I visited Welly Batu Caves last weekend to purchase a new helmet, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Eddie, a true professional and certified PFS for Shoei. Initially, I was about to go for a size L helmet, which would have been an oversized shell. However, thanks to Eddie’s genuine expertise and attention to detail, he guided me toward the correct fitment — ensuring I got the best value for my money. He went the extra mile to make sure the helmet fit perfectly, taking the time to adjust everything with care. On top of that, he also helped me install my Cardo intercom system and provided a helpful basic guide on using it. Eddie is calm, highly professional, and clearly knows his stuff. This was the first time I’ve had such a pleasant and confident experience while buying a helmet. If you’re looking for one, I highly recommend approaching Eddie first. I’ll definitely be coming back — thanks again for the top-notch service!

This is a good shop, with a nice selection of helmets and gear. They sell original, brand name motorcycle accessories like Alpine Stars, Arai, HJC, & Bell at expected but reasonable prices. Ting Jie helped me and was very friendly and helpful!
