I had a very bad experience this time. Actually, I work in a restaurant and our manager instructed us to purchase items from West Zone. I have always been buying items from West Zone. Yesterday evening we had a party, so I sent our driver to buy the required items. By mistake, he bought extra cherry tomatoes which we did not actually need. Because of Iftar time last night, we could not come to return them Today during the day I came to exchange the items, but they refused to accept them. I even requested the madam to please check the items first. The tomatoes were completely fresh, and I told her that if they were not fresh I would not return them. However, without even checking the items, she simply said that return and exchange are not possible I came all the way from Airport Road and spent almost one hour in traffic, but still the items were not accepted. After this experience, next time I will not buy items from any West Zone branch. I will also advise others that if they want to buy from here they should think carefully because items cannot be exchanged or returned which wastes both time and money

I WANT TO RAISE A COMPLAIN IN YOUR BRANCH IN AL QUSAIS..PLEASE PROVIDE CAR TO YOUR DELIVERY GUYS SO IT WONT TAKE LONG TIME FOR THEM TO DELIVER. IMAGINE..IT TAKES THREE HOURS TO DELIVER.. فرع ويست زون الذي يقع في النهدة دبي بجانب لافندر للشقق الفندقيه لا يردون على الهاتف ولا يرسلون اي شيء الا بعد عناء طويل الى المنزل دلفري تعيس جدا ولا احد يجيب على الهاتف خدمة سيئة جدا في هذا الفرع وهذا لا يترافق مع مجموعة ويست زون الراقيه نرجوا حل هذه المشكله وسكرا لكم

Al rigga west zone delivery order taker sucks!! ordered at 1:22 pm they finalized my order at 2:20. due to order taker can't communicate properly!!! order taking took longer than the delivery!!!! suckksssss!! never ordering again!! it ruined my day!!!!!!!!

Such a bad experience of this West Zone Fresh Supermarket Moosa Tower, bad customer services, 1st ,they delivered me a wrong items , 2nd ,not complete order and 3rd, not proper bills and 4th, the shrimp they charged me high than the promotion on the there site. The Delivery person and the manager in charge is rude attitude and answering me , why i cooked the shrimp, too much time to delivery where in i am staying close to the shop , not accepting their mistakes. At nearly 1am they keep calling me for their mistakes of bills..Very unprofessional.I've been dissapointed to Westzone branch. To the OWNER of weztzone Please don't tolerate this kind of staff!!!

The most uncomfortable experience here at alkhail gate branch specially from tabraiz and anjuman. The most disgusting behaviour. They are goons here. The head office needs special attention for this as some other customers also confirmed me that they are very rude and very very unprofessional. Going to complain in Dubai consumer court. will recommend no one should visit them untill the company take serious action.

I went to your branch near in union earlier. It's happens that I forgot my change even I forgot how much I pay and how much I pay I don't have the bill. So I went back to the store and ask politely to the kabayan cashier. Since she is kabayan so I talk to her in a frenny approach. But she answered me in a RUDE way. She showed me the receipts from the trash bin. As a customer it's my right to confirm and ask. Your cashier is so RUDE AND SARCASTIC!!! I end up eating shawarma for my dinner. Because she ruined my night!!!!. Please give a proper training regarding customer service specially to that kabayan lady.

Worst ever experience from West Zone Supermarket Union( opposite to Safeer Market). Teach your staff and securities how to behave to customers respectfully. Security guard from this store thinks that the customers who visit this store is getting items by free from the SECURITY😡 They needs much training regarding how to behave to the customers respectfully.

I need this issue raise and see by the management im complaining the manager WESTZONE. Here in Boulevard down town Dubai Its really inappropriate to talk to his client that i cannot understand them because they have too much customer and tell me if i want to have dinner i should call earlier i called they delivery did not arrived and when i called them again thats the time they sent my order its always happening u need to remind them to your order and then thats the time they will send ur order and the manager was really unprofessional

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Yesterday i bought some groceries in Al wahda Sharjah branch and I hardly find some item. I came across to a filipina lady wearing a printed west zone green shirt hoping she can help me. Btw, she was only chatting with her colleague(meat section) instead she pointed out the direction and i went straight to find them. After some time( couldnt find still) i decided to proceed to cashier and i saw her again (chatting the cashier) and tried to ask if she can help me but still she uses her finger to the same direction. Please value your customers as you have a lot of competitor around. Help whenever you can. Remember Customer is the lifeblood of every business! This happens past 5pm 6/6/22

Very bad delivery service in West zone al mina Street I have been trying to pass this attitude specially in card payment without talking about wrong items delivery if there's minimum amount should be for delivery should say or make it clear not I'm staying less then 5min walk just next door my order around 20 + so I'm not saying 5dh and I don't have cash on me.. I been using from day opening but now it's coming very disrespectful specially before Ben pulled out my items from my hend and now taking back I called just keep me on waiting no reply that's really sad have few good staff in store but take order maybe should reconsider who's handling it

Wart zone branch behind centro Burjuman mall is the worst branch of west zone. We went to purchase our stuffs and only water we said deliver and in the end I refunded all wat I bought cos intentionally they did not deliver the stuffs and made us angry… can you call us back asap

Close Barsha South Arjan branch. Manager is not competent and staff has no experience of FMCG. Delivery of near expired bread. Poor quality of vegetable. Items are on application but out of stock. Better close the branch❗❗❗❗
