Location is great for the subway, nice local area with some brilliant bars and restaurants. Loved it all.

Staying at The Warren Hotel was an incredibly special experience. From booking our room to signing out, the staff were efficient and professional. Please note that the rates are higher here. This is a definite splurge for the average hotel stay in NYC but a Firmdale Hotel isn’t average We were able to experience a lot of what they offer in the 4 nights there. Specifically the gym and rooftop were not part of our scheduled time. I did hear someone say the gym nearby was great as they contract separate with them. We dined there two times. Once for dinner and once for breakfast. Dinner was on a Thursday and was fantastic along with the jazz in the bar area. There were a large number of guests there and band ended exactly at 9pm. Food and drinks were very good as well as service. Please note dining here is also quite expensive as is NYC. Breakfast was good and amt of carbs… too much, toast along with huge portion of hash browns. Other wise everything was good but amt of food over the top as well as price for two @ $100 I feel there was food waste as one person could never and shouldn’t want to eat this much for breakfast. Toast was cold and coffee luke warm. We ran out of cream and sugar and waited till it came, hence cold coffee. Carafe didn’t keep it hot. I would definitely dine here again for dinner or lunch and would pass on breakfast. We also experienced drinks before heading out to dinner nearby. Drink selection is good and I would say they took an unusually long time for drinks and snacks to arrive at our table of four. Others in our party agreed. Glassware is special and you will enjoy how beautiful it is. I especially loved the starched linens in white. Rooms and spaces are cozy Kit Kemp style. Sheets and bed were perfect. Turndown service and cleaning spectacular. Hotel is stingy with toiletries and doesn’t give you more than one small hand soap so sharing is required. They smell fabulous tho. Also a touch of Kit Kemp. The bathroom design wasn’t my favorite but quality fixtures made up for the lack of style. Towel warmer never really got warm enough. Housekeeping should get the accolades here as they executed perfectly in my opinion. Clean rooms are quite important to me. Lastly, the livingroom for guests is one of the best features. We read the paper and felt cozy with coffee here and this was also used by many guests for same. All in all, our stay was wonderful and yours will be too although, you do pay for it. I would like to try their other hotels in NYC on our next visit. I was left with a feeling of not really wanting to check out and will be talking about The Warren Street Hotel for awhile. Please note: subway is a short walk and very easy to get to. Front desk is always staffed and ready to help.
