Water Scientist Filtration - Automatic Water Softener, RO Plant, Softener Salt, AO Smith Heat Pump & Pressure Booster

We are using the softening unit from Water Scientist for the last 4 years. Periodically they do the inspection and maintenance without reminders. They helped us in moving the unit from one house to another as well. Very professional and prompt support

Harsh and Saurabh are very well informed water softener dealers. They are good with the technicalities as well as giving good service. They installed Pentair FRP sand filter and softener (Automatic controller). Was able to get the Hardness from about 200 ppm to less than 20. Salt refilling is needed every 3 months approx. Anyways as any solution, its best to test water quality every 6 months as water is a very volatile element and might have source parameter changes.

Posting this review after 4 weeks of use - The entire system, plumbing and all was installed quickly and conveniently. Water pressure was not affected, water softness was felt after about two days of use. Harsh was very helpful and knowledgeable. He personally came multiple times to check the quality of work done by his technicians. The system is high-end and maintenance is very easy as it is automated. Highly recommended.

When called for water softener 100-litre twin-cylinder plant issue. Told to send the location and photo. Had sent videos of the water flow through the softener and bypassed water flow at 1.30 pm. They told me they would send the person in two hours. The technician called two times told on the way at 4 pm and 5 pm respectively. When I called at 6 pm told we were starting. Pre-sales response is like then after-sales service will be worse than this.

The entire set up is like fix n forget, and the automatic softner does its job beautifully. The distributor here in Bangalore, RK distributors, do an amazing job in both, installation, as well as, after sales service.
