I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was charged LKR 150,000 for a hybrid battery service, yet no cells were replaced. Instead, they simply bypassed the battery, which is highly risky and could even lead to a battery explosion while driving. This is completely unprofessional. In addition, they carried out several repairs that were not relevant or necessary. If you truly value your vehicle and safety, I strongly advise you to avoid this place.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. About four months ago, I went to this place to repair my car rack. They asked me to make an appointment, so I visited at 9:00 AM. However, they finished the work only at 12:30 AM the next day. I had to wait at this place for hours, which was very frustrating. They had interns working there who clearly did not know how to properly replace parts. When they were unsure what to do, they just looked at each other. Regarding the rack, they said the issue was fixed, but now the rack is making noise again. I went back to the place, and this time there was only one employee working. He mentioned that all the others had left the job. He also said the issue was not with the rack and pointed out several other problems in the car. The problem is that when they replaced the rack earlier, they had already replaced the parts that he now claims are causing the issues. Overall, if you love your car, do not visit this place. It seems their Facebook page has good reviews, but it looks like they have paid for ads and added fake positive comments. There are no technically skilled people here, and they do not take care of your vehicle. It feels more like repairing a bus than a personal car.

Excellent service by them. When I contacted them and informed about the issue they visited where I was without any hesitation and assisted. Highly satisfied.

Do not use their service to repair your valuble hybrid battery. Very unprofessional and they are saying they are going to replace some cells, but what they are doing is using a simple resistor circuit to prevent pop up battery error. This will result multiple errors and even risking you life. Most terrible experience ever had.

I gave my Wagon R to Wego Lanka for repairs because it had an oil leak and suspension issue. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. • The oil leak problem was not fixed at all – the issue remained exactly the same. • The underguard was not fitted properly after the repair. • Many parts were fixed incorrectly and carelessly. • My vehicle’s sensors got damaged due to loose sensor clips, and suddenly an engine problem appeared that was never there before the repair. I trusted them to fix my car, but instead, it came back with more problems than before. Very unprofessional service and extremely disappointing. I do not recommend Wego Lanka to anyone.

Not recommended. Running by lazy unresponsive staff with out a proper incharge personal. Wasted more than 12 hours to replace rack seals.

When renting a vehicle from this company. Customer is not available for the required number of days. It should be available in the number of days required by the institution. Expensive other than most of the places, but they offer short term rentals. The vehicle rented had a brake binding issue, after notifying them and after the amount for the repair was discussed we went to a garage to get the repair done. Half of the day wasted but we didn't complain. and when the money was getting reimbursed from them they happened to say that the the amount was high. And we could have come without replacing it. Reluctantly they reimbursed the money. There are few places who rent vehicles for short term and this is one of them

Totally dissapoined... he checked my car and AC was there in good condition and then two days after he said AC compressor was not working .. and he asked me is there a AC in your car ... I dont what he has done to my car... this is how these people try to not giving our intallment .people please dont give your cars this cheap places ...
