Good place to visit, bit less crowded. Very convenient for Carrefour. They got sparklo recycling machine.rest room was very clean. Cleanliness well maintained by boy Joseph.....very courteous. Well done

I have chosen this building to live in as a very nice looking building with very nice service but recently everything has been changed it has been started with changing the elevators and the entrances and a lot of inconvenience then they started to renew the building for almost a year now and it is becoming unbearable inhabitable and unprofessional plus they have increased the rent this year. You cannot work from home you cannot relax in the weekend as they work full day on Fridays Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays and when you complain in order to know when they will finish they say as soon as possible with no defined dates

Cleanliness, maintenance of this shopping centre is upto mark. But this place has expensive franchisees. It also has Carrefour on it floor which can be accessed by almost all categories of people. Though the likings of this place depends on the taste of customer's service.

Hassan is truly outstanding. We faced many different challenges, but he supported us from the very beginning and guided us through everything step by step. I am sincerely grateful for all his help. Wasl Vita is small shopping mall. We visited for Carrefour. We did not visit but found japanese restaurant and Persia carpet shop. Those shops looks interesting. We would like to visit them next time, if we have opportunity. Here is good for people who do not like busy busy crowded place.

Unfortunately I moved to Wasl Vita and it was the biggest mistake!!! Tenants here are not considered as human. At 7am on Saturday I was waken up by heavy construction drilling since al wasl properties decided to do tiles works on G floor. 7am !!! Heavy drilling that goes all the way up to the apartments!!! Hello!!!! We are human here !!!!!! You can do your works during working week or later during the day!!! Ah of course it is a shopping mall which is more important than humans living here ! It’s is a disaster , I have never seen such negligence and disrespect from the management.

Please if the management cant do the proper timer for the prayer alarm dont do. Its too wrong timing some time 5min early some time 15 min early once i heard the alarm 30min early for the magrib. Its too bad. Stop the alarm if you cant do proper. The people praying wrong time. They dont know whats going on. Many time informed to the security also.

Very nixe place to buy food items for cheap compare to the other placed in dubai at the travelers area.Parking was free when we needed. They do a bit of renevation now for the roads near by.

Do not rent from Al Wasl Properties. They often scam their customers into paying more, then their Customer Care team strings them along for months by over promising to address issues, committing to timelines they don't keep, then not only under delivering but not delivering anything - and eventually refusing to acknowledge or reimburse excessive charges.

I am extremely upset and disappointed. For almost a year and a half now, this building has been under constant construction. They work day and night with loud drilling — it’s absolutely insane! I honestly don’t understand how it can take this long just to refurbish the outside of the building. They even work in the middle of the night with power tools, making it impossible to sleep. I’ve had to call Dubai Municipality almost every other day just to get some peace. Complaining to security is completely useless, and there’s no management available to speak to. This has been the worst living experience ever.

Verification of documents and their owner is important. Many are suffering paying money for apartments they never slept in due to stolen documents. They provide wrong bank statements and there is no Verification. Emmanuel victim

It is a shopping center with couple of restaurants and Carrefour facility. Nice place for quick grocery shopping.

The perfume that they are using in the toilet it’s tooooo much! If you will just pass near the toilet area, you can feel the smell in the corridor. And if you will enter the toilet you need to manage with all of that high smell 👎🏻

Not really a "shopper" but enjoyed the visit. Easy to find and park, Plenty of food options available if you are spending a few hours there. Wide variety of shops. Mall staff seem very friendly and helpful... being pro-active to offer help when they see folks who look lost or in need of help
