Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The waiter was the only professional person there, kind, polite, and genuinely trying to help me find a table. Unfortunately, the man acting as a “manager” completely ruined the experience.
He was extremely disrespectful, spoke down to me, and made me feel unwelcome from the first second. Asking “how many clients” in such a condescending way, as if being alone means I don’t deserve a sea view table, is beyond unacceptable. Since when does a single guest have less value than a group? A customer is a customer, period.
His attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of representing hospitality, he represented pure ego and poor manners. This is not how a manager should behave, especially in a place that claims to offer a premium experience.
I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. If this is how guests are treated, I truly don’t understand how this place is still operating. One star only because the waiter tried his best. Otherwise, it would be zero.
