We in trouble for AP Fiber connection. No body care about that and they suggested to shift to other Plan in cable.

I took the service past few months back from then on i faced one time network breakdown and when I contacted customer service they asked that I am a customer or operator, even I'm telling complaint about network issue they saying contact local service providers, my router not working from past 2 days no response from local operator

No one in their office responds the call. They don't pick up the call(neither manager nor technician- i don't want to mention their names.) or keep their mobile switched off every single time . They don't have punctuality to their words. They give a false hope for the customers. They say they will come the next day to give a new connection but it's been a month, they don't do their work on time. At least manager should take care of their team and check whether the service is going on time. Please don't give false hopes to customers. Because the people believe your words and everyone has their work to do. They couldn't continuously roam around your office for days to Months.

At NIDADAVOLU Internet speed is not match with monthly pack. Very poor internet. for 100 mb speed connection not meet the 25 mb speed also. Monthly 3 to 4 times internet break downs will appearing. Office people will face problems. Not suggestable internet connection. better Avoid new connections. Thankyou. Sravana kumar

Ever been frustrated for not getting internet anyday. This is how it feels if you take a broadband connection here. I've complained 7 times in the same month. They call you on the next day complaint is registered. Then they'll take 5-10 hours to close complaint. You'll get internet for 1 day then you don't get internet. Now you'll register complaint again which will be answered after one day. If you read this review and still want to use this connection, Good luck.

Worst network don't waste your money... every month we are paying for 400 GB but using 40-50 GB... because we get network for 1 or 2 hours a day( if we are lucky enough).... when I asked one of the employees he said that he himself is not using their own net as it is the worst network... they lie as good as chinese if not better.....

Work service i ever seen before , they don't even maintain a proper infrastructure don't have any backup system, service line delivery was very very poor no response from a customer service, there no proper trained staff. And it's been second time am writing the review almost 1 and half was completed but my problem was not yet solved they don't even have sufficient technical staff for on site problems to solve, and we don't even get compensation for there mistakes it's really awfully, idont feel that I have good service to my pay they took 1200 for installation it's insane and they site I don't know why there are having there is no sign of compliment register in that if ur really concern about customer take feedback from customers u will know how people Messy with your service

At Tanuku the internet service is too good. I have been using this from around 2 years, I didn’t faced any issue as of now and highly recommendable

I have to say I am being very generous giving them a rating of atleast 1. This service deserves rating of "0". Worst service I have ever seen. Frequent disconnects. Cannot even pick up what's app audio calls. How pathetic is it? 3G can do it and your service cannot even pick up audio calls🙄 They make you pay for six months so even when the service is bad you cannot quit. No customer service. Very frequently they disconnect my service from there office for no reason and when i call them they connect it. Look at other service provider reviews. When I got the connection I did not notice you have the least reviews and your reviews are way below them. I can only say very frustrating service.

Poor service reality has been different weekly once, twice and thrice internet would down, I’m disappointed with wave fiber network service, still continue this service sake of cable operator Share your working contact details I will connect with you over the phone

Not recommended,very slow service in recent times irresponsible,from my side really felt bad because in work from home internet is very imp tes last 6mon i got a negitive point in my job due to this internet provider because of auto disconnecting and slow internet even i am calling so many of times i did'nt get any tecnition in in time now its completing 50hrs but i dont have an internet now even i am paying to this provider, i am using my personal mobile data please resond to this msg,i am not have any personal issue about management and staff they are responding well but solution?

Speed is good sometimes connection problem will be there ,we get 40 mbps speed for sure ,i am using in android tv also,its ok in my residency it is the best broadband service,the reason of giving 3 star is the service by employees ,after several times informed to recharge with higher package same was activated today ...and recharge is a big headache to us...if u use montly plan have to struggle for getting recharge done...

Even 1 star is waste. Such a egoistic people at reception. No respect to their customers. Getting recharge done has become a headache. The network doesn't work for atleast 3 days in a week and if it is raining then no doubt that there won't be internet for next 2 days.

Don't choose this one ,in a month you can get as many complaints as days... I have faced it... They are not trying for long time resolution.... So those who use it will face the same for quite long time.... Unfortunately I chose 6 months.... I will change asap once the plan completes

I really wonder do they have the word "responsibility" in their office dictionary. They will never improve their service. It is better that they divert their business into selling vegetables or fisheries if they cannot provide service to their customers.

I called and tried to report compliant. They said "You are not the only one who is facing the problem" Rest of the reviews says how bad their service is. PS : Im writing this review using mobile data.

Max speed is 9 mbps upload and 4mbps download. Internet connection is not stable. If you get net for half a day then it is off for the next day. Internet is off even if there is a slight drizzle outside. The enthusiasm they show in collecting bills for installation is not there for solving issues. Doesn't even respond to complaints. Better avoid this.

Worst fellows, don't choose this. Not even responding to costumers. They wont consider costumers issue after paying 3 months amount. The most un-valued animals are working and running in this company.
