Sales and maintenance services is very bad. You have to stay waiting for the agent to attend you even in the office for 1-2 hours.They don’t attend you. It’s Terrible service.

This office works very efficiently and their software system is best in class and staff very friendly. However the documentation part need to seriously looked at. I came to office and met office staff within 5 minutes. They checked & confirmed contract is ready and was directed to document department to get a print of my contract. It was given at 11:22 and it’s 12:15 and I and still waiting to get a copy of my contract.

Lease renewal process is slow and not transparent. At 9am , they stop issuing tokens , and at 130 pm it is fully closed . Be ready to wait endlessly hoping they start issuing tokens . Helpline has no idea of crowd and wait areas in all 3 leasing offices , so you can’t plan effectively , so take a day off from work if you need to renew your lease .

Worst customer service in Qatar. Their staff is unprofessional, unorganized and there is no clarity in the explanation to the clients. Their staff has an attitude which is totally outrageous. Their service is very slow, you need to wait in queue for hours because their staff is slow and let the people wait. To be avoided as company because they don’t know how to treat the customers and you will never have a solution if you face any issues in the facility you are renting from them

Worst customer service at all. You will not face worst customer service than them. The working hours very very bad and the staff too slow. For just renewing contact you need 4 hours

Waseef is one of the worst companies in qatar, from customer relationship perspective to actual operations, they are unprofessional and not willing to invest in customer satisfaction. They just want to collect cheques with providing the bare minimum when it comes to facility management. If you are considering renting with them. Better find another alternatives

They have good properties in many places. Pricing also good while comparing qatar realestate market price. But their customer care offices doesn't value the time of their visitors

Waseef management is EXTREMELY BAD IN BARWA MADINATNA. bushes grown all over. No pest control. No regualar cleaning of common areas. Play area shelter in C block is broken since almpst a month and not repaired. C block play area lights are off since 1 week. No action taken.

I strongly advise anyone considering leasing from this company to think twice and explore other options. Even if you are staying for two months or well maintained the property in excellent condition, they will definitely round off your full security deposit for maintenance. The inspection report provided arbitrary and inflated costs for repairs, many of which were pre-existing or simply exaggerated. It was clear that their intention was to maximize their profits at the expense of unsuspecting tenants. Furthermore, when I attempted to address the issue with them, they were unresponsive, uncooperative, and showed a complete lack of transparency. Your actions not only violate the trust of your tenants but also reflect poorly on the entire industry...!

Had my contract renewed and it only took around 10 minutes to complete! The staff I was assigned to was very accommodating and professional. Finding a good parking spot was a bit challenging though.

The sales team never pick up calls or call you back. Not sure what is the point of having a call center if this call center is unable to help you with anything and just give you the number of the relevant department. They could of just simply add the contact details of each department on their website

We moved last month in Madinatana and so far we have good experience with leasing, living and maintenance. We need to do good homework and survey of the facility. Their efficient site sales team will show the locations. Select few desired flats and book either at site or at tower. Always remember good things take time to be available. Pros- 1m free rent, fully furnished worth to cost, ample parking, Systematic booking and leasing process, (though takes 4-5hrs but its required), good MEP maintenance, housekeeping, quick complaint survey, clubhouse, Lulu hyper, play area, pure residential, well maintained facility, CCTV, lift, land scapping, good water pressure, no LPG, active Fire alarm system, No-Smoking inhouse, lighting, Cons- The built with some gypsum walls has all bathrooms floor unlevelled (they promise to rectify), extra Security deposits, KM connection deposit (refundable when you pay to KM again), Lulu hyper with limited options.
