Excellent building and management. During peak hours, the elevators can take a bit of time, but honestly, that’s the case in EVERY building across Dubai. Compared to others, this one is by far among the best — well-maintained, efficient, and managed with great care.

In particular, Mr. Shoaib demonstrated outstanding professionalism and a helpful demeanor, assisting me in navigating to the correct floor with ease. His courteous and accommodating approach significantly enhanced my experience

The most disgusting lifts I’ve ever come across in my life! And the most pathetic parking too. Charge 10aed per hour for parking but the visitor parking is in BASEMENT 5. You need 25 mins just to find a spot and then the lifts keep telling you to wait and wait and wait! They won’t come. Horrible!!!

Business owners, avoid leasing in this building. The elevators are painfully slow, and complaints have gone unanswered for over a year. Even on weekends, the wait is long and frustrating. It almost feels intentional — guests are kept waiting longer to pay more for parking. Your business takes the hit with bad reviews, no matter how good your service is. The building leaves a bad impression every time.

While our actual office in Westburry Office Tower is beautiful and modern, the building itself has major issues that seriously impact day-to-day work. The elevators are a complete nightmare — it often takes at least 15 minutes to get one, and during peak hours, it’s nearly impossible. If your office is on the higher floors, prepare for long waits and lots of frustration. Food deliveries aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down to the lobby to collect them, which adds to the elevator chaos. There’s also no air conditioning in the washrooms, making them uncomfortably hot — especially in summer. Unfortunately, the staff are unhelpful and dismissive, often repeating "not allowed" without offering any real solutions. The management company is poor and seems uninterested in improving anything. Overall, it’s a shame that such a promising space is ruined by these ongoing issues. Think twice before choosing this building.

Waiting time for elevators on average is 15 minutes, during rush hours it's usually 30-45 minutes, this is what I have been facing daily for the past 2 months , don't know how long before that it has been like this. I checked with the receptionist 1 month back and was told its fixed already, imagine how it must have been before they fixed it!

Extremely disappointing experience with Westburry Office Tower. The lift situation is a daily nightmare—waiting times can reach 20+ minutes, especially during peak hours. The elevators are often overcrowded, hot, and smell awful, which makes it very uncomfortable for both employees and visitors. What’s worse is that management has been completely unresponsive. Dozens of people have raised the same complaints, but nothing has changed. It’s clear from the reviews that these issues have been ongoing for years, yet there’s no accountability or real effort to improve. For a business tower in Business Bay, this level of service is unacceptable.

Avoid at all costs. The elevator system is beyond ridiculous. A minimum of a 15minute wait time to reach your level then another minimum 15minute wait to get back down. I waited 25 and 20

Why delivery is waiting outside. If food is waite how we deliver to the customer. And were we part our vehicle.

Very very bad building .Elevators daily problem 10 minutes to more than 1hr waiting for lift. If anyone come to meeting please come 2hr before reach better because 1hr waiting for lift more than 20mints for getting parking (they charging for visitor parking )

We are The Practice Poly Clinic, located in Westburry Office Tower, and unfortunately, we face the same unresolved issues repeatedly. Our patients and staff experience extremely long wait times for the lifts—often over 20 minutes—in hot, crowded, and unpleasant conditions. This is unacceptable in a medical setting where timely access is critical. Despite sending multiple formal complaints to the building management, no action has been taken. The building’s poor maintenance and lack of response have led to patient dissatisfaction and directly affected our business operations. It’s disappointing to see that so many tenants have voiced similar concerns in reviews, yet the management continues to ignore them. Это просто отвратительное здание, надоумило меня пойти в незнакомую студию пилатеса - к занятию претензий не имею, но этот билдинг это просто тихий ужас. Лифты просто не вызываются, я пыталась вызвать его 10 минут, по итогу уже просто пошла пешком по лестнице с 18 этажа, хотя было ужасно накурено. С какой то ради на ресепшене забирают айди? То, что берут данные и номер телефона понятно, но удерживать с какой стати то?

It is one of the worse buildings really The lift is always on hold Every time any time says try after 30 seconds. Everyday it takes from my time minimum 15 minutes to go up or down. The security are not friendly at all when it comes to access I don’t recommend it at all Seriously run for your life

I want to appreciate who makes elevators in this building. Dark Series is even easier than this Elevator System. I have a Doubt did they Design this Elevator for Time Travel..?

The dumbest elevator system in Dubai. The elevator programming is so poorly designed that you can end up waiting up to 20 minutes, even though elevators often travel half-empty without stopping at the G floor. This issue has existed for years, and no one seems to be trying to fix it. It’s also unclear why an access card system was implemented for the building. It’s an office building, which naturally involves visitor traffic, and this system makes access unnecessarily complicated.

Bad elevator system. It indicates which elevator is going to serve you but it never stops at your floor. Similarly the parking entry and exit turns are dangerous.

It’s disappointing to see that every single one in the building is aware of the elevator problems, yet the management seems oblivious and unwilling to address the situation. Despite numerous complaints, there has been no action taken to fix it. It’s frustrating to live in a building where management ignores such a crucial issue. I hope they start listening to their residents soon.

Parking and elevator are Terrible... Visitor Parking at 5 levels down, and elevator is old system and takes forever to arrive and 10dhs per hour Iris properties interview is an old school fill up 7 pages process questionnaire, which is waste of time and energy, supposedly to be shared via email earlier instead or meet in-person for better interaction
