اشتريت ببغاء كاسكو رمادي من Waterslager Pet Shop وكانت تجربتي ممتازة من جميع النواحي. الطاقم يتميز بالاحترافية والمعرفة الواسعة في عالم الطيور، خصوصاً الببغاوات، وقدموا لي كل الدعم والمعلومات اللي احتاجها كهاوي جديد. المحل نظيف، منظم، والحيوانات بحالة صحية ممتازة. الموظفين كانوا متعاونين جداً، وشرحوا لي طريقة العناية والتعامل مع الكاسكو بكل صبر واهتمام. أنصح أي شخص مهتم بتربية الحيوانات الأليفة أو الطيور إنه يزور Waterslager Pet Shop. فعلاً مكان مميز وخدمة تستحق التقدير

They have most adorable kittens in the world. Seems there is no room for negotiating price.

We bought a cat from them last week. The cat had an eye infection and ear mites. I am now lowering my review from two stars to one star. This person gave my cat a dog vaccine. He gave my CAT a vaccine FOR DOGS. I only gave one star because i couldn't give zero. Never come here.

The animals in this store are in terrible condition; they're not given food. When we arrived, one of the cats was dead; the clerk didn't even notice. The other cats have diseased eyes full of pus. The government should take away all these poor animals.

I recently purchased a Scottish Fold from Waterslager Pet Shop, and the experience has been heartbreaking. It all started with an ulcer... We took her to a vet on the first day to make sure all is okay. The Vet found ulcers in the kittens mouth. The vet indicated that it was most likely due to the filthy environment of this pet store. After a few days, we returned to the vet, and upon further inspection revealed she had a fungal infection around the mouth. We tried everything to treat her, but her health rapidly declined, and within two weeks, my kitten passed away. When I reached out to the store, they showed no concern, dismissing my worries with an insensitive response about my cat dying. They even had the audacity to offer me another cat for 50 JDs! Additionally, their animals and items are grossly overpriced, and the staff lacks proper experience or any real information about the pets they sell. I received no documents with my cat, despite the owner promising to provide them. It’s clear they prioritize profit over animal welfare, selling sick pets without accountability. I would strongly advise against purchasing from them; your heart and wallet will thank you.

تعامل سيء ومحل أسعر مرتفعة محل سىء بشكل عام

Je déconseille cet endroit ! Nous avons acheté un chaton qui n’était pas sevré ! Il n’arrivais pas à manger des croquettes, le vendeur nous avait dit qu’il avait 3 mois mais c’est faux il était beaucoup plus petit et le vendeur nous a dit que le chaton était vacciné alors qu’on a jamais vu le passport vaccinal du chaton. En plus de cela le chaton était malade et il est mort 4 jours après !!! Les vétérinaires ont dit qu’il était trop petit et était malade à cause d’un virus qu’il y a dans les animaleries. Ce vendeur ne pense qu’à l’argent et ne se soucis pas du bien-être de ses animaux qui sont malades. A fuir !!

المحل فيه حيوانات كتير حلوة و نظيفة و كل الحيوانات مطعمة و التعامل بالمحل اكتر من رائع

تعامل ممتاز و مصداقية .. طلبت قطه بمواصفات معينة ، خلال اسبوع بعتوا لي صورة ، وافقت و اعطاني موعد بعد اسبوع حتى توصل القطة من أوكرانيا و بعد اسبوع بالضبط وصلت و نفس الصورة و أحلى 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Worst pet’ experience ever. We took our cat female to be coupled with one of the cat males. The owner promised to return back money if not pregnant. After 10 days, the cat was full of parasites, very thin and hair was falling. Moreover, the cat didn’t get pregnant and the owner didn’t return back the money. Health wise, this place should close down. Treatment wise, the owner isn’t committed to its own word. Would put 0 stars if I was able to do it

انا وصيتهم على كلب نوع توي بودل وكنت متخوف من اني احصل على طلبي كما اريد ولكن ما حصل معي هو عمل احترافي من قبل صاحب المحل ،، قبل الدفع تم عمل اتفاقية بيني وبين صاحب المحل وتم تحديد كل المواصفات المطلوبة النوع والعمر والجنس واللون .... الخ حتى وقت التسليم !! وقبل شحن الكلب من بلد الاستيراد أرسل لي صاحب المحل فيديو وصور على الواتس اب وطلب مني تأكيد موافقتي ، وبعد الموافقة النهائية تم شحن الكلب واليوم تم استلامه اسمحوا لي ان اشكر هذا المحل وصاحب المحل على الطريقة الاحترافية في العمل وعلى الكلب الجميل الي وصلني حسب المواصفات المطلوبة . للعلم المحل يقدم ضمان الفحص الطبي بعد الاستلام وضمان نقاء السلالة

بدء تعاملي مع الاخ محمد منذ عده سنوات عندما اشتريت اول عصفور والحمدالله ما زال الطير عندي بصحه جيده واحسن حال. وعلى مر الايام والسنين كنت اتواصل معه بشكل دوري عبر الهاتف او الواتس اب للاستشاره والنصيحه وكان دائما عند حسن ظني . هادا الذي شجعني على العوده وشراء قطه منه والحمدالله القطه عندي منذ سنتين او اكثر وبصحه جيده . كل الاحترام والتقدير للاخ محمد واتمنى لك دوام التقدم

Do you have Bolognese or Bolonoodles puppies?

They don’t even deserve a star. Very bad experience. Every single piece of information given about the cat was misleading. Their sole purpose to rip your money. They will carelessly lie about everything from the age to the breed. Once they receive your money, you will witness a horrible pet purchasing experience. Also other pet food and necessities are very overpriced. Pets need immediate medically attention and this shop needs monitoring. They simply don’t care…

I own a male cat and I always shop for his food and equipment from here. I find this place very professional with their customer service. They offer verity of products that fits every customer's needs, and what's more important to me is how helpful they are when you need their help on how to deal with different kind of bets! I strongly recommend this place for bet owners and I thank them deeply for their help and professionalism!

Edit: The owner responded to my 1 star rating and wanted clarification About one year ago we went to buy a kitten from this shop, iirc it was a british shorthair, we had no experience with cats so we didnt know it was less than 2 months old, which is a big problem since the cat wouldnt have weaned off of its mother for a long enough period. The cat had many health and behevioral problems causing us to take her to the vet more than 5 times for various problems. So my rating is simply because the owners of this shop blatantly dont care about customer satisfaction and more importanly dont care about the cats health.
