Hotel Wego

I stayed here for 8 days. One of the best hotel at Andheri East. The hotel lies nearby airport and Metro. The staff is very friendly and one of the best. The food is amazing. Service is very quick. You ask for anything next moment it's on your room door steps. The boys reception guys gate keeper restaurant boys ver very good. Love this hotel and it's going to be our regular hotel at Mumbai. They served me tea by 4 oclock early morning when I had to leave. I would recommend this hotel to all. Experience their stay and I promise you that you will return to this hotel again and again. I give this hotel a 5*.

Stayed here for 4 nights very recently with my family. I can assure everyone who will visit this hotel in the near future that this is one of the best hotel in terms of everything a customer could have asked for. From check-in to check-out it was all perfection. When I will be in Mumbai again, I will definitely be staying in this hotel eyes closed . Lastly the reception desk was very proactive 24 hrs and the managers were very much humble.

This place was just trouble from the first place. We didn't book the place ourselves, it was part of our tour package. The room assigned was at best a 12 ft x 12 ft with the bathroom being 3 ft x 7 ft or so (guesstimating here). Definitely do not have space for luggages of 2 people traveling together. First of all, the bathroom wash basin/sink drainage was leaking after the first usage. We complained about that and they said they will have someone come n look. One of their staff came by and looked at it and then left without telling us anything! Upon checking with front desk, they said they'll have a repair guy come fix it in few hours!!! Nobody showed up. I finally decided to complain to the tour company and they got in touch with them and the front desk called at 10pm, woke us up from our sleep to ask if we wanted to move rooms at that time. We politely declined saying it's late and we are already in bed for the night. In the midst of all this, the room had a mini fridge that wasn't working. We called to report that since we had some leftover food that we wanted to refrigerate. The initial guy said it is not a fridge, it's just a storage space for fruits n all and I was just flabbergasted with that comment. Another guy showed up and he understood the issue at hand and he actually brought up another fridge that was working. Next day morning, I checked with the front desk to see which other room was available so that i could take a look before deciding to move or not; he said they dont have a room available since they're sold out. 30-40 minutes they called us and said they have a room that we can go see and we were shown another room with the exact same layout in a different floor. We declined and said we'll stay in our current room. The front desk person said they'll get a plumber to fix the water leak issue during the day. We went about our day and came back in the evening. At that point, front desk called to say the issue was a missing part and the plumber will come fix in the next 2 hours (mind you it is 6pm currently in Mumbai traffic). We waited and waited and waited - no one showed up. Guess what happened next during the wait - the AC stopped working, it just wouldnt turn on no matter what we tried. At that point I just wanted to get out of this hell hole of a place - didn't bother to report the broken AC situation bc I was over it. Best option at that point would be to pack up my bag and move rooms only to pack up to leave the hotel in the morning. The white towels provided were grey in color - they need to retire those towels. The housekeeping standards are super poor - we cleaned certain areas of the bathroom ourselves bc it was just disgusting. There's no ventilation in the bathroom, so everything is moldy and damp. I took pictures (hopefully I can post them). The room door wouldn't completely close and we found the door technically open upon our return on the first night after they had come to look at the water drain issue while we were having dinner!!! Good things of this place 1). Andrew Fernandez (restaurant host) is an amazingly humble person and made sure everyone was taken care while at his service. 2). The hotel work personnel were helpful when we needed assistance, minus the language barrier. 3). Coffee/tea provisions on the hotel lobby next to the elevators, available 24/7. 4). Convenient location, near the airport but can be very busy. Walkable to multiple great restaurants. Bottom line - you have multiple other options for stays especially if you're a foreigner. Keep your sanity.

Extremely happy with our stay at Hotel Wego. No complaints at all. Clean, well maintained and adequately sized rooms; cordial, well mannered, helpful staff and a great breakfast. We booked their airport taxi service which was ready before time. I think this will be our staple each time we want a stay near the airport. Cannot imagine a better experience at this budget and convenience.

Would recommend anyone to come here. Especially couples and family a definite go to hotel. Absolutely courteous and helpful staff at every end. They try to serve the customers till the very end and every small details Special mention to Manager/Receptionist Munis.

The rooms are extremely small for the price they charge. The room was damp, and even the extra bedding they provided was damp — their excuse that it came “straight from the laundry” is not acceptable. The breakfast was below average, and the staff were unfriendly and dismissive. Instead of addressing our concerns, they insisted that “the rooms are fine and the problem is with us,” which was very unprofessional. Overall, not worth the money. You can easily find a much better hotel for the same price

The location of the hotel is not very far from the main road and at a walking distance from the metro station as well. Cleanliness and facilities of the room are top notch. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Fantastic operations team. Management is very much appreciated for their quick and clear work ethics. Also the team of Mr. Andrew from catering side. Definately recommended for stays.

Excellent property to stay in the airport vicinity. Room amenities are good and worthy. Delicious food was served as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning for stay in and around Antheri location.

I had a good stay at this hotel. It's less than 10 minutes away from terminal 2 airport. Room was well maintained and the staff was very polite.

The place is Perfect with the perfect hospitality you will need I stayed their with my family for attending an wedding and it was a superb experience as if you are staying at your home only . The staff and the dining arena of 'jasper 'will keep make you keep coming again to the place we stayed at the 11 th floor and the view was also surreal ..... A must stay for experiencing good hospitality.

The service I personally had was really amazing, every stuffs were super friendly and had a smile on their face. Very welcoming, I would like to recommend this hotel if you’re here in Mumbai.

Excellent stay & value of money, rooms are well maintained neat and clean with all amenities. Food are awesome with breakfast spread in buffet. Staff are supportive and polite. 4/5 ⭐. Over all nice budget friendly hotel. Walking distance from marol mate o station and marol aqua line metro station. Their food quality and breakfast are good staff is very helpful and friendly. Room service is also good. Rooms are clean only issue is room size are very short.
