We recently completed our residential construction project with Wehouse (TS 163), and the overall experience has been very satisfactory. The build quality has been strong, and the finished structure aligns well with the design intent and quality benchmarks we had in mind. While there were a few scheduling challenges during the later stages of execution, the project team handled them with professionalism. The project director, Syed Asad, demonstrated consistent ownership and a solution-oriented approach. Issues were addressed promptly, coordination was smooth, and progress was maintained without compromising on workmanship or materials. His involvement gave us confidence that the project was being managed responsibly. Special thanks to Project Manager Murali as well. Based on the effort, transparency, and delivery demonstrated in this project, we have decided to continue working with Wehouse on a subsequent assignment. Feedback and learnings from the first project are clearly being incorporated, and we already see improvements in execution and planning. I’m happy to share the experience with WeHouse here, the team is good and efficient. Our project code is TS-51 in uppal which was completed in 2023, a g+2 building. Initial talks were went with sales team, I impressed with them and they explained all the details clearly. Then they guided me in permissions part, after several discussions and changes, designs were finalised, the design team is patient, cleared the doubts and made sure that maximum utilisation of space. After the starting of works, during excavation rock layer was found. Although the rock cutting is not the scope, they helped me in clearing that and got vendor in the best budget. They allocated an engineer, project manager to the project, where the engineer takes care of all the works and updates the work status by dealing with workers regularly. Regular inspections and meetings at site by manager helped me in knowing the things involved in construction. The experience was good, some of the deadlines for few milestones were missed here and there. But the team put up a valid reason and planned multiple works to cover those extra days. I neglected the delay as I got the satisfaction with the workmanship, professionalism. The elevation also came good with best finishings, the team helped in selecting the best and affordable materials with in my budget. The journey of 10-11 months went good and the team took care of each and every aspect that they mentioned from the start. I wanted to share my genuine experience with WeHouse, who helped build my G+2 home in Uppal (Project code: TS-120), which got completed in 2024. From the start, the team was very supportive. The sales people who first got in touch were polite, explained everything in detail, and really made me feel ease. As I’m building a house for the first time, their guidance helped me. The design phase did took little bit of time, as we made a few revisions to get things right. But the design team was good, and finally gave us a best layout for our family’s needs. One of the early issues we faced was with material delays and rains during the foundation phase, which slowed things down for a while. It was a bit stressful, but honestly, the WeHouse team responded quickly, coordinated with suppliers, planned a clear cut schedule to work and handled it without adding any burden on us. After that, They assigned an engineer and project manager, and they kept the momentum going. The engineer visited the site often and handled labour and vendors very well. I also got the regular updates and site photos they shared digitally—it gave me peace of mind, especially when I couldn’t be there in person. They also suggested materials that were good in quality and still within our budget. I liked that I got to be part of the selection process—it made me feel involved. The final result turned out really well. WeHouse managed everything from permissions to the final handover smoothly, and I didn’t have to run behind anything as just followed steps they told. I engaged Wehouse Consultant for the construction of my residential building comprising a stilt floor, three upper floors and a penthouse for which they have given the code as TS-146. The building was handed over to me in the 1st week of October 2024. I appreciate Wehouse’s support throughout the project, especially their willingness to stay involved from planning to execution. Their team was responsive and I found their Project Manager tracking the progress in nice way with clear communication. However, Wehouse needs improvement in their Architectural and Structural department when planning the project. The overall structural quality of the construction is good, and I’m satisfied with the final output. However, the Wehouse journey was not without challenges. The civil contractor appointed by Wehouse caused delays by few months behind schedule—primarily due to frequent changes in labour and the use of unskilled workers at various stages. This impacted both the timeline and the consistency of workmanship in certain areas. To their credit, the Wehouse Project Manager acknowledged the concerns and made efforts to course-correct along the way. Despite some setbacks, the project was ultimately completed to a satisfactory level. In summary, Wehouse offers a refined platform with good potential, but more stringent oversight on contractor quality and labour management would greatly improve the overall client experience. I suggest that client visit the site regularly to review the progress of their project and communicate with the Wehouse staff to ensure that the work is proceeding as per schedule. My experience with WeHouse is good. My project code is TS-113 located in ameenpur, which is a G+1 building and completed last year, 2024. I first approached by sales team and they were quite helpful and polite, explained all details clearly and made me comfortable with the process. The design phase took some time as we made few revisions, but the design team were patient and given the optimised layout as per our needs. One of the initial challenges we faced was waterlogging issue during foundation work due to rains and excess ground water. Even though it delayed things slightly, the team helped in arranging pumps for dewatering and proper drainage without much additional cost. After that, they assigned an engineer and project manager to my site. The engineer visited regularly and kept the work going by coordinating with labour and vendors. I use to get regular updates digitally and photos which gave me an idea on execution standards. Materials suggested were budget-friendly yet good in quality, and I got to be involved in choosing them. The finishing of the house and especially the elevation turned out well. I recently fulfilled my dream of constructing a home with Wehouse Home Construction (formerly Hocomoco) under project code TS-49 Chandra G+2 duplex located in Ameenpur Village, Chandanagar. The journey began in January 2021 when I signed the contract with Wehouse. Within a month, they provided me with a comprehensive set of drawings, and construction commenced in February 2021. Although the pandemic presented challenges in communication and coordination, the team adapted efficiently. Once the post-COVID situation improved, they managed the entire process seamlessly, completing my dream house on time in May 2022. Initially, I thought of providing feedback right after construction. However, since Wehouse offers a warranty on seepages and cracks, I decided to wait for two years to see how they would respond to any potential issues during the monsoon season. Throughout this period, I encountered only a few minor issues, such as tile grouting, and each time, the execution team addressed them promptly and professionally. In conclusion, Wehouse delivered my dream home with excellence at every stage—planning, execution, and ongoing support. I wont give not even one star if i had that option. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service and quality of work that I received from wehouse(Hocomoco) Despite agreeing to a timeline for completion, the project is being dragged on for months to years, longer than anticipated, causing a great deal of inconvenience and stress for my family. In addition to the delays, the work that was done was often shoddy and required multiple rounds of corrections and revisions. Despite repeated attempts to communicate with the company and express my concerns, company management is unresponsive and unprofessional in their handling of the situation. To make matters worse, we discovered that the company had been shifting funds from one project to other. Even though we have paid them in advance months ago work is not happening till today. we tried to reach out to management through all sorts of communication channels till today no one responded back and we don't know how many days, months or more will it take for these people to complete the construction work. Overall, I cannot recommend Wehouse(Hocomoco) based on my experience. Their lack of professionalism, communication, delay in works and attention to detail were major issues that caused significant problems, financially, emotionally and stressfully for me and my family. I would caution anyone considering working with this company to do their due diligence and carefully evaluate their track record before signing on. our project start date was August 2021, till June 20, 2023 construction is not completed. close to 2 years and we have to cancel the contract and had to hire others to finish the project. In 2 years Wehouse(Hocomoco) was able to complete only 3floors slab work, brick work and low quality wall Plasting.

I will give zero star rating if i have an option. Wehouse construction company is not trust worthy, do not fall for these 5 star ratings or all the lies they tell you before signing contract with them. They are very much unprofessional and their staff and engineers know nothing about construction and execution of a project. We Signed a contract with them to construct G+3 house in AUG-2021 and we were prompt on payments. They never completed the works on time as per the schedule they gave at the time of signing the contract. It was planned to be completed in 11 months. we waited for 2 years and cancelled the contract. We tried to contact their CEO sripad nandiraju multiple times but he never cared to talk to us. He ran away from his office twice when we were waiting for him at the reception. Their COO Rohan vinayak Reddy never answered our calls/messages on time and it took months for him to respond to our calls and messages. Whenever we met him he made false promises of starting the work immediately and addressing all the issues. Which never happened. Their project managers don't know why work is not happening at the site and gave only one answer, we will find out why work is not happening and will start the work. Which never happened. The quality of work is very poor and construction is never aligned with the plan. Their site engineers are unskilled and careless, which resulted in poor quality of work due to which the plastering of roof collapsed next to my brother while curing the roof. Concrete mix was of very poor quality and all the cement got washed away while casting the slab and the answer wehouse gave is its the mistake of the vendor company and they cant do anything about it. The columns of the building are not aligned in a straight line due to which the outer look of the building is spoiled completely. They hired unskilled workers who don't know how to do work which compromised the quality of the work. They took money from us and didn't do work on time and told us they will continue work only if we pay them more money. Whenever we asked them to do any extra work they come up with a new estimation which will be very huge and will result in 20 to 30% increase in the project cost. They damaged neighbors house and As per the contract it is their responsibility to do the repairs but they didn't even care to answer the calls of the neighbors. They never procure material on time, when i say not on time it will be delayed by months not days or a week. They procured material only when we forced them and that too they didn't gave full payment to vendor. Those vendor's used to come to site for payment and we had to deal with them as wehouse employees stopped answering his calls. They didn't give payments to workers on time and workers staying at our site without doing work for months and created a mess. All the vendors and workers used to call us daily for the payments as wehouse is not responding to their calls. We are already seeing cracks and water leakages all over the house and walls are very cross. They spoiled our dream house and harassed us for two years and left us with big financial loss and a house with poor quality. I don't recommend them ant any cost and suggest to stay away from them. They do not follow the minimum quality standards which might result in accidents and create a unsafe environment to you and your family.. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE 5 STAR RATINGS AND GOOD REVIEWS.

Wehouse has done a good job with construction of my individual home @ Bandlaguda Jagir (site code TS-93) with good quality construction at decent price I will recommend Wehouse
